Murphy went and had a Covid 19 test, and it was negative. But now he seeing the doctor about his rash.
Will share the results tomorrow, along with my weight.

 Stop in at both of the thrift store, looking for a plain note book. Neither of thrift store had one. I was the only one with mask on.
I find it irritating  that I am protecting Trump supporters. Well I have to look at there not protecting each other.
Social distance is pretty easy here.
Well I was going to put note book in the NINJA bag.

Today Is Sunday June 28 2020, This Is What Happen

I thought I would of posted by now. It was toss up I was tired and or real nothing new to blog on. 

Hubby and I went to store and got new gas cook stove. Our stimulus check has gone for three new appliances. Dish washer is fairly new still.
I am trying to think when we got our fridge.

Off to the doctor tomorrow. Hubby got rash that covers 80% of his body. No real fever and been taking ANTIHTAMINE  can't say that really helping, but it not getting worst.
He has a slight dry cough. And around 4 in the evening his left hand by his middle, index finger and thumb slightly swells up and by morning it back to normal.
Of carouse one is so worried about Covid and it strange virus, to say the lease. If this article is correct 20% GETS SKIN RASH  with covid.
Not trying to jump to conclusion. If they send him over to get tested. We both have to quarantine for 14 days. Since I am spouse not sure if they will test me or figure we both might have it.
I will be able to draw unemployment.

Mask still not popular here in Idaho. As we went down to Spokane stop in at Sandpoint Super One and saw or seem like more people in store had masks on. But still not the majority.
Washington state you have to wear a mask out and about, or you could possible get a ticket for a misdemeanor fine. In Washington it up $1,000 fine and or up to 90 days in jail.

I just don't get it what people have problems with MASK.

Not of very CONSISTENT person but wouldn't call my self a WISH WASHY person either. I honestly thought the bullet journal would help. I use to make list of things I want to accomplish and just wrote it on piece of paper. But then I had issue with paper clutter. I still don't have printer.
Two more days of June and last day I will be setting my new quarterly goal for my health. Plus I haven't given up on my bullet journaling. Plus I been told if you write it down you will more likely to complete it.

Today Is Thursday June 25 2020, This Is What Happen

A smooth day all way around. Still trying to get my ninja bag together. Thought I would of be delivering my ninja bag, today or tomorrow. But look like it will be going, finger cross beginning of next week.

We have our first case of COVID 19 and still people think it a hoax. My husband isn't feeling smurfy and wondering if he has covid. 

He ask me how to get test for covid. And the hospital rather keep there numbers down for emergency department. 

So he first need to get a order from his doctor for lab to run any test. Which includes such thing as xray.

I know the medical clinic we use send there patient over to our local health dist. 

Plus it just could be a summer cold.

I was wondering about SUPER ONE and there policy with there employees and mask. See where I live none of there employees wear masks. But if you to the one in Sandpoint all of there employees have mask on.

I ask on a local facebook group hoping to get an answer. One person thought it was because Sandpoint county of Bonner has reported 24 covid cases. And before today we had no reported cases.

Other people who I would guess are Trump supporter and believes this entire thing is a hoax.

Today Is Wednesday June 24, This Is What Happen

Not sure what three words I want to start today post with. It doesn't matter.

Off and on all day I kept thinking to my self. I should be doing. It an on going list. Plus it doesn't matter where I start.

I did watch a dvd about AARON SWARTZ. The five words I would use to desribe this video. boring, intriguing, rapacious, advocate, and sad.
This dvd was called THE INTERNEY OWN BOY
After watching this I got a Reddit account. Still learning my way around. I believe I would like to watch more dvd or films of less known film makers.

Over father day my oldest son Sawyer came up with family and visited. Middle grand daughter also middle grand child is telling grandpa a story.
Hoping to next month a chance to go to Spokane and visit other grand daughters.

Pretty much daily I like Covid 19 report for five northern county here panhandle of Idaho. I checked with PANHANDLE HEALTH DIST. There two counties so far no reported cases, and one is where I live Boundary.
I am not a big watcher of fox news. But the state west of me, Washington is making face mask MANDATORY.
This actual remind me when seat belts came out, and some people had issue with it. But some people have trouble with change. My dad had trouble with change. I have wonder why some people is uncomfortable with change.

Today Is Tuesday June 23 2020, This Is

It findly wamed up in Northern Idaho. So we stuck in our standing air condition. And the small bedroom has lap top and sewing machine in. It window on west side and sun beats in and it feels like sauna. I like to put in a small window air condition. Right now I am watch PBS news hour.

I was happy with my weigh in. So next Tuesday I will be sending up my quarter goal. Our weight lost group weighing and meeting was in Tuesday. And I'm going to keep it that day. My weight was 201.6
If found it works better for me. If I weight only on even days. Except on Tuesday.

The apartment where Liz lives sold. She was worried about her section 8. See there not many options for those who have rental voucher.
The state picks up part of her rent. They say there up to market value. Oppion time...There not.
Well it looks like every thing is working out.


Went and had a cup of coffee with Qunella. I was parked across from the post office and as I was heading to work. Some lady had a card table with a small sign saying remove "Brad Little" I guess there was some type of petition...There a few up here been on a crusade to remove our govermor.
There some who up set that our governor shut down the state to do Covid. They seem to be plenty of those who thinks it hoax or rapture.

I was hoping and tried to make a you tube video and just a little ways into making it. My SD card was full, so I need to go though the card. I keep saying I want to put my photo and such on a thumb drive.

Today Is Saturday June 20 2020, This Is What Happen

Last two days it was so routine and I decided not to post. Plus I was tired. And wishing my retirement income would be same as Murphy when I was 63. Wondering how I could even make it till I was 65.

Weigh in this morning, one of first things I do. Well is what I need to do, what needs to change or corected in me getting more healthier both phyiscal and or emtionally. I might as well now give you a number 203 (92) and yes I did make my quaterly goal. But keeping a 3 pound (1.3 kilograms) maintenace.
Last two work days been out of wack when comes to eating. If I pack a common sense lunch I feel I can keep with in my calorie bounds of 1,600 to 1,800 and I loose weight without feeling hungry.

Murphy and I finished moving and organizing the cedar wood. The good stuff is pile in shed/barn. The rest is down in basement. I believe most of that will be used for kindling, and non hold fire. Large pieces of wood will hold fire much better. After labor day one could build fire in early hours and it will burn less then hour and take the floor coldness away.

Since I am talking about hubby at this time. In the old day and doing family history research I had relatives of pass get divorce, Grounds I ran into was some type of crulity and ususal with alchol, narcotic and or mentally abusive.

Confession time....when we were first married both of us want to be on top and both of us was cruel to each other. I recall in middle of night I grab his finger and bent them back  to tell him I am the boss.

Let move forward to presant day...My husband get frustrate I believe quite easily, he lacks tools in handling frustration. Not saying I lack tools in some aspect in my life.
But he love going into wood and getting firewood. He made it so miserble because his way he handling the mole hill into mountain. I know our son Sawyer can't stand getting fired wood with him. Pretty sure Bart feels the same.
One thing he is no shape to get firedwood. Now I would hand him his divorce paper of firewood gathering. Then if he join and got involved with Christain Fundamental Evangelical church. Now watch me come back in my next life and be connect some how with fundamentals. 

Our local pagan group hasn't got together and we haven't had ritual since 2019. I believe it was Mabon. I personal been trying to do a small ritual on wheel of year.

Right now it first day of summer. Or I call Lithia. or Reckoning of time, The Holly King returns and defeats the Oak King. it cycle of world. Very slow days will getting shorter and crops will be pushed to be harvest. 

Next round for kings will be Winter Soltice or us pagan call yule. Oak king is strongest during the summer time. 

My little ritual was pretty short, with being just my self. Used Scotch and cherrios to toast the spirts and those who stop in. 

Candle couldn't kept going. 

Meditated a bit on merging and reunify. As many you know I lean to liberal side. But I know there conservatives and I have thing in common. Even if it simple as a chocolate chip cookie and we could find common ground.

I believe majorty want best for there neighbor and it doesn't matter how close or far. Also mediated on understanding less blaming and kindness.

I did world lay out with set of tarot deck. How I see or readed the three keys part I say was...:Crippling Emotion, Not or Being Wasteful, and Treating Other With courtsey.

A few of my flowers are in bloom. Like mention the deer before. There was deer who snorted duing my ritual. 

Well our community is doing a thing that you do gift package up and leave on someone door step. Just to brighten up someone day.

I mention the trump sign some time ago as one was entering a town from the south. Now after the big Orange trump sign, we have a sign that promote human rights.
It over on our local rant and rave page on facebook. I think it pretty darn awsome.


Usual when our local town makes national scene, it usual not good. Every state has it POOREST CITY Our City of Bonners Ferry Idaho, STATS
They also mention Havre Mountana, and that the poor city in Mountana and I have an Aunt lives there.

Over at Liz I am cleaning out her spare room. I wouldn't call it a day bed, but some call it that. Me personal I think it a twin bed.
She want to put it in the other spare room. It would be great for guess.
She became over whelm with all the stuff in there. So I am going though it carefully.

Liz told me this...She was across the street from her place. And this guy with Trump hat was yelling degrading marks to the young clerk.
Liz stuck up for the young clerk. The guy sound like a jerk.
One thing I can say for Liz she honest and truthful.

Regis I put a little more time on his porch. Hope to have cement all clean up and maybe next week start organizing him a work area, for his creative projects.

Not sure if I mention or not. I want to get broom tattoo put on top of my lower arm. And around the broom I want it to say "Sweep Away Injustices" This isn't the broom I will be using. I hope to draw my own. I do like bristle on it.
I want to get shirt and have something printed on it, to promote human right. Question time...what would have printed on your shirt to promote human rights...

Today Is Tuesday June 16 2020, This Is What Happen

Before the rain and clouds and such. Not long ago I did a video and I was ask about mountain range behind me. Which was Purcells
Decided to take walk and tell about the three mountain ranges I can see from my home. Sorry it a little shacky.

Good news. In my weight lost I find it better for me to set quarterly goals for weight lost. End of June my goal was to weigh 200.4 pounds. That was my 2nd quarter goal. I like to stay with in 2.75 pounds of set goal. Then end of June I will set anther quarter goal. If I keep my calorie count between 1,600 and 1,800 calories. I seem to do fine. I loose and not feel hungry.👄

We went down and got our dryer out of home depot. We ordered on line and one word I would use for there online ordering...

"Hassle" 

The closes home depot is in Ponderay and for some reason there site keeps telling me I live in Ponderay. Then the deliver people can't find it because they have the wrong town. Then we end going down to Ponderay store. Nice people. But corperate head quarter is anther story. Just like dealing with

government bureaucray. Well I am going to send e-mail to there main office. 

Murphy and I been sorting and stacking some cedar boards. 

The other day I got what I thought would work to hook audio to my camera. Trying to get rid of back ground feed. The camera I am using is a Kodak pixpro 401 and it doesn't have a jack connection. Now I figure I need to take it to our library and they have techie persons. That they will help you with such things dealing with technolgy. Not sure when the technolgy or the 3 d printer will be going. They just opened.

In five northern county where I live. Our first death has happen. It was in KOOTENAI COUNTY and there anther county between county I live in and kootenai.

Weigh my self on even days. I still want to loose 2.4 pounds by the end of June. So before Thursday I will give more of report. On my health.

Murphy bought a BLACK LIFE MATTER from my daughter in law business. I like to also order a T Shirt but I am not sure what message I want to say, regarding basic human rights.
My pentagram broke and I just order a new one.

We went to the dump. Plus I post on our local facebook page. Gave away an old lawn mower and a snow blower.
Fixed a chair.
Well our new dryer should be here before end of next week.

Today Is Saturday June 13 2020, This Is What Happen

Didn't get the entire family of wild turkeys. There were a pair with there poults in tow. Maybe I will get anther chance. So for now you will see rear end of one.

Friend Quenella stop by. She goes to the local orthdox church which is up and over from where I live. I been there twice and they do have pretty service. But as for most christain teaching I just can't and won't except. We stayed our distant. She wear a mask out and about.

But before that Murphy and I was redo some wire bundles. The chicken wire I believe will be heading to the dump. To mangled up to redo.

Murphy sister Faith first husband past away. They had three childern togather. We discussed the affair he had when he was married, and he might of fathered when he was still married to Faith. We both wondering how estate will play out.  Doubt there much of anything.

One of my pagan friend husband past away. And his service is I believe the 18th of July. If there no covid or maybe less five in county. I will stick on my mask and attend the service. He wasn't a pagan he  a Luthern.

Murphy and I took a short drive up on snow creek. And I got a little crazy with camera. Heard thunder off in distant. Thought I would share a few picture of today adventure.

Today Is Friday June 12, This Is What Happen

Work nothing new. And that fine with me.

I have an old yellow cat ziggy and he isn't aloud out during the night. He to old to handle any sort of predators.
Off our dinning room we have sliding glass door and he was seeing his own reflection and start to growl.
In his younger days he actual took on some bigger dogs.

For TV news and lot of things on PBS I like and saw this thing called AMERICAN PORTRAIT caught my attention.

Still no Covid 19 in the county I live in. But I saw this ARTICLE if 80% people wore mask, we might not to have to face second or third round of covid.
When I see the majorty in our community with out mask. It actual pisses me off. There reason and to me the main reason one wears a mask is mainly to protect others.
I wear a mask to protect you...I would like you to wear a mask to protect me.
Statement time...It F en pisses me off, because there those one who refuse to wear a mask. Now because of different factors I have to wait to see my grand daughters....Opinion time with out a medical reason and if your caught with out mask out puplic. One needs to be fined. And I don't see anything wrong with assign days to shop...
I hope our second round is cut shorter and less people dies from it.

Today Is Thursday June 11 2020, This Is What Happen

Had, and you read that right "had" every intention to go out to reserve to do a walk. But went into GROCERY OUTLET and I don't know my way around there. I got half pint of raspberries for my lunch, paid $1.99
I picked up Liz beer there and it was one of lower prices. She drinks ice house. They have friendly staff and sure they didn't have all what I was looking for.
It bothers me when a store don't have a plexy glass between the custmer and clerk. None of worker had mask either. Far as I can see I was the only one in store with a mask.
Plus the cashier ask me for ID. Gee the mask help hide my age. I think last time I can recall about someone asking me about my ID, I was about 34 years old.

I did mange to get a walk in. Part at the Luthern church and took photos of flowers.

Today I went with Regis to speech. And we were discussing about having Confederate  statue remove. 
I don't they think they need to be destory. Not saying they need to be in town square either.
Statement time...I have an issue when people want to whitewash things. It doesn't bring or solve any issues. So history keep repeating it self.

I am having trouble with one of the pages I am doing for the sketch book project library of 40's. I can find plenty of world war 2 photo, combat and such. But there more then the war.
They were the Japanese Internment camp and the start of cold war.

Got my summer alter up. I am pretty sure we won't be having any sort of gathering, sad. But who knows.

I been looking if there any current facilities mental derange people. Opinion time...President Donald trump needs to be place in mental or behavior hosptial with no chance or very tiny chance he can be released.
His behavior shows he has no empathy, he blames a lot of cataclysm on others...like that man who was pushed in Buffalo New York is ANTIFA protester. Opinion time...Anyone who doesn't agree with President ( Dictator Trump) 100 percent and his FASCISM Ideal and is considered enemy of state. Help us all if he get second term.

Usual on Tuesday I tend to eat more so called junk food. Not saying I don't have junk food on other days. But in smaller amounts.

Just sign up for BUCKET LIST. Right now I have three places I would like to see is BROOKLYN ART LIBRARY, NATIONAL QUILT MUSEUM and SMITHSONIAN 

I am sure they will be other things to be add to my bucket list. Just listed the places I want to visit.

I live in PANHANDLE HEALTH DIST which covers the five northern counties of Idaho. Right now they have been 115 confirm cases of Covid and some may no longer be effected.

So far none in our county that been test positive.

Hubby came back from the doctor and he usual use a Phyiscan Assistant and for some reason he could do foot exam for therapeutic shoes. So the regular doctor in office did it.

So now on to podiatrist. Which we found out he has a bunion and I see plenty of bunion on my job with some of my past client. Never notice it on my Murphy. Just went and looked at. 

 When dealing with bureaucracy one might as well do it there way. Or you will go no where.

He had some kidney damage although it has improved. 

Got my micophone for my camera, now waiting for little connection for my Kodak camera. Yes on camera there a mic but I have talk or lightly yell, for it to pick up my voice. I plan to do a video around the 16th.

Could grip about the weather. But it is what it is. We had whites hanging and last two days it been just plain wet.

Weigh in today and I was pleased with my results, 202.0 and Tuesday from let say 6 this morning and 7 it was my sugar fix. I had a hostess cup cake with creamy white feeling inside. Brownie with like the icing they put on German chocolate cake.
More of guide eating for rest of week.

Worried about my hubby health. He is diabetic and thankfull he isn't much of sugar eater. He was on I believe was 750 mg of  mediform and now he down to 500 mg of mediform.
He going to go see doctor tommow and there going to check to see if his neuropathy is from DIABETIC or to what degree. Under certain criteria a person can get special shoe or foot wear.
Confession time...I worry leaving him at home, not all that worried he going to hurt him self. He does fine when it comes to eating and such.
But his basic balance is not all that good. 
But we are not in a position for me to stay home and take care of more. He get basic done around the place, not anything else.
He was talking about putting in two windows that needs to be replace, with his balance I am afraid that possible he could get hurt. Then what do we gain. Possible a broken something or other.
Because of my job in personal care and or home care. I learn a lot of how to work with in bureaucracy works.
There truth in..."You Can't Fight City Hall"

Took Regis to Sandpoint, he want to try "Manic Shopping" and it didn't change his mood. Regis hasn't been diagonise with any type of depression. Not saying he or anyone can be depressed.

I live with between two mountain range the PURCELL and the SELKIRK. Then off to the North East one can see the CABINET
Hopeful this summer I can get up a lease in the selkirk and purcell. Cabinet is a little ways although not that far.
Today I took some photo from my yard of the three mountain range, which will be posted. Although I won't be tellling you which range is what.

Murphy and I did different chores around the place. One load of wash done. With wind today it didn't take long for laundry to dry.

Dryer should be here mid month. Actual I like line clothes dried better. Such a nice fresh smell.

Trim grass around building and trees. And I like small solor lights at corners. And I tend to put wind like items by each tree.

Visited though facetime with Sawyer this afternoon. Both Hubby and I been pretty good following CDC guide lines for Covid 19. But I have to say Hubby does a little better then me.

Still planning to visit both my son before the next round of Covid. 

Made some more mask. Planning to take them to our local COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP

The blue one I cut a little small, I am sure it could still be use it.

But there anther piece I am ready to do, and I forgot to cut out the interfacing for middle.

Work timing is a little off and want to get more into about different ism and American SYSTEMIC SHORT FALLS
We all know by now about George Floyd and this need not to happen. It plain wrong.
American ideology is to promote and except INDIVIDUALISM and is pretty much not even in the same ball park.
I recall before 1970's if a local Indian would enter store a lot of time it would come across the loud speaker..."Indian in aisle 7" well it might as well be saying "Clean up in aisle 7" let me tell you when Indian got any grant money, not taking about there monthly stipend. But when they had there grant money the local merchants was glad to take there money for what every they got.
Now the Indians got a casino here and now there most welcome.
What every type of bigotry it might be, it usual just doesn't stop at just one. Sure we moved a long ways but it time to move our society looking on how we stereo any group of people or individuals.
It needs to start with individuals, homes, schools and social media.

The home and or person care system in so many ways is total joke. It set up for keeping the people who needs service to be depended on it. I realize not every one is going to improve and also there those who will decline.

But they are those who will or could be less depended on others for help.

YESTERDAY POST about Regis...He been on Morphine for years, and as far as I know he hasn't been rushed to the hospital for OD. At one time he would only get a week supplies and now they give him a two weeks worth. The one week was a lot better but his medicaid made it difficult for everyone. 

Regis likes to play and enjoy watching people reaction in different situation. He gives him shots for his nausea and it quite the show.

Itwould be easier to do you tube video on it. The only part I will not do is drop my pants. 

Two of my client and that it, are actual about the same age as me...Liz is 2 months and 27 days older then me.

I am 1 year and 24 days older then Regis. So we all about 60

The main reason they get services in there home is mainly there mental illness. 

Now back to age. I don't consider 60 and age issue. When I become 85 then I will consider it an age issue.

Regis even say he doesn't have much tolerant for pain. As for caring for his wounds he should wash his area gentle with soap and water. Nothing hard and rough.

It going to sting and the ideal of pain to him any amount, he real has an issue with it. I am also not a fan of it. But it does happen.

See here when you go to doctor about pain. They ask you on scale 1 to 10...1 being mild and 10 being serve. Well Regis says he couldn't handle a pain level of 3. 

Some doctors will easily prescribe and others don't, when it come to pain medication.

Walk around the hospital block and there was a slight hill. I such felt in back of my legs. 

There things we need to learn to TOLERATE and shouldn't tolerate mainly any type of  SUPREMACTIST should not be tolerate in any form.

The United States is in the second tier of being PROGRESS INDEX and supersied it was this high. This is CHART IS WHICH STATE IS MOST AND LEASE PROGRESSIVE STATE and I am in a very red, on chart it "ID"

The doctor increase his morphine for pain, just add 20 more pills to the bottle and it to last him two weeks, and then he back on to his normal prescription.
He thought once he ran out he could call the doctor and he would get more pills.
It end up he can take up to five pills a day out of this prescription and he should come out fair and square.
Well he said he taking a lot more. My reply is I don't know what to tell you.
His burn aren't third degree and I knew someone who had third degree and they didn't make it. 

Once week I try a new candy bar, and when I was in super drug getting supplies to dress his burns. I decide to try a white chocolate bar from HAMMONS CANDIES 

Don't recall what I paid for it, I let my husband eat half of it. 

I figure once a week it isn't going to hurt anything to adventure out with new chocolate.

Plus today Regis and I went out and got a few more things out of his dads place. I guess it need to be done by the eighth.

Regis say he got what he want out of the place. Everyone I know all ready have there items for there home. I already have to much stuff.

Today Is Tuesday June 2 2020, This Is What Happen

Was loose faith and thought I would need to reset my goal of being at 200 pounds by June 30. If I don't faultier. I should be able to reach that goal. I should and won't say It will be a snap.
First weigh in month of June was 201.6.
Then end of June and or start of July I will set the next min goal.

Got my stuff done for my annual physical had my yearly mammogram, not much cancer in my family. Then this time I had a bone density test.
I worry about this one since I am lactose unfriendly.

This morning I mange to get a short walk in, and made over my steps of 7,500.

Hubby went and seen his new doctor. We go to separate doctors.
His A1C blood test for his diabetic  was good, and there going to lower his metformin dosage. He usual cold and they want to check his thyroid. But he only let them stick him four times for blood draw and I can't real blame him.
So he will go back tomorrow to finish it out.
I don't know why hubby don't listen to there wives. I kept tell him to look in about getting a pair of diabetic shoes that medicare and or medicaid covers.
Because I knew of it because I taken care of diabetic and they got one pair of shoes a year. But I found the info on google.

Now it time to jump though the hoops. 

Talking about shoes, I just got and order in from Amazon and I ordered a pair of shoes. They fit real nice but I need get half a size bigger. I will wrap them up and send them back, in next few days.

Our project was to make a fence around some maple trees, the trees on the other side of the gull isn't in the best of shape. So a couple of good storm will knock them down. 

We get a long with our neighbors fine and I doubt they want to see our place. 

But deer are real rough on most plants around here.

I usual put up an rain gauge and the one I used cracked. So I ordered one and with my luck it won't rain for entire summer.

Just kidding it rumor we are to have rain over weekend.

This afternoon I finish up with the dentist, he did a filling.

Welcome to June, and May your may be happy. I am pretty bad poet. My project seem never to get finished. But the larger guess room is moving right a long. But I can see were I have gain.
I haven't gain or lost pound.
The rain came heavy at the end of May. Which North Idaho need.

Self efficacy..is also 14%. I do have doubt in my self and a lot of things in this universe 

Cover 2 in consumer needs

Structure 65%...I have trouble with people who don't plan. Even I mention my unorganized life. But I feel I work better in some type of structure life or basic routine. My father in law wasn't who didn't plan. I have trouble with wish washy people. I say "Make a choice"

Stability 57%...I don't think and people should depend on other for there stability. But when I purse something and research the devil out of it. I just resent bought some items and I compare and ask all sort of question before I bought it.
