Today Is Friday, July 25. 2025: This Is What Happened.

A lot going on today posting. First I'm going to play WEDNESDAY WORDS ON FRIDAY. I wish I knew other people who played this. Although I don't play every time. Today words are INCLUDE-LICK-BERRY-APPLES-RESPECT-ELBOW-FORK-MEASURE-KNIFE AND DREAM.

The sign by the fork in the road been there from the days of Queen Beatrice and Queen Mary region which was more then 1,000 years ago. The sign was still visible. My guess that someone from one of the village came and re-did the sign. Or possible even put up a new one.

Behind the sign was due North, and they was plenty of forest land, it been said that they were a fairy kingdom. They had three apple trees growing, and 2 of them had magical powers. Although the village people was leery of trying them. They thought the devil had hand in it. The other apples was fine. Which one.

On the west bank of Keyport river both village came and celebrate Lughnasadh. Before they could past the gate to entry in special area, to take part in the ritual. They had rub a cream that was made of toad fat, tooth of a gopher, and whisker of bob cat. They had measure the cream very careful, and no more then half of almond shell. To be rub on the left elbow.

As the villagers camp on west bank of the river. They would wonder up in the hills. And pick the berries and bring them back, and put them in barrel and had the youngsters stump on the berries and made juice. No one actual knew they had psychedelic powers. But the grown up would drink the juice during the celebration of the ole god of Isime. The bond must had strange powers over the people mainly the older ones. They would set around the fire and go into a dream like trans and someone would start talking. Then someone else start talking, some made sense and other didn't.

Not sure how this start once the planet of Mercury was in plain sight everyone had to put there knife on the flat stone right next to the elm tree. All showed great respect.

As the parents was tripping out on the juice, as the children thought it just was plain nasty. They could lick there fudge-sickle, and watch there folks make a fool of them self. They didn't want to be include in such ole nonsense.

I had plan to get this up earlier. And possible even take part in a few other things. Such as sky-watch and nature. The summer heat can make one sleepy. It does me. A lease I can keep up. Not loosing what I got done. Ate lunch at the senior center. We had meatball sandwich.

Finely got a quilt block done. Sure taking me long enough time. The rate I'm going my granddaughters will be in there 30s. I will be in my mid 80's. A more reasonable rate is to get embroidery blocks done. 2 to 4 weeks. I'm connect this to FRIDAY FACE OFF.

Coffee is on.

Today Is Friday, June 27, 2025: This Is What Happened.

I decided to try to make a story out of these words. 1.purposeful  2.solar  3.hog  4.trail  5.discouraging

and/or:

1.chute  2.punt  3.oval  4.records  5.patient

and just for a surprise, extra words:

1.hinders  2.origin  3. camping  4.wrinkle  5.sprout.

For more info on this challenge please check HERE.

John patient was running slim, for about three days he been look for the records on his milking barn. He has an opportunity to hook up some solar panels to the milking parlor. Big dairy became overwhelming and had increase in several milk related disease. That the smaller family produced more milk per cow.

John and his wife Linda could be looking for the records. There dog, Punt. Who was mixed between a bulldog and who know what else. Punt name came from that his face look like it been punted. He is good dog. Barked when someone came into the driveway. Not a yip per.

Because they been looking for the records they need to get solar panels. The chute need some repair. Not much but a few boards need to be tighten up.

The old trail that had brought the settlers into the community back in 1870's Once in while a dust devil would kick up. For some reason this one had an oval shape to it. Sometime John and Linda talk about the dust devils on trail. They wonder if it was some type of ghost just kicking up dust.

After the chute got fix, they decided to check on the hog pen. And put in some new straw. There pig Wrinkle meant them by the gate. Usually they had an apple for Wrinkle and the other five pigs. But this time they forgot some apples. So since the smaller field on the backside of the hog pen, wasn't been worked for a two years. They tore down part pen, and let the pigs loose. They seem to have a good time rooting about.

John and his wife head back to the house. For some lunch and John was going to look for those records he need to get the solar panels. As they walked back to the place. In his back of his mind he start to become more discouraging. He kept asking him self over and over. Where did I put them papers? He search all the logical places they could be. Did someone came into their home when they went to town and purposeful gather those paper they need to get solar panels. They been a small group of people in the area didn't want any part of solar panel into the area. But as far as John knew no one he knew or heard of came short on papers.

As they ate their lunch of turkey sandwich with side of cottage cheese and peaches. He saw some papers on the floor by the end table by the couch. He walked over and it is the paper he been looking for. He was so relief.

Hope you enjoy the story.

I went over to chatgpt and ask them about Literary Character Parallels and here is the five...

  • John → Charles Dickens’ Joe Gargery (from Great Expectations) – Honest, kind, practical man with emotional depth, working quietly for the good of others.

  • Linda → Shakespeare’s Hermione (from The Winter’s Tale) – Calm, loyal, sensible, and enduring. She keeps the emotional warmth steady.

  • Punt the Dog → Sancho Panza (from Cervantes’ Don Quixote) – The earthy companion to a wandering soul, comic yet insightful in presence.

  • The Ghostly Dust Devil → Banquo’s Ghost (from Macbeth) – Not directly malevolent, but stirring up unresolved ancestral or regional energy.

  • Wrinkle the Pig → Wilbur (from E.B. White’s Charlotte’s Web) – A pig full of innocence and life, who becomes a symbol of simple joys and overlooked wisdom.

  • Coffee is on.

Today Is Friday, May 16, 2025: This Is What Happened.

It been ages since I played 'Words On Friday” Different bloggers give a list of words. And here is this week words

Elbow-Imagine-Canal-Heavily-Population and the other set of words are, Mocked-Months-Annex-Support-Casino.

The original Words for Wednesday was begun by Delores and eventually taken over by a movable feast of participants when Delores had computer troubles. Sadly, Delores has now closed her blog forever due to other problems.

The aim of the words is to encourage us to write. A story, a poem, whatever comes to mind.

If you are posting an entry on your own blog, please let us know so we can come along to read it and add a few encouraging words.

Looks like this week host is ELEPHANT

    And color by MOTHER OWL

Children for many generation played in the canals of village Lansky. It was one way spending those hot summer day. There was also frogs, fish, and turtle in the canal. Canal was called Annex not even sure how it got that name. It been said that the early called St Thomas river Imagine. It was so clear that people say an imagine in the water.

But I'm clueless what imagine, Lansky, and or St Thomas has to do with Annex.

The world has became over population. This included the town of Lansky. The air and water is contaminate from people in past refusing to believe in climate change or global pollution. The canal has an heavily cover of brownish yellow slime. No one recall where this came from. The factories been shut down for ages. All this beyond months, years, or decades. I don't think it been a century. Some of the older people talk about odd smell coming from the factory. At that time when the factories was running three shifts, and even the weekends. They're were people at time concerned about the smell and it was blocking out the sun. They were just mocked and life became unbearable.

Dr, Elbow who was a bit of both a genius and a bite of crack pot. He came up with a machine. A past/future machine. To send part of the people either into the future or into the past. But they were no way of controlling which time period one would land in. But who ever got on wheel, that looks like a roulette wheel. The ones that are in the casino, long time in the past. But it was 60 times bigger then what was in the casino. So only eight people could only go into the future or to past. But they didn't know where they might be send into. So that means for now families and friends could be broken up.

The science community thought if 40% of population would get on giant roulette wheel and be tossed into the future or the past. And 60% stayed back.

Those in the past could stop the past of pollution. And hopefully those tossed in to future will land in better world. Then those who stayed back didn't pull as heavy on current resource.

Mrs Elbow who was caring woman. At one community meeting brought up that they need a support system once people gets on the giant roulette wheel. And will be gone for every. They will grieving.

The other day I did this drawing of four goats all made up. I thought of getting a tattoo of something like that. But I haven't. When money is more stable in my life. I will first get a broom with writing "Sweep away injustice" I'm linking with FRIDAY FACEOFF

Today Is Sunday, September 15, 2024: This Is What Happened.

Not sure how the layout will go with this blog post. I've been working in what I call my spiritual art journal. The area I been working on how I believe the future should be. Because the universe doesn't necessarily go our way.

Question time...Has anyone here served in the military and or an war? Neither Murphy or I served in military. Or none of our parents have. In the past I have had relative served in the military since the beginning of our county. Even some of my relative fought in the FRENCH AND INDIAN WAR

In my art journal I been slowly and I mean slowly. I been taking neptune though the zodiac signs. Neptune is dreams and fantasy. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac. Its ruling planet is the red planet Mars. In Roman tradition, Mars is the God of War. It is a planet associated with action.

Here is how I think war should be.

At first, I thought of just our law war. Well, there was war way before the time of Christ. I'm not even sure when the first war was fought. People aren't going to stop being biased. There may be some behavior based on prejudice and bias. Confession time...I have a bias toward some religions. But I don't do anything toward this group I will be in. Most of these religions don't even know I have disdain toward them.

We should completely change who will fight our wars. We sent young people whose brain isn't developed. I thought of writing a novel that takes place in the future. There is no money system, and there is peace. But something needs to be done about the world population. I recall my mom saying the war was necessary to control the population. With advancements in medicine, people live longer and survive intense injuries; back to my novel. At a certain age, a person would be given a draft notice, and if they go to this area and a specific location, they will be killed. Painless way. Of course, some won't be killed. If they survive, they will live out their natural life.

Most wars I know have been connected to religion and natural resources. Greed is what war is based on. I suggest getting rid of greed. It is not happening. Young people don't need to fight in our wars. I'm sure that before my family came to America, they fought in wars across the Atlantic. There has always been tribal war. War is coming to an end. We all need to think about the way we fight in war. Those over 95 should go off to war.

Did a load of wash, and picked up around the place. Pretty much filled up the kitchen trash can. Murphy did some mending on kitchen door.

Today Is Saturday, June 21, 2024: This Is What Happened.

Going to continue my story from last week, JUNE 14, and I will be linking to RIVERand this week words are This week's words/prompts are:

    1. discourteous 2. flicker 3. martini 4. whips 5. belly

    and/or:

    1. 1. waving 2. frogs 3. moderation 4. smile 5. louring

I choose to use the second set of words.

Kelly and Ellie didn't move on to the district in the spelling bee. They kept thinking about the old journal and the amber rock. Still, they have yet to tell a single soul. And they didn't speak much of it, just in case someone overheard them.

It was Friday, about the end of school. Plus, it was the last Friday of the month. It was the community block day. In the block Ellie lived on, the neighbors all get together and have a potluck and a few games at the local park. Ellie is bringing her cousin Kelly as a guest. Plus, Kelly could really kickball. The plan was to have a ball game. Both of the girls hoped to be on the same team. As they enter through the kitchen. The Washing Machine was going. And Ellie's mom, Janet, met them with a smile and told them to get the ice cream bar out of the freezer. Soon, Ellie's dad, Joe, would be home from work. Hopefully, he wouldn't be all that tired. The company has been pushing hard to finish a new set of apartments across Jacob Creek.

In little over an hour, the Nelson family was walking down Prune Street, and the prayer flag on the porch of a blue house with yellow trim was waving in the wind. Both Kelly and Ellie wanted to know when Uncle Terry might be coming for a visit, and Joe wasn't sure when his brother might stop in. This was disappointing to the girls.

Dinner took little time to set up and serve. The food was well-moderated among all the food groups. During the dinner hour, someone commented that the frogs were a little louder than usual. Someone said, "It's getting close to their mating season."

About an hour after dinner, which included clean up, the younger generation went and played kickball. There were enough players for two teams, so the teams were divided between those whose addresses were odd or even.

Yesterday was the first day of summer. So far, June has been mild. Take part in Sky Watch, and here is a link to the SKY WATCH PARTY

My last thing is FACE OFF. I drew two faces at the same time, one with my left hand and the other with my right hand. It was during an intuitive group. Her question was which of the two was the wiser self. I didn't see the wiser person. I may have been stressed and confused.

Today Is Friday, June 14, 2024: This Is What Happened.

Not sure who all takes part in “Wednesday Words On Friday” but I will link to RIVER. Who been doing I think for ages.

    Words are....1. lurk 2. amber 3. birch 4. drainpipe 5. spelling

    and/or:

    1. flour 2. buttercups 3. light 4. train 5. mullion

The amber stone, with its extraordinary and at times overwhelming power, held a mystery that was yet to be unraveled. Its use was forbidden during a full moon, a rule that had been passed down through generations. The question of how to tame the amber’s power remained unanswered.

Kelly and her cousin Ellie lurked in the old mansion on top of Birch Hill. The mansion hasn’t had any Birches live in it since the Great Depression, back in the 1930s. The Birch family made a lot of money manufacturing sewer and drain pipes. It is even said that before coming to this country, the family hooked up with smaller European royal families.

As Kelly and Ellie look through the basement. They went to one of the bedrooms. It was a mid-size room with two twin beds sharing the south window of the room. The basement was where the servant resided. Soon, Ellie decides to look in the top drawer of the nightstand. The only thing in the drawer was amber that would fit into the palm of one’s hand. Plus a book titled “Zauberbauch Baum.” Ellie pulled it out, flipped through the pages, and said, “Kelly, look what I found in the drawer.” Kelly came over. Took a look. And said. “Put it back and say nothing until we speak to Uncle Terry.” he has a doctoral in anthropology and a minor in graphemics.”
Soon, they both left. Their Uncle is planning to come visit in a short while.

As they both were crossing the lawn of the old mansion. Both notice a young person sitting up in the giant oak tree. Couldn’t get a good glimpse of the person. Couldn’t tell the sex.
As they both got down the hill, they decided to quiz each other on spelling. The 7th grade spelling bee was coming, so they headed to Kelly’s place.

I also did a page in my art journal. While I was falling asleep, HYPNAGOGIC HALLUCINATION. None of them were scary. The other night, I saw a head floating by, wearing a bowl. The head wasn’t round or looked like a balloon. It did have a ponytail. Unknown sex.

Link it to FRIDAY FACE OFF.

Today Is Friday, March 29, 2029: This Is What Happened.

I need to remember about Wordless Wednesday. This week's words are BEWILDERMENT, GOSSAMER, MIDNIGHT, WINDOWLESS, PREVIOUS, UMBRELLA, and SURIVOR. RIVER came up with these words.

It has been said never to remove the gossamer from the old Johnson homestead. The house was built during the War of the Tulips, which has been over for at least eight generations. Still, people were affected by the war.

Now one of the direct descendants of the original Johnson family. Got a deed to the property. It is a direct descendant of the only survivor of Mary Johnson. Who left the area after the murder of her family. She married, had a family, and died of old age. Some say you will see about the property in the week of spring. Holding an umbrella, walking around the place. The last Sunday around midnight before she leaves. All of the town of Sassville. You will hear Mary yelling, "My revenge is your fate." Then she tosses a rock through a window and someone home in Cassville as she leaves. Someone every year becomes windowless. In previous years, it was a drugstore on Main Street.

Since the so-called tales of old Johnson Place, the people of Sassvile have been bewildered by the rock being tossed through the window.

Why not a photo of clouds? The clouds have been changing quite a bit today. I went to Physical Therapy. I got a copy of the check I wrote to the I.R.S. and the form at our library. I noticed an upcoming event I might be interested in doing—a potluck at some time. I need to look into it more. I'm linking to SKYWATCH FRIDAY.

Murphy and I went to the senior center for lunch. We got a good ole slap today. The senior center is being audited by several agencies. It looks like it could be closed for 3 to 6 months.

Our senior center handles the low-income senior and disability apartments.

They will have the Meals on Wheels program, monthly senior boxes, and the savaging food program.

I'm still doing artist trading cards. I love Seattle Choc and made a collage using the wrap from the candy bar. For the other, I drew a woodpecker.

These are my faces for this week. Linking to FRIDAY FACE OFF.

I posted this yesterday. Hopefully, someone can answer my question. Question time...I want to do a "Round Robin" in a different person. Do a page in my zig zag book and pass it to the next person. And not having the person look at the previous page. I would guess this has been done before. Who would you contact, or how would you go about doing this?

Today Is Friday, July 28, 2023: This Is What Happened.

It has been a while since I played, Words on Friday. Today words are being supplied by CHARLOTTE, and I will be using the second set of words; fog, nutcracker, belt, mushroom, room, and remember.

It was a cool fall morning with plenty of dew on the ground, and fog had settled into the valley. Sally had planned to do some baking for next month’s pot-luck with the local book club. She belongs to. They finished reading “Mushroom Dusty” during the pot-luck. Jane will be bringing Mushroom Soup with beef.

Linda got out her nutcracker and started cracking some walnuts she needed for her banana bread. People ask her to bring her banana bread, and it is so moist. She and everyone in her family uses their great Aunt Mable’s recipes.

It takes about 20 minutes to prep and mix up the bread. This time she had to crack the nuts. So a little longer time.

Before she could start, it was a good thing she went and checked her freezer for nuts. Well, she had none. So the local market is not far from her home. They had a special one, whole walnuts. She bought five pounds. Later on, she will crack the rest and freeze them.

As the bread was baking, she got out what she planned to wear and placed the clothing on the bed. She jumped in the shower and was out in less than 10 minutes.

She got herself in a blue dress she had worn for a few years. Last week she stopped in at a thrift store on the south side of town. And found a thin silver belt on the .50¢ rack.

The book club meets at the library’s main branch on oak street. So half past five, she headed out and started to head to the library. At the second stop light, she suddenly remembered her banana bread.

So in the McDonald’s parking lot, she turned around and headed home to get the bread.

A little over a dozen people were in the room; the club used the larger room. Soon they went through the food line and started to eat. A young teenager and one of the book club members were walking by the entrance. Ask him to draw out of the can for their next read.

    Creativity I’m linking to 3296

On Wednesday the 28th, I went to art at the local fairgrounds. And we all have our personal seeds and what they bloom out to be. Then at home on the other side. I did up some umbrellas. Sometimes an umbrella is used to hide or as protection.

Hopefully, I can participate in ART JOURNAL in August, although I’m not sure what the theme is. But I like a challenge.

So far, retirement is going along nicely. I was planning to do the floors. But the weather changes my mind. I am going to the senior center for lunch.

Coffee is on, and stay safe.

    Monday, June 26, 2023

Today Is Monday, June 26 2023, This Is What Happened.

I spent almost a week with brain fog, which was no fun. Sunday evening, I started to normalize in my head. Today the brain fog is gone.

Regis went and got his new kitty. He is going to name his Ozzy after Ozzy Osborne. He is a fan of Ozzy.

He got some welts over his body. I took him to the nurse for his regular shot of Toradol. Since we were in the clinic. The nurse could take a look at the welts. They were clueless and had to wait for the doctor to take a quick peek at them. The doctor took a brief look. But she wants us to come back at 10 tomorrow. The medical people sometimes. That we all drop what we're doing. Hell, they don't change their life around.

I'm doing a minor rearrangement of this week's schedule. It is going to work out.

I went to our library to get some help on our electronic device. When it comes to these computer things. I'm still in primary school. I didn't know I was hooked up to the cloud. Our tablet won't; the lady who helped me says it looks mechanical.

I did manage to work on my story...Here is what I got written today...So Sunny filled out the paperwork and had them zipped to the Sharvon board. With zipping papers, it is faster than what they used in the past, e-mails or fax. But what takes up the time is. The board is going through the papers and the investigation.

Coffee is on, and stay safe.

Today Is Tuesday May 30 2023: This Is What Happened

My hip did a total turn about it.

Before I went to work this morning. I stopped at the library and worked on a short story called; Ovtor. But I might change the title.

Here is what I got so far.

The spaceship carried 143 live passengers. And 286 dead people in the cargo area next to the lab. The ship is on the way to Ovtor planet, in the recently discovered galaxy of Jnome. A group of the population decided to make a new colony there. But, unfortunately, most of the colonies just haven't worked out in the past.

Only good spirit people could migrate there. Those who might get a board of one spaceship Shevron going to Ovtor can suggest six people who had passed away. But only two would aloud make the trip. The board didn't expect perfect people but not horrible evil people.

So the Ovtor no aged. Simple, they were no sunrise or sunset. No changes in the season. This planet had four suns. All four suns were one hundred forty-two million miles away. So it didn't matter which way one would look; they were the sun shining brightly.

So the factor on this planet is no one died. Those who want to immigrate to Ovtor understood that they wouldn't die and, at present, may never come back to their home planet. They also had a chance to bring two people who had passed away.

Sophie had an appointment with the board this coming Tuesday in one afternoon. Her application was approved, and only three of her dead people's choice was in the running. The other three didn't make it. Something was dug up on them, or someone else requested them to go. Sophie was starting to get nervous about facing the board.

The two people she hoped to go with her were an Aunt from when. Who discovered her journal in the local town of Merritt and her daily life? Although her Aunt wasn't a perfect person. But it seemed that Aunt Jill and Uncle Joe weren't evil or mean-spirited. Now the other two, she wasn't sure. One was Aunt Jill's husband and Joe. The other person was more or less found randomly on a walk through one of the local cemeteries.

It is not done. I'm sure there will be changes though out the story. But for the other dead person, should it be Jill's husband going on the stranger from the local cemetery?

But before I head out today. I manage to get my stretches done. Meant Qunella for coffee. We got our coffee from Under the Sun. He went outside to drink them.

Because of her age, she knows it would be best if she moved to town. Quinella will be 76 in August. She looks at a smaller home. I noticed this PLACE and told her about it.

She is planning to move next year. First, however, she needs to take care of things around her home. She would like to move in the summer or fall of 2024.

More places are coming up for sale now.

The United States debt has been in our headline news stories. But, at this point, I haven't heard anything of the filthy rich taking any responsibility for the debt. At this point, the debt deal is horrible. But we can't default.

Opinion time...DeSantis is just mean-spirited. Nothing more.

Tomorrow is monkey business around the place. I have no monkeys. So it balances the budget, pays bills, and calls social security about retirement. Let all of you know what they say. If I have time, I will contact Idaho Health. My insurance is based on income. I'm making less money now.

Today's musician comes from COLORADO. The band I'm picking is FRAY, and the song LOOK AFTER YOU. And the LYRICS.

Today Is Friday April 28, 2023; This Is What Happen.

Today Is Friday April 28, 2023; This Is What Happen

I thought of giving a few of these BLOG HOP a try. I don't which one or how often I will be involved with blog hop. I know it will be impossible for me to all of them. I don't have any desire all them. Or be held to blog hop schedule.

I have played “Words on Wednesday” a few time before. So it looks like each month they have a different host, and today host is JOURNALING WOMAN. Here is the prompt words...edge, chair, blanket, hypothermia, and fire. The extra word is exile, ranch, mutual, agenda, and dress.

    WHEN TO LEAVE

The entire town of Burns been on edge, during the wildfire season. The fire season has started earlier than usual. With budget cuts. Not much was done for maintaining the lands.

People of Burns been put on notice they might need to leave with a short notice. Some of the people had their rigs packed.

Suddenly! The west side of Burns got the notice to go. Which means to grab your items, toss them in your rig. Not to pack. So hopefully most people had there items in order. If not their a good chance it will burned up.

The Emire family had to leave their 12 great grandparents chair, that was brought over before the United States was still part of England. And they knew it could be possible not survive.

Quite bit of the west side of the community did get destroy. Even the Emire family had quite bit of damage. All though they didn't loose everything.

The chair had mainly smoke damage. Surely the chair had some repair over time.

As they look though the house. Suddenly they notice the storage area was complete wiped out. No blankets or the quilts they made over years. One shelves had a large section of fabric, that was gone as well. They had a bite of sadness came over them. They started to think of the family in next town over, who all died of hypothermia. Not all that long ago.

But compare to some, they didn't loose any life. Burns was a wonderfully community.

I thought it would be fun and interest see what A.I comes up with the same word I use. So here goes...Sarah was on a camping trip alone when a sudden blizzard hit. She tried to start a fire, but the damp wood wouldn't catch. With no other options, she wrapped herself in a blanket and sat in her chair at the edge of the campsite, hoping someone would find her.

As the hours passed, Sarah's shivers became more violent, and her breathing became shallow. She knew she was experiencing hypothermia and needed warmth fast. She looked around, spotting a broken chair leg and some dry leaves.

She placed the dry leaves on the ground, set the chair leg on top, and used a match to light it. The leaves ignited, and Sarah added more kindling until the fire was roaring. She sat beside the flames, warming her frozen hands.

After a few minutes, Sarah felt well enough to stand up and start walking to find help. She extinguished the fire, wrapped herself tightly in the blanket, and ventured out into the storm.

As she trudged through the snow, Sarah noticed smoke in the distance. She followed the smoke and found a group of hikers gathered around a campfire. They welcomed her, and she collapsed into a chair, grateful for the warmth.

Sarah knew she had to be careful, as the possibility of starting a forest fire was high. But she also knew that without that small fire, she may not have survived the night. She shuddered at the thought and huddled closer to the fire, glad to be alive.

But the strange thing with A.I, I found out it best to limited the number of words.

I feel like being social and thought I would explore a few more blog hops. The sky been beautiful, but the pollen I think is starting to rise. My eyes were somewhat itchy. But sky was friendly this entire week. I took part in SKY WATCH FRIDAY

Let me not beat around the bush. I'm not a fan at all, of those who marginalize others. Today art related to that subject.

This is what I wrote in green...I'm not sure of how how to express my feeling toward those who want to marginalize others or groups.

It makes me scared and angry. I know it wrong to hate. But some Nationalism ideals I despise. I'm not a fan of confederate, Nazi, and fascism. I'm sure they're others.

    We all should play nice.

Side note: Note a fan of colonialism or Imperialism

I took part in ART FOR FUN FRIDAY

I can't say I had stress free week. I been joy reading my book. Working three days a week been great for my mental and emotional health.

I forgot to mention yesterday about asking the reference librarian at the library at the Sandpoint library. This question. What was require reading in the past?

What was require reading when you was in school? And she thought it was good question, which made me feel good.

She suggest I might try posting it on social media. And maybe some museum might have records on such things.

Tomorrow, Saturday Lolita and I are going to see grand opening of an local art gallery. And then to a juice bar.

I also stop by FRIENDSHIP FRIDAY

Coffee is on, and stay safe.

Today Is Friday MARCH 3 2023, THIS IS WHAT HAPPEN

It has been some time since I took part in Friday Words. For more info, stop over at RIVER. And I will be using the second choice of words.

Which are leap, candle, overview, officer, pain, and wilderness.

Penny lived out in the wilderness and had a small farm. No large animals such as cattle, hogs, or horses. She couldn't afford them. But she had to sell her handiwork and pick up odd jobs around. So her retirement check just needed to go further.

The pain in her left shoulder has given her trouble off and on since she got hurt running cross country in her sophomore year in high school. She leaped over a log and caught her left leg. Down she went. Hitting the ground on her left shoulder.

So one thing Penny made was candles. She sold them at the local village market, and she used them. Practicing her white magic. See, Penny was a witch.

But one time. Some person, although still determining who. Called the police and reported Penny for being a witch. An actual officer came out and knocked on her door. And talk to Penny for a short while. Since there were no body parts. He figured everything was ok and left.

The overview of Penny was always good. She was a very kind person.

It has been a while since I shared any art. Work gets in the way. That life. On Wednesday evening class. We did some abstract art. I asked what abstract art is, and she had to look it up. But disagree with the explanation that pops up.

Statement time...There has been a time I looked at the abstract, and I didn't get it.

Once I learned where the word abstract came from. I start to UNDERSTAND

I'm linking my art to GILLENA

When I came home yesterday evening, the sun was setting, and I thought the hole in clouds and light showing through was fascinating. So I tried to get a photo of Venus and Jupiter lined up. But I thought it would be an excellent SKY WATCH photo.

Today I stopped in a local animal thrift store and found a suitcase to put my art supplies in. What needs to fit in. Can go back to the thrift store. I need to get some individual containers to sort art supplies out. It goes into a suitcase.

Work went good this week. March is my last month of working four days a week. Come April, I will be taking two days off. Wednesday and Friday. My friend Lolita is going to play The PLAY THAT GOES WRONG on Saturday afternoon.

Coffee is on, and stay safe.

Today Is Saturday, September 6, 2025: This Is What Happen.

Don't recall last time I shared any sort of stats, so I thought of sharing 9 stats from last month. I try to get the weather ...
