Bad Habits Keeps the Weight On

I’ve been trying to change my habits when it comes to eating. Confession time...I love Wasabi chips I’m not a big fan of chips and the only time I buy wasabi chips them when they are on sale

Anther thing I do around 2 in the afternoon I start to graze my way through the house until dinner. Honest time...I don’t eat any certain type of food, just food

I like going to curves I try to get sit pattern on going but something also seem to get in my way.

I readed Dr. Phil The Ultimate Weight Solution Dr Phil is right that actual to loose weight you need to change your life style and developed new and better habits.

What I like to do is get my 2 in the afternoon shoveling food in my mouth. Under control Confession time....I eat my 3 meals a day plus more Go to curves 3 days a week and walk 3 days a week. If I got those two habits under control I know I would drop some poundage and firm up

Friends on Katka Mountain

Today Murphy and I went an saw out friends Earl and Quenelle up on Katka Mountain. Her gardens of flowers look so much better then mine. She been doing it a lot longer then I have. She got two iris in bloom one smells lemoney and the other smell like root beer. And the color would go perfect in my flower bed.

I’m still planning to put a rose, peonies. Rhodes on the south side of our home. Quenelle got some of her from high country roses.

She loan me anther wiccan book called Life Magic I just started to read it and their talking about different god and goddess like goddess iris of egypt, goddess in hindu philosophy, and goddess in pagan.

Quenelle and I are talking about going to the gardenia center This Saturday and helping them clean out their gardens. I won’t go if my home and flower beds look like a tornado been through them

I Love the Earth

Today Murphy went to the gardenia center I don’t know if he enjoyed it or not. Well a least he didn’t run it down. He didn’t come out of the building do cart wheels either. So I guess time will tell

They all talk about this place called heaven and to me it seems like it was an impossible place to go. In simple terms we’re all sinners and aren’t worthy of going there. Then they’ll start talking about a loving God that you should fear. Personnel thought...I don’t see how fear and love goes together

I find living on earth pleasant. Look all she offers all sort of shapes. I was driving to town and was admiring the mountains and all the shapes and sizes. Hunger In The United States

book review

I was reading different bloggs and had a Link to article Bill Sali definition....What an Asshole Now I’ll move on to more pleasant things

I just read 3 books on wiccan or type of books.

Recent most book I read was How to be a wicked witch this book is ok. I would recommenced that everyone should read the part of “Life’s Little rule book which is from pages 36 to 45.
Then this book also had a section on how to handle different situation of life called, two edge of double sword pg 112 to 114. The rest of book is ok For a grade I give this book a B- if it didn’t have life little rules or double edge sword the book would got a lower grade

The next two book my friend Quenelle loan to me.

The first one I like to cover is Spell crafts I’d give this book a D. The only reason I didn’t give it an F because the book had crafts not well put together. I felt like they explain and didn’t finish the stuff in general “Like doing something half ass”

This book here so far is my favor Magic house hold Now this Author explains each area of the craft works from room to room and it covers all aspects of magick. Some area they cover is furnisings, bathing and brushing, garage, and a lot more. I give this book an A.

I’ve enjoyed the magical house hold . I’ve look a little into other books that Scott Cunningham had written.

The Reason the Way I Voted

In Idaho for the primaries you vote stright party ticket and majority will run on the republican ticket

Only one candidate I got right is Butch Otter. I didn’t want Dan Anyhow Butch Otter got 70% of the votes. The other candidate for governor on republican ticket was Jack Alan Johnson which I couldn’t find a lick of info on. Then their was Walt which I real couldn’t find how he stood on the issues. That he went on a hunger strike.
Their was only two people who ran on the democrat ticket Jerry and Lee In the general election the odds will be that I’ll vote for Jerry Confession time... I haven’t read were he stands on the issues. I didn’t want Dan or Walt in

Now for US Representative 1st dist in Idaho. This man I did not want in at all Bill he got 25% of the votes. Then it was three way tie between
Keith Sheila Sorrenson which I can’t get a link to. And the other person who was running on the republican ticket was Robert their was two other candidate who ran on the republican ticket and each got less then 15% of votes.
Statement...I’ll be voting for< Larry instead of Bill I’m thinking about Volunteer to get Larry elected to congress. Their was one other democrat running Cecil

Then their was the school superintendent race. The superintendent of public instruction on republican ticket came close between these two Tom and Steve I didn’t want Steve in their. I don’t know anything about the democrat candidate Jana

When I vote in Idaho I try to pick the most liberal republican candidates in the primaries which is hard to do. I don’t think Idaho carried a democrat since Franklin for president.
So I did google search on Idaho politics. The three local paper here is Bonners Ferry herald a weekly paper, Bonner county daily bee which comes out daily and the Cda Press also a daily paper. These paper is own by the same person.
A lot of people takes for spokesman around here.

Where I stand on some of issues...I call my self quality life, not pro choice or pro life, I’m for equal medical coverage for all, against capital punishment, pot should be legal, basic human rights and for a livable wage Their other issues I think needs to be address as well

Enlightenment, We Need It To Grow.

I went to wikipedia to learn about enlightenment and what a varity of ideal and how it change us as; how, when, where, and why

Yesterday my friend Quenelle and I went to gardenia center and two wonderful people talked about enlightenment both were wonderful but complete opposite of each other.
Does life experience have something to do with our personal enlightenment?

I think everyone during their life ask “why” and seeks deep knowledge of why something happens as it does

Here a small example of “why” in my life. Some of them I got a practical answer. Confession time...No I don’t complete understand lives little riddles

1. Why did my dad belittle me as a teenager? The only answers I could come up with...He couldn’t handle that I might grow up and leave the nest, have life of my own.
He had Low self esteem and to bring him self up he had to take me down below him
2. If my dad was still alive what kind of relationship would we have now. I often wonder this. I would say a lot better for simple reason that I don’t have much to gripe about in my life. In general I’m a happy person
3. Why did I marry who I did? I feel we put out certain energy and behaviors that we attract the people around us. Plus are friends and enemies
4. Why don’t Earl and or Tadita take responsibility in the fall out between Murphy and his family? Everyone who is breathing plays a certain part of lives drama. Including my self
5. Why was my son Sawyer born premature? I never figure this out. But I learn some people judged me because we got complete wiped out of money. Take my word for it “Money” is everything. I’ve learn to be thankful for the smaller things in life. But on the other hand I watch the pennies a lot closer

I don’t thinking we are total ment to understand why things do happen to us. I think if we quite seeking out “Whys” of life little dramas we never grow in knowledge or spiritual.
Every things got a reason for why things are as they are. To me enlightenment happens to us all the time as individuals

Bill Sali Not Getting My Vote

I’m defiantly not voting for Bill Sali for 1st dist of Idaho. The majority of his campaign money is coming from club for growth.
I was looking at who they scored our senator and house. Feeling time...I find it out rage the club of growth they give an + for those who vote against raising the minnie wage of $5.15 an hour You can see how the club of growth rates the people who you send to Washington DC.

Kootani river is high

We’re having crazy weather and I’m not going try to predicted the weather for the rest of the summer.
Last year in May at this time the average highs were in mid 60's to lower 70's. Now we’re having temptures getting up in upper 80's and lower 90's. This is what we have at end of July and first part of August.
The snow is quickly melting off the mountain and the creeks and rivers are on flood watch.
In our local paper their an article about theMoyie river flooding. Which is east of us.
All the older time talks about the flood of 48. The 1948 flood was caused by abnormal snowmelt augmented by rainstorms the latter part of May and in June. The floods caused contamination of the water system, which left residents without drinking water. Over $3,700,000 damage to roads and highways. $30 Million damage to crops.
The kootenai river is real high. I don’t know what the odds of it going over the bank. In 48 their was no dam on the river.
So after work I had to take some papers over to my doctor to fill out. I’ve never seen the Kootenai so high and mucky. So I stop on dike and took snap shot. I like to go and see some of the creeks in mountains I bet the water was real moving.

I’ve got the most popular middle name for my age, Ann. I got my middle name after my mothers maternal grandmother.

Update on Flower 2

It became hot in Northern Idaho. Haven't yet hit 90. Becoming dry here. Watering in early morning and evenings. Flowers are slowly showing colors. Confession time ...weeds are doing great, mainly in my yellow and purple flower bed. Pull some weeds this morning.

This my newest addtion to my purple and yellow flower bed. I bought it at home depot for mothers day.

Findly the violets are starting to come back. These I put in last year

Got all my flowers planted by thee barn. This morning I planted asters 2 3ft row between my mums.

Spring Madness

Murphy respects me. Bitch time...Most every mothers day I don’t get a gift and their been years we couldn’t afford anything. This is one of the years I didn’t get damm thing. When the boys were young we could of taken the boys out and got a card or something small. His excuse is I’m not my mother. Ok “I know that”. I’m the mother of the boys.

We got feed up with our lawn mower so we went to home depot and bought a cub cadet rider. I haven’t yet got to use it. My son Bart mowed the yard yesterday.
And today was my first day of watering it. According to weather it should be close to 90 today

Yesterday I did some planting. I got the sweet peas planted a side of barn/shed. Then I got 4 white mums planted also side of barn.
The only thing left to plant on side there is some asters.
So the sweet peas will grow up the side of the trills

I planted a pinchusin flower in my purple and yellow flower bed. It my mothers day present that I bought my self. I planted my some Zinnia I guess about 8. I gave my sister in law also some zinnia I started. I got some to give to my friend Quenelle I just got get hold of her and see when she will be in town next.

Life Lesson I Learn From My Mom

1. Be Honest What I learn people who lie can’t handle reality

2. Don’t hit unless you excepted to get hit back What I learn if you do someone wrong except them to have some kind of reaction.

Kitchen Needs a Finish Make Over

My Kitchen was so dirty I just couldn’t stand it one minute longer. I actual did try to take a picture of it. Everyone was blurred. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or not.
Their was actual all kinds of stuff piled on my counter tops.

Before the summer is over I like to paint all my cupboards all country white. I don’t like the dark cupboards. Do something different with the counter tops. I’m not sure what. My cousin owns Idaho Granite Works. Well I don’t if I could afford it or not. I think if I put granite counter tops on my base cabinets we would have to reenforce or they’ll be falling in. Plain and simple I’m not a rich person

I feel like made progress if I got my cabinets painted all the same. Time, money and knowledge is a factor on what we get done around here

Update on flowers 1

The hodge podge bed don't have much in bloom at this time. My guess what will bloom next is Lilly of Valley.

I only have yellow tulip. Would like to add some more yellow a little different shape or shade. Or get some purple tulips. On the side you can see a little purple flower. Lot of weeds I keep adding flowers as I can afford them>

Our black cherry trees are in bloom. Not a eating cherry tree the bee's and birds love them.
I think snow apple will bloom in few days. Beautiful tree I'll be posting a picture in near furture

Babysitting the creatures

The boys and I been taking care of my Uncle Henry and Eve place. As they are visiting their oldest Son on the Oregon Coast. I do the morning chores which consist of putting her plants out during the day. Night time been getting below freezing. Also I feed her 3 kitty which they use for mousing.

The boys do the evening chore which is feed the dogs, two of them. Plus they both want someone to stay their at night. Watch satellite TV

Confession time...I go over every so often and watch satellite TV. Sure glad we don’t have satellite TV I wouldn’t get anything done. I mainly watch home improvement shows, history discovery and the news chanals.

A Letter to My Inlaws.

It been two ruffly two weeks ago and I went and talk to my doctor about zoloft and she suggested that I write a letter to my inlaws. Honest time...I don't think it real going to do much good. But I thought it was worth a try and I don't know how much time I'm going to be putting in this. So The 4th of May I send Earl and Tadita this letter.
Wish...I wish some way or somehow things gets patch up

My doctor suggested that I write you a heart filled letter. I hope this letter will be the start on mending the fence that became between our families.
There 3 thing bothered me on this whole thing.

Why did you snob us since Ulanda and Frank came to Bonners Ferry? I only can come up with two reason.
1. You bad mouth us so bad to Ulanda and you couldn’t have any contact with us. In simple term you poison the well.
2. For some reason Ulanda doesn’t want you to have anything to do with us. Should I say Ulanda has you under her thumb.
I don’t know if these is the real reason. Until I hear differently I will believe the two above. If you want to explain the reason why you snob us when Ulanda and Frank came, please be honest and if you needed to make up a lie. Don’t bother flab your gums.
Personal I think, one of your reason you gave why you didn’t come over is, lack of sugar for the coffee. Is pretty lame.

This been going on for sometime Murphy and I are willing to bury the hatch. I don’t see the reason to holding a grudge.
Personal I could hold a grudge against you.
It would be a terrible thing to hold this grudge and take it to the grave. No one lives for every.

I don’t expect anyone to be prefect. This is gone on long enough and Murphy to best of my knowledge call twice to bury the hatch and I think the fence mending is well over do. How long do you want to hold a grudge?

No Food for Inflation

Hubby and my monthly gross income is $2.050. Honestly time my hubby gets benefits with his job. So based on our hourly wage we make $2050 gross

When figuring inflation in the United States they don’t take into account utilities or food. Question....Could someone tell me why?

The biggest percentage of our pay check goes to food.

The monthly percentage I spend on our house hold.....
1. Food 30%
2. Utilities 15%
3. Medications 4%
4. Gas 5% (Peppylady)
5 Gas 5% (Murphy)
6. Gas 5% (Other then work)
7. House insurance 3%
8. Vehicle insurance 5%
9. Property tax 5%

Murphy drives more mile to work and he works 5 days a week. I work basically 3 days a week for 5 1/4 hours a day. So he drives the vehicle that gets better milage

I’m not sure what I spend on non food items. When I’m getting food and I need non food items I put it in the cart. I would guess I spend less then 4% on non food items

Please remember this is gross not net. I know it would be slightly large percent out of the pocket

Enlightenment Doesn't Matter The Size

Today my friend Quenelle, granddaughter and I drove to Sandpoint and attended a service at Gardenia Center . This place of worship had a little bit of everything. To me it was spiritual moving. I mean they let spirits freely flow.
Opinion time...The best statement the speaker said was “Hate is an awful disease” Which is so true.
Anther speaker said she prayed her own version of the rosary.
To me it doesn’t matter how we commutate with god/ess. As long as we do.
After the service they had coffee and goodies in basement with a bookstore that sold wide assortment of spiritual books and other things. Covered Christianity, Buddhism, Wiccan and so forth.
I would go back to this church had a lot of unitarian traits.

Yum Yum rhubarb Pie

Yesterday I made my favor pie, rhubarb. I should of not use a deep dish pie pan. I didn’t real have enough rhubarb to fill it

Gas went up. What will we be paying by Labor Day?

Bonners Ferry is starting to come out of the dark ages. At one time they had an A& W drive in here in the sixties. For what I remember they went out of here in the seventies.
We had no fast food chain until today. I was driving and their it was a zips driving inn.(couldn’t find their web site) I honestly don’t know how big of chain they are. But their quite a few in the Northwest.
The closes McDonald is by Sandpoint which is about 35 miles from here.

Action Speak Louder Then Words

One of my pet peeves is someone abusing social programs.

I do home care and my client Callie gets 15¾ hours a week and she real doesn’t need that many hours.
Opinion time...She needs someone to come in an do the heavier house work and the laundry
She bitches about muscles spasms. If start using her muscles they wouldn’t have so much problems with them. Lack of body movement cause her a lot of problems both physical and emotional.

I’ll bitch about people over using social programs. I get my 15¾ hours a week and feeling time...”I feel like such a hypocrite.” She milking the social program and I’m helping her do it.

I don’t think she can hold even a part time job down . I think she can mange her apartment and take care of her daughter. I take care of her so she can take care of her daughter.

I talk to her ex P.S.R worker. (Which I call a life coach.) She was in a agreement with me that she could do more for her self and what she does.

Opinion time...I don’t think she likes doing general home keeping and if someone willing to come in why do it Plain and simple the whole family got the case of laziness.
I’m let it be known to her by my action it’s ok to be lazy and milk the system. Shame on me for not practicing what I say.

Moral Hunting

Yesterday I uploaded the wrong picture. I think these yellow tulip will be blooming later today or tommorow.

Yesterday my two sons went looking for moral mushroom in our neighbor cow pasture. For the short time they were out they did ok. I like to go and get some more. I'm blanching what we got and putting them in the freezer. To me actual best way is drying mushroom. The biggest trick is not to get to much heat on the moral.
The ideal is mid morning warm rain and son comes out a little later. Thats what moral ideal growing weather.

I told Murphy that I thought the southside would be good place for a roses,rhododendron,and paeonia. Their quite a bit of work to be done.

This is what I call my hodge podge flower bed. Its has all sorts of things in it. People gave me plants and all sorts of goodies. Haven't pay a plumb nickle for any of it
