Today Is Tuesday, June 13, 2023: This Is What Happened

Woke up a little before 6 this morning. Then, around half past six, I went for a morning walk. I did watch some news this morning. As I drank my morning coffee.

Since the morning is usually cooler than later in the day. I manage to get some chores done. Which I'm glad about.

I Had some coffee with Qunella Under the Sun, and we walked over to TEA SCARLETT FINE ART. They're auctioned off collaborative; different people add their touch to it. Now it is up to $500. It's the price range I've dropped out of. But the funds are going to the high school art program.

After Qunelle, I went up to Regis. He had physical therapy. As he was doing his physical therapy, I finished reading Red Badge of Courage. Other than that just a routine day.

The next book I put on my GOOD READ LIST is BEN FRANKLIN: AN AMERICAN. I redid some of my SHELVES and put Ben Franklin under the shelves...Published 2000, Books Between 499 to 1999 Pages. Britain, England, Europe, France, Home Library, Male Author, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, United States, Would like to have a chit chat with, and they might be other shelves add.

A small thunderstorm came, though.

Coffee is on, and stay safe.

Today Is Saturday March, 11 2023; This Is What Happen.

Been wanting to link this quiz, DISCOVER ART. I did a it three time though. And the first time though I end up with a score of 90 rollicking idealist. Score of 70 introspective.

Than on the second time round my score, once again was 90 rollicking idealist. Score of 50 in the defiant contrarian

For the third and last time. It end up being, Score of 85 Introspective Thinker and once again score of 70 on defiant contrarian.

Had to look up the terms. ROLLICKING and CONTRARIAN

Score of 10 or less on allure romance. Lot of the romance art, I see. It usually make female look co-dependent.

Hubby blew snow out of our drive way. And I did the shoveling around the place snow blower can't get to. I finish up going though all my tops. I still have the clothes on my back deck. Still got my skirts to go though. Than the floor and top shelf in the bedroom closet.

Paid most of the bills up. Well there three to go and I will pay them on our next pay period. Murphy is the 22nd and mine is 24th.

I like to go to the GONZAGA SENIOR ART SHOW. Going to the art show shouldn't be any trouble. I thought I might of spend the night at the DAVENPORT. But it looks like the rooms starts at $241. Right now we can't do that. Maybe later in the year. Staying at the Davenport been on my bucket list. Got plenty of time, to complete this. I wouldn't even say it on the top ten thing that I want to do.

I ate at the davenport in early 1980's. One could go down the road and get the same dish, for half the price.

Almost done sharing artist from each country. I will be moving on to music. I would like to make a play list for my self. I'm looking at Pandora or Spotify. Question time...Who do you use for your playlist?

Today artist is JACOBO BORGES who is from VENEZUELA

Today Is Sunday March 5 2023, This Is What Happen.

$50 is what I was going to spend on amazon. Here is my list...Skirt hanger, skull hoodie, Maus II, set of an artist book. I would give one to my friend Lolita and a pack of twenty-four A.A. batteries. Unfortunately, I only got the batteries; they ran $65.

We went to Sandpoint. We got things that are outside of Bonners Ferry. I got myself a pair of shoes at Wall Mart—something to knock around with. Murphy got three T-shirts. And we got a microwave. Then we went to Home Depot and picked up some new light cover sheets.

I went through my closet and sorted out my clothes. Tops and dresses. First, I removed all my stained pieces, which can be turned into rags. Then the ones that just don't fit will be dropped off at the thrift store.

I'm shooting for Wednesday to get my clothes in the closet done. I have my clothes hung back in clothes, those I wear quite often and those I hardly wear.

No out-of-town doctor appointments. Just two local ones. I got my photo on my Facebook page from the play I saw at the Pearl. I saw "The Play That Goes Wrong"; it was pretty funny. But I'm wondering why I had so much trouble with what I put in "What on your mind"...I think the term "got my fix" bothered them. My memory serves me correctly. This is what I posted.

I got my arts and culture fix. I went to see a play in Bonners Ferry called "The Play That Goes Wrong" here in Bonners Ferry at Pearl Theater.

It's time to visit three random blogs that left a comment... I'm using a comment from the HIGH RISE....Very interesting. In your first question, you should have had an answer to your second question without having to ask the second question. Why does the A.I. focus on commercial and professional blogs and not personal blogs?... There is other A.I program. I just went to the one I heard about on TV. I started to wonder if I got their subscription one, what would I get? I don't know. At this point, it is overrated. I see myself using it less often. Plus, asking the question was challenging.

The second comment I will be using comes from LAW OF GRAVITY. Her comment reads as fellow...Ouch. Falling is not fun. I hope you heal up quickly.

I like to read books I've read before. They're comforting. Usually, it's like watching a favorite scene from a favorite movie. I'll just read the bits I enjoyed. When we first shut down in 2020, I found that I didn't like reading new books, just ones I'd enjoyed before.

I liked The Birdcage. Cute movie.... I recovered reasonably quickly before. I rarely watch the same movies or read the same book. My friend Quenella get to get know the story and people in books.

What I saw of bird cage I liked it. The DVD started to act up. Now I'm watching a Tim Burton movie, "Corpse Bride" with Johnny Depp in it.

The third and last comment will be from SONG BIRDS CRAZY WORLD, and she shared these thoughts... I'm glad you got the chance to enjoy the theater...As many of you know, I want Arts and Culture. Our town has a little in that area. I have a significant issue with most of Idaho's political lineup. I don't see myself moving over politics. But if the Pearl close down. No rumor or talk of it happening. I would be pushing Murphy on the idea of moving.

Today is Wednesday February 22, 2023, This Is What Happen

Been showing my trip to Campbell house and M.A.C., and their home is beautiful, but like all of us, we have two sides to the coin.

I wonder about people who post on their blog their life is perfect. I understand Helen kept diaries like many people of the Victorian and Edwardian Eras. There is a copy of her diary, and I would like to read it.

There is a dark side to how the Campbell family makes their wealth. Plain simply, they took ADVANTAGE of their workers. Paid them like .50¢ a day, and I would guess a day was more than eight hours of labor.

The Campbell lived in Wallace. But it says they moved to Spokane for their daughter to bring up in the culture. But I question it! If part of the reason, safety could be part of it.

As I said, the main reason I would leave this area for the search for culture.

I heard it cost $30,000 to build the Campbell home at the turn of the last century. But how do they treat their staff? They lived up on the third floor. A narrow stairwell, and they don't let visitors up there. For fire reasons. I can understand that. But I thought it would be a great fundraiser. Let's sell 150 lottery tickets to the servant living area. For a 10 or 15-minute tour. A limited of three people at a time. If the owners of these places go nasty with their servants, they could taint the food a bit.

My son Bart really like the ideal of building in cabinet in Sewing room. My granddaughter Claudia and Wendy. Thought that the Helen was still there. She in painting. Helen was born about the same time as my grandma Olive was. Helen son serviced in world war II, as my grandmother sons did. Other words my uncles.

I canceled today's crafter thing at Pearl to cold. I woke up at six this morning at 8 (-13), But Murphy and I went to the senior center. The lunch was a nice bowl of chili.

I complete another item on my bucket list. To get rid of 10 items and the items went to a community thrift. Didn't go into the thrift store. But gas in pick-up, regular, is $3.39 a gallon.

Editor Note...These miners were paid fifty cent to dollar less than most miners, in area. Plus at time mines were paying out well to the stock holder.

I couldn't believe anyone's feet could be that narrow. My mom wore double AA shoes and had a hard time finding shoes.

These are a set of shoes of HELEN CAMPBELL POWEL, The daughter of Amasa and Grace Fox Campbell.

What does the horse carriage cost? But they bought an electric car around 1915 and paid $5,000 for it then.

This was their daughter Helen's bike.

Went to work. Same same!

Packed one of my suitcases that I will be using for creative supplies. I've still been checking the thrift store for one more.

If I need more than 2 luggage, I need to rethink and remove some items.

Still working on my bucket list. Some could be listed under goals. Like, get rid of 40 items.

A cold spell is coming in. The wind is coming straight out of the north. So I'm calling off my art thing at the pearl.

Opps on that photo

Today art is from TUVALU

Today Is Monday February 20 2023, This Is What Happen

This is going to be a short post. My work went good. Add a few more things to my bucket list. Another place I would visit is New Orleans. And some local area ones. I took a tourist class, and many people need to see things in their area.

I took a walk this morning and added some distance. I'm up to the fourth power pole.

This is the thing I have to sign in every morning and out when I'm done working. I don't know any other jobs that come to people's homes that must go through all this nonsense. I think it is because I have a ghetto job.

My youngest Granddaughter might be heading back to the hospital.

Today Is Tuesday February 14 2023, This Is What Happen.

I watched P.B.S. news, and yesterday they had a story done by CANVAS. Called MUSEUM OF LOST MEMORIES

I have quite a few photos of family members, and I need to figure out who they are. I have been in places I have seen old images. That is being offered for sale, from fifty cents to five dollars. Guess about every household has unified photos,

I took quite a few photos when visiting the museum. In addition, there was an exhibit called PRINCESSES AND SAVAGE STEREOTYPES.

Try not to use certain adjectives not to put people in a particular bias. But when it comes to nationalist people. Catch me using terms...cruel, close-minded, bullies, self-center, tyrant, brutal and sure; there are other stereotype words out there. I wish I had more photos from this exhibit.

Working and the computer holds me down in a particular part of my life. I started a BUCKET LIST, and since Regis had mental health appointment in Sandpoint, we stopped at the library. So I want to watch all the films that MERYL STREEP and I got the DVD "Deer Hunter." I saw this back in high school. After I watch Deer Hunter, I will look for MANHATTAN.

Before we left Sandpoint, I stopped by Farmin park, where the local farmer's market is located. So here is my picture of the day.

Still light at 5 PM.

Coffee is on, and stay safe.

Today Is Saturday, September 6, 2025: This Is What Happen.

Don't recall last time I shared any sort of stats, so I thought of sharing 9 stats from last month. I try to get the weather ...
