Today Is Wednesday. September 3, 2025: This Is What Happened.

As my husband was having his last catract removed. I went for short walk, and took a photo in Sandpoint. I decided to take part in WORDLESS WEDNESDAY

Paid on our medical bills, which 2 of them our from our hospital. One for Murphy and the other is mine. Plus Murphy had one from the hospital in Coeur d' alene. I got them three fourth paid off. There a small one from the hospital in Sandpoint on an X-ray. That one will be paid off in full. Plus paid my house insurance or anthor year.

As hubby was in surgrey I was reading my book, The Diary Keeper. It a book of people who kept diaries in Netherland during WW II. The people of Netherland was encourage to keep a diaries. Not sure if other people from other countries did or not. Two things I found interesting in this book that it comes from not nessuary the Jewish population. Sure there was Jews who kept a diaries. These diaries had to be kept in hiding from the Nazi and it so called partnership of other organization lean that way. At this point no diaries was found. The other thing I read and learn, non jews wore the yellow star in protest of how the Jews was being treated. I now wonder how many protesting non-jews was hauled off to a work camp or to an concentration camp.

It been plenty hot here, and I just learn about URBAN SKETCHER. So far I don't see any in my area. But I notice there is some in Spokane Washington.

Today Is Thursday, August 14, 2025: This Is What Happened.

Sure smokey. There plenty of fires burning around us. Although we don't see any flames which is good. Actually I like going outside. But with smoke it doesn't really allow me to go out and joy the mountain air. I understand rain is heading this way. Got my finger cross when rain comes that the lighting won't over power it.

I'm amaze how some people. Not sure if there actual people. I'm talking about the maga ones. Those Trump supporters. Some guy in the senior center thought Trump was for the working people. And that those tariffs was going help the majority of people. At this point the tariffs has put slight change on how we live. Then someone else said the demarcates just want to hand out free stuff. Statement time...Ones  needs to qualify.   Each of safety net program ones has guidelines. Opinion time...Most of them needs to be updated.

This post was inspired by High Rise, and DRIVING. I understand young people isn't all that interested in driving. Driving is done by each state. When I was in high school back in the mid 70's it was offered after school, and it cost $20, that includes a learner permit. You had 15½. That was in the state of Washington. Although my friends which wasn't all that smart, and teenagers really don't make great choices. I had actually start driving around 13 years old. A few times I had to drive my dad home from the local drinking establishments. So after driving lesson I got my driving license when I was 16. And my driving test. I scored a 98% which was a the highest of that class.

Now driver education is quite expensive now. In United States it will run between $400 and $800. Or one can wait til there 18 years old. And take that state written and driving test. With out driving-lesson your insurance will be at higher rate. Until your 25 years old. I'm thinking what my son had to pay for driving – lesson. I know it was under $400. Thinking it was between $200 and $250. Plus I understand cruising isn't a thing now days.

Took Murphy to the eye appointment for his pre-op for his cataract surgery on the 20th.

Today Is Monday, July 28, 2025: This Is What Happened

I like to share an local article in one of papers, ABOUT THE MEDCAID CUT HERE IN IDAHO.and here is my comment to the facebook page about Idaho Medcaid...There’s no doubt that our healthcare system needs improvement—but cutting people off Medicaid will only make things worse.

Here in Idaho, qualifying for Medicaid is extremely difficult. The income limits are tight:

A single person can’t earn more than $1,800/month.

A two-person household is limited to $2,433/month.

A family of three: $3,065/month.

And four people: $3,598/month.

These numbers alone show how many working families fall through the cracks. Even if you’re working full time, you may still earn just enough to not qualify—but not enough to afford private insurance. And that’s just the income side. There are resource limits too. Depending on the program, your home and assets might be counted, and when a person dies, the state can come after their estate to recoup costs paid by Medicaid. That’s a scary reality.

In most of my adult life, I’ve had no health insurance. When the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) passed, it was the first time I had some sense of medical security. It was a turning point. I’ve never understood why the U.S. doesn’t have some kind of single-payer system, where people can buy in by paying a percentage of their income. That way, we could share the responsibility—and people wouldn’t have to fear losing everything just because they got sick.

Maybe I’m being a little self-centered—I know I’m scared of losing what little we have. But I don’t think I’m alone in feeling that way. Kicking people off Medicaid doesn’t fix our system. It makes the gaps wider, and the safety net smaller. I don’t pretend to have all the answers. But I do know this: we can’t afford to let people slip through the cracks—especially in rural communities like ours.

I'm linking the BONNERS FERRY FACEOOK PAGE. Not sure if it will work or not. But by some of them comments. Some people think it funny that people is loosing there medical insurance.

I just need to learn to pace myself. Not sure if I over did and hurt my hip. The next day I felt fine. Plus I tried to cut back on my MELOXICAM. See the last time I saw my doctor. I told my doctor I didn't think the Meloxicam was all that effective. I still hurt. She suggest I go off of it for a few days. And see where my pain level was. By the third day my pain level was sitting at 8.5 to 9. A few time I was about ready to go to the emergency room. So I got back on the Meloxicam, and the worst my pain has been was 3.75. I can mange on that. Actual I have fairly high pain tolerance. Plus on my left side I have Osteoarthritis. Then there lack of muscle tone. If my muscle tone was tighter it would help my joints.

Clean the toilet, and start anther quilt block. Now for the embroidery blocks I have just passed over the half way point. On number 7 out of 12.

Today Is Thursday, June 26, 2025: This Is What Happened.

The other night I went to up to the Pearl Theater and took part in still life drawing. I believe they're was about 12 of us. I decide to do mine in a collage form. I was surprised some of the artist never heard of collage. One called it application with paper. I was quite please how the piece came out.

I understand that the Pearl Theater lost some of the grants they recieve and or they won't renew them. In 2024 they held the Pride event. And they didn't public did this year, because of the backlash. Starting first part of June, the pearl start to get hate mail. That other local business is afraid of being part of queer community. Even if it just be ally and have there name part of the Pearl. They do have other events there as well.

Murphy and I still going to the senior center. Last Sunday we meant up with my son from Spokane and his family. We found a place on the south-side of the PEND D OREILLE river. We was hoping the girls could catch a fish or so. No luck. They had fun playing in the water.

This morning I went and had coffee with Quenella at Under The Sun. She had tea and I had coffee we walk down to the local print shop. She had some cards done up. I asked about prices for some custom made flash cards. At times I wonder if I communicate or explain myself in a matter that I get my message across. They seem reasonable priced. Now I need to figure what size of paper I can get the most bang out of. The example isn't quite what I want. I stop at the dollar store and looked at poster board. The large white ones was .50¢ each but they seemed slightly smaller then what I known them to be. After that I stop at Super One grocery store, and best deal I got was corn on cob. 4 for $1.00

I forgot I stop at the thrift store and drop off some items. That been sitting in tote in smaller bedroom. It gone!

Got one the medical bill paid off. Next month I will start on them again.

Coffee is on.

Today Is Friday, November 29, 2024: This Is What Happened.

I wasn't going to post today. Murphy and I washed down the north wall of our living room. It was quite the task. There were envelopes of paperwork and binders of stuff. I looked through some items I just tossed, and the rest I sorted. But the one I got sorted, I eventually will need to make a decision about. I marked December 10th or before to make a fine choice.

We had Thanksgiving lunch at my son Bart's mother-in-law's house. There were eight of us there. Betty was in Spokane, so she brought the girls over to play.

Murphy and I don't like driving in the dark as we age.

Not long ago, I watched a video on CHARLES DICKENS. It is only part one. He also did some writing on American Slavery. And other issues of that time. It wasn't well received here. Remember, it was before 1865.

I am almost done with "Western Medieval Art". I will finish off with VIKING ART and the artist TOROS ROSLIN. There is one more section of Western Medieval Art" called COPIC ART, which has artwork posted earlier under the medieval art movement. I'm linking to FACEOFF.

I've been embroidering a quilt block and sharing my progress.

Here is the last part of my ideal world. Remember it just pipe dream...

If you read earlier, we all put in 3 hours a month. To make the world a better place. We can give three hours a month to the betterment of humankind.
But there is also the so-called government. Our election office needs to cost a lot less. There should be no more political ads. Otherwise, how will we learn about our candidates and what they stand for?
For presidents who are in the primary, there should be 12 debates. No more than 12 candidates can be in the primary. If there are more than 12 candidates who put their names in the hat to run for president, their names will be put in the hat and drawn out. After the 12 debates, all candidates will ask the same question.
After the 12 debates are over, people will be able to vote on the same day. The four candidates who get the most votes will have a run-off for the office of the president, and political parties will be no more.
There will be 10 debates for the general election for president, and then we will all vote on the same day.

Now, the United Senators will be president. Only eight people from each state will be allowed to run if there are more than eight candidates. There will be a random drawing for the eight candidates. There will be ten debates for the office of the Senate. Voting the same rule as the president. Only the top 3 candidates can advance to the general election.

Now, for the Representative, it will be pretty much the same as the office listed above. Only six people can run in the primary. If over six people can run, the same thing will happen: a name will be drawn out of the hat. There will be three debates for the primary election, and the top two candidates will go on to the general election.

Suppose a person doesn't vote. It will be fine as in Class A crime.

A few elective and/or appointed officials do lose track of everyday people's lives. So there should be a cabinet called "Kitchen Table." This cabinet will not be appointed. But all people will have their names in a so-called hat. If your hat is drawn, you will attend a cabinet meeting for three months. Then, another person's name will be drawn out of the hat. Other departments worldwide, federal, state, and local government shall be served for six weeks.

Once a kitchen table position is served, one wouldn't serve again.

Editor note...Here is class A fine and punishment, Class A: The judge would have any of these choices and/or a combination of these: Fine between .50% and 3% of an individual monthly income. Home time between up to 8 days, and/or community service between up to 8 days. Up to 8-page paper writing and/or less 250-page required reading.

Today Is Wednesday, November 27, 2024: This Is What Happened.

Today is Murphy's birthday, and he is now 74.

Yesterday, Qunella and I were in town. We stopped at one of the banks—the one she banks at. She got out some cash, so on my way home, I could stop by Lolita and give her the money. Qunella is helping Lolita with Christmas. Lolita has quite a few grandchildren. Her social security check is slightly under 1,000 a month.

This bank shows some local art. We have some great local artists.

I'm linking to WORDLESS WEDNESDAY.

For Today's art movement, I will be covering the Gothic Period. What comes to my mind is Gothic architecture—or more of a current fad: those who wear black lipstick. This morning, I watched a video on the history of Gothic.

Wiki Art has 12 ARTIST. Today, I'm featuring the work of AMBROGIO LORENZETTI and LIMBOURG BROTHERS.

Friday should be my last day posting about my fantasy world—or at least, that's how it should be. Yesterday was FIVE AND SIX.

I won't be posting on Thanksgiving.

There should be a department of “Wisdom” As we age hopefully we gain wisdom. Grandma and Grandpa should be part of the community.

As for retirement. Elder should get a basic income as anyone else. Retirement should be based on hours work. Not the amount paid in.

For every 60 hours work regardless of ones earning is worth one dollar toward retirement account. Once someone get in 60,000 hours of work, can apply for retirement. Or at the age of 60.

One parent regardless of sex choose to stay home and be the home maker if any children under age of 3½ will be get there retirement paid into.

As for housing if they don't own they should be on the sliding scale as such. Housing price for senior.

Class A person income is under is income under $1,000 per month should pay 10% of gross income
Class B person income between $1,001 and $2,500 a month should pay .20% of gross income

Class D persons between $6001 and $10,000 a month should pay 50% of gross income
Class E people over $10,000 monthly should pay 70% of their gross income.

Those with memory issue should be able to part of the community. A safe place that they can be able to go outside.

It good to mix though out the generation.

Things and life have a price tag. People like to get it, but only some people want to pay.
First of all, we need to look at footing life differently. Or an entire look on money.

Taxes. We may also need replacement words. The word taxes either angers or scares people.

All taxes need to be simplified. There are no tax credits and very few deductions on personal taxes. The tax rate starts at $300,000 and will be at 10%. The only deduction would be $60,000. Person.

There is a 3% national sales tax on everything except food and medical supplies, as well as necessities like toilet paper, soap, toothpaste, etc.

Corporate tax deductions will be $15,000 for each employee hired for 9 months or longer.
Class A worker who is paid under $27 an hour...Each worker
Class B worker who is paid over $27 an hour. ..Each worker
Each CEO shall make at most 100% of their employees. Will be fine daily. Between $5000 and $10,000.
25% of reinvestment in business and or payment of stockholders.
Employers of class A will be taxed at 12%
Employers of class B will be taxed at 10%

Property taxes. A head tax could be more fair. Everyone over the age of majority should pay a head tax. Each person can deduct $18,000 of their income from the head tax.

Class A people of annual income of 18,001 to 22,000. Will pay one dollar plus .25% (fourth of a percentage)
Class B people with an annual income of 22,001 to 33,000 Will pay five dollars plus .50% (half of a percentage)
Class C people with an annual income of 33,001 to 57,000 Will pay 10 dollars plus .75% (three fourth of the percentage)
Class D people with an annual income of 57,001 to 87,000 Will pay 20 dollars plus 1% (One percentage)
Class E people with an annual income of 87,001 to 122,000 Will pay 50 dollars plus 1.25% ( One and quarter percentage)
Class F people with an annual income of 122,0001 or more Will pay 100 dollars plus 1.50% (One and a half percent)

Every age 6 or older will give $3.00 to a local agency or place. Annually.

Church or religion taxes. Anything over $150,000 will pay 10% of the remainder amount. The minister's salary will be like anyone else's.

Tuesday, November 26, 2024: This Is What Happened.

I slept too hard last night. I meant Qunella at Under the Sun. She had tea. I had coffee and a chocolate chip cookie.

But before that, I sent off my granddaughter's advent candy calendar to Medford, Oregon. It cost me $7.10 to send it, and the calendars were $2.00 each.

Then Qunella and I went to our new print shop, LINE POINT PRINTING. We had this wonderful store called Lamars that handled things like paper clips, staples, pens, paint brushes, stickers, and more. This new business eventually wants to add such things to its store.

Murphy and I went and had lunch at the senior center. They had beef stroganoff for lunch.

More art movements and/or history. At this time, I'm covering the period of Western Medieval Art. Today, I will be covering ROMANESQUE. I will be only sharing ARCHITECTURE and HILDEGARD OF BINGEN.

I will continue with my fantasy of how the world should be. Here is what I posted yesterday: THREE AND FOUR.

Today is Five and Six.

In 2024, justice is usually based on wealth. So, one can buy the best justice money can buy.
As I wrote about planets being in Neptune, I wrote that most things should be on a sliding scale.
At this time, a $100 fine would be 20%, and if someone's income is $2,000, a $100 fine would be 5%

So, I'm not going to define class A, B, C, D, E, G, and F when it comes to the criminal system. Class A would be the most minor, and class D would be the most horrendous crime.

Class A: The judge would have any of these choices and/or a combination of these: Fine between .50% and 3% of an individual monthly income. Home time between up to 8 days, and/or community service between up to 8 days. Up to 8-page paper writing and/or less 250-page required reading.

Class B: The judge would have any of these choices and/or combinations of these fines between 6% and 10% of an individual income, no more than 3 months for fine, up to 30 days in community lockup, up to 10 paper pages of writing, and/or less than 300 pages of required reading.

Class C Judge would have any of these choices and/or combinations of fines between 15% and 22% of an individual's income. The fine would be no more than 9 months. Up to 6 months in community lockup. Up to 25 paper pages of writing and/or less than 300 pages of required reading.

Class D Judge would have any of these choices and/or combinations: A fine between 32% and 45% of an individual's income. No more than 24 months for fine. Up to 24 months in community lockup. 50 paper pages of writing and/or less than 1,000 pages required reading.

A Class E Judge would have any of these and/or combinations. A fine between 50% and 75% of individual income. No more than 60 months for fine. Up to 60 months in community lockup.

A Class G Judge would have any of these and up combinations: a fine between 70 and 75% of individual income and no more than 180 months of community lockup.

If Class F is found guilty, it can be sentenced to 25 years to death in lockup. If more than .25 percent of the population is under Class F, some serious work needs to be done in society.

Any class E or G must have a rehabilitation in lock up.

The Jury will be set in a box that cannot see the accused or the witness. They will wear earphones so they can hear.
The Jury won't be able to see the people involved. There's a simple reason: everyone has biases.
If evidence is involved, the Jury can see it without any part of the accused or witness. The defense and district attorney will explain the evidence.
Each Jury can submit up to 5 questions about the accused and/or wittiness. This will be done before the final closing.

There is more to life than the bones. We have spirits, both good and bad. Our mental, spiritual, and emotional health needs to be cared for and examined periodically.

Imagine a place where we can delve into the lives of those who have gone before us, exploring their conscious, unconscious, persona, and shadow. A place where we can understand what followed them to the grave and tap into the collective consciousness. This is the potential of a holodeck therapy center, a place of profound exploration and healing.

Every community deserves a holodeck where everyone can participate in their fantasy. It's about inclusivity, about everyone having the opportunity to be a part of their own altered world, just like the old days of being on psilocybin or psilocin.
One can communicate with those who have gone before us as part of the holodeck.

The use of the holodeck isn't to be mandated. It should be decided by a board of three out of five psychologists or psychiatrists who believe a patient would truly benefit from such a treatment. This ensures that therapy is only recommended when it's truly beneficial and covered as a medical cost.

A person can only use the holodeck for 72 hours at a time. In one year.
Like most things in life, it does not need to be free. Here is the possible rate. For 72 hours
Class A person's cost would be $6.00 to enter the holodeck.
Class B person cost would be $12.00 to enter the holodeck
Class C person cost would be $48.00 to enter the holodeck.
Class D person cost would be $70.00 to enter the holodeck.
Class E person cost would be $95 to enter the holodeck.

A couple wanting to participate in the holodeck would get a 15% discount.
There will be a family rate and or group discounts.
3 to 6 people: 15% discount
7 to 11 people: 25% discount.
12 to 16 people 40% discount
17 or more 60% discount.
Some holodecks might need help handling such a crowd. This would be a good way to examine one's psyche. One could examine negative and positive aspects of one's inner spirit, like anger, love, shame, embarrassment, calmness, distance, trust, etc. A lot more could be listed.

Today Is Monday, November 25, 2024: This Is What Happened.

Murphy and I just finished taking my old waterbed frame apart. I had a waterbed in my late teens and early twenties. It gives us more room. I'm not sure what exactly we're doing with the lumber, but it's perfectly good.

We paid the gas bill. We're just waiting for energy assistants. We also paid off the credit card. (Happy dance.) The riding lawn mower put a dent in our finances, but now we're on some better footing when it comes to money.

I talked to Sawyer last night. He and his wife Betty got divorced. They're being quite grown-up and civil about it.

Someone asked if they only did religious art during the Western Medieval Art. As I can see. It was mostly religious. But they did have secular art. But I noticed they didn't have much peasants' art base. My guess is that the church and royalty controlled the art.

Today's art is from the Pre-Romanesque movement, which lasted from 5th to 11th centuries.

Yesterday, I posted about how I think the word should work: THREE AND FOUR.. Now for parts five and six. During this period, Wiki-art only had one artist: ENDE.

Now, I think the world should be like this. I know this is only a pipe dream.

We need to be part of and expect to be part of our community or Kingdom. Being part of a kingdom involves responsibility. In the Kingdom, there will be renters, owners, and those who need aid.

Every Kingdom needs a community center. Every community offers a place for education, spiritual activities, physical activities—both indoor and outdoor—medical, dental, behavioral health, the arts, a library, a social area, and a kitchen with a place to eat.

The size of the population would depend on the size of the community center they want or need. No community would be without one.

There are always costs and upkeep costs involved in a community center.

It can be part of community volunteer time. In earlier writing, it was mentioned that everyone needs to do hours of monthly community service.

Now, for member fees, those under 18 are free.

Class A person's income is under $12,000 per year, which should be $60 a year for the head of the household and $6 a person.

Class B person income between $12,012 and 30,000 per year should pay $80 per year for head of household and $10 per person.

Class C persons with incomes between $30,012 and 72,000 per year should pay $110 a year for the head of household and $15 a person.

Class D persons earning between $72,001 and $120,000 per year should pay $150 a year for the head of household and $21 per person.

Class E people over $120,001 or more per year should pay $200 a year for the head of a household and $28 a person.

The fees above include one show or activity a year. Those who put in 10 hours a month will be able to add two extra activities or events per month.

Individual event or activity fees will be divided according to class and age. This includes the cost of meals in the dining area.

Class A fee is for those aged 6 and under $2, those aged 7 to 13 $3, those aged 14 to 20 $4, and those aged 21 to 70 $5. For those 71 and older, $3

Class B fees for ages 6 and under are $4, ages 7 to 13 $5, ages 14 to 20 $6, and ages 21 to 70 $7. For those 71 and older, $5

Class C fee for age 6 and under $6  age 7 to 13 $7, age 14 to 20 $8, age 21 to 70 $9. For those 71 and older, $7

Class D, free for ages 6 and under, is $8. age 7 to 13 $9, age 14 to 20 $10, age 21 to 70 $11. For those 71 and older, $9

Class E fee for ages 6 and under is $10; ages 7 to 13 $11; ages 14 to 20 $11; and ages 21 to 70 $13. For those 71 and older, $11

There also will be stores with food, non-food,

Cost of food: Every household would be allowed 40 pounds of food a month, 10 pounds per additional member. For non-food, a household will be 20 pounds worth per household and 5 pounds for extra persons.

More food than what is allowed will be purchased from the retail store of their choice.

Class A household with income under $1,000 per month should pay $20 a month, and each person additional person will pay $3

Class B households with income between $1,001 and $2,500 a month should pay $23 a month, and each additional person will pay $5

Class C households earning between $2,500 and $6,000 a month should pay $29 a month, and each additional person will pay $9 a month.

Class D households earning between $6001 and $10,000 a month should pay .$33 a month, and each additional person will pay $14 a month.

Class E people with incomes over $10,000 a month should pay $40 a month, and each additional person will pay $20 a month.

The community store will be like any other market, and people will have choices. These places will also be nicotine, alcohol, and drugs. The only way a person could lose their right to purchase nicotine or alcohol is if a medical or mental health professional or judge revolts against their right to buy these items.

A few side notes for the Kingdom: The food is served in the eating area. The same thing will be served daily. Healthy meals and something for those who have a sweet tooth are required.

We all need human contact. Check out a person from the community center. I would like to have a chance to learn and grow.
Each community center has a park where one can find someone to visit with. They cannot leave the park, but they will be under a person's checkout.
It is hard to ask for help of any sort.
So, everyone will take their turn having a person or family they check on to see if they are safe or need anything.
It doesn't matter what income a person has; every person is required to be a

visiting care person or family member.
A person will be required to work 5 hours a month for 9 months every year. From age 21 to death, a person will be required to help and serve another person.
Medical or mental reason with forms filled out by a medical or a  Psychiatrist.
Less than 5% of the population would not be able to be in the friendship program.
The person one helps would be picked at random. This way, there would be less likely to be a division of economic class.
There are combinations of who one might be with.

Coffee is on.

Today Is Sunday, November 10, 2024: This Is What Happened.

Today’s art piece is in the style of purism, which I have never even heard of. So I looked up the definition. The piece is called “The Composition with the Umbrella” by By FERNAND LEGER; here are more of his works.

Murphy and I went for a drive through the GAME REFUGE. We saw one deer and quite a few geese and ducks. It has been foggy most of the day. Gender friendly out house. Question time: When was the last time you took a Sunday drive?

I did some general chores and completed my to-do list in my bullet journal. If I get one to four things done on the list, I will shout with joy. If I get over four things done, I will jump with joy.

Yesterday, I ordered my Granddaughter art supplies for a Christmas Present. This year, their Christmas gift from us will be cut short. They will be taking out the pajamas and new outfits as gifts. Statement time...I don’t see how Trump’s economic plan will help most of us. I only see horrible inflation.

Dinner today is Tuna Helper.

Today Is Tuesday, August 13, 2024: This Is What Happened.

I'm starting off with Wiki-Art. In the search bar, I put my name, "Dora," and saw who came up. Well, I'm taking DORA BONEVA.

The other artists named Dora are Dora Carrington and Dora Marr, who was one of Pablo Picasso's partners.

I took yesterday, August 12, off. I went to Sandpoint and got some DVDs at the library down there.

The movies I got were LETTER FROM UNKNOWN WOMAN, 1966 VERSION ALICE IN WONDERLAND, and PRINCE OF TIDES. The last one I got was BRAVE NEW WORLD WITH LEONARD NIMOY.

They had cabbage rolls at the senior center. I was asked what they charge for a meal. They suggest a five-dollar donation. I'm not sure what the average donation for a meals is.

But one does get a full meal. We also got some peaches, mixed veggies, corn muffins, and to drink, we had milk and juice.

Tuesday and Friday, they have their FOOD GIVE AWAY. What Safeway was giving away was food that was about to expire. Or shortly past the date of expiration. Now, they are going to try to sell their older food at a discount. If it doesn't move, then they will donate it. I know Super One doesn't donate their stuff. I don't know what these stores do with their expired items. Dollar General, or Grocery Outlet. They're building a dollar tree or store. I don't know what their policy is for leftover items.

However, the good news is that some of the fair market animals were donated to the senior center.

Today, they were going to have a meeting with the board. One of their topics was whether guns should be allowed in the building.

At this time, I know only two people packed. And I have no idea who carries a gun in their purse or under something. Those places that put a sign not allowing guns in their business can get their liability insurance better than those who don't. I know only two businesses that have a sign in the doorway not allowing guns in their business. Sad, I don't know how it is enforced. And I'm not sure what difference it makes between allowing or not allowing guns in a building.

Coffee is on.
