Off At Last

Question time...Why do people try to improve there self.

This is last bit on goal setting, and next day will be a new year, it doesn't matter if we believe it or
not. It's here 2019.

Well now it time to talk about my weight lost and health goal. Confession time....When I was young and didn't pay attention of what I was sticking into my body or even abusing it. Yes I thought I was indispensable.

But my goal was to loose 5 pound a quarter and yes I did it. But what I learn from it. And will change a bit on goal when it comes to my weight lost journey.
I had every intention to loose 20 pounds but once it came to end of October I seem to only maintain what I lost.
Which isn't a bad thing at all.
So this year goal is to loose six and quarter pounds a quarter up to end of October. Well there two months left until end of year. Those last two months I want to maintain my lost of three pounds either way.
Now let talk weights lost as for months. Each month and they will be ten of them. I need to loose between two and quarters, up to two and half per month.

10,000 steps a day shouldn't be that hard. Well for month of December I had even trouble getting in 5,000.
There was those time I forgot to even put on my zip bit fit.
Actual my goal is to get in 7,500 steps a day.

There not much walking out side at this time. Plenty of ice. So I been doing tread mill a bit. Which I find boring.
So that one thing I need to do is get movement in my life.

Suprising even on my job there could be more movement. But I listen to lot of there lifes burdens. And I really don't mind listening.
But maybe I can get them out and moving it would do them both good.

The other part I lack is drinking enough water. There some odd reason when a get on roll of water drinking I don't maintain it.
I like my water hot when I drink it. Not big fan of ice water.

Well on first I will be doing a "December Report 2018" and a short bit from "Personality Insight"
and I'm serious thinking of doing a short you tube video and linking it with my December report.

Improving Spiritualy

One of my goals is grow spiritual and way I do this is being creative. One way I been is drawing my own tarot card, slow going.
I post in my last BLOG I would like to do two cards a month.
Before manual script and lettering people express there self in other ways. Caves had picture that told a story.
Church had there stain glass stores from the bible. I would assume other place of worship had some type of art like.
Tarot is sense story telling and I like to do my tarot reading as a parable or fable. Hopeful it can give anther light on something. Or lease to think or ponder.

Last year I start to work on tarot work book called WORKING WITH THE TAROT and I haven't exactly set any sort of time but I would like to get back on this book.

Yes one last thing. I mention a friend Candi and I started a local pagan group called SPAIRFITEREA. Confession time...I don't like to be in the lime light. 
She was our high priestess and handle all of our rituals and such. I was happy back stage organizing and such.
Well she pass away shortly after Thanksgiving.
Since I'm one of the original founders of the group. And they want me to lead ceremony and such.
Confession time...I don't have the calling at this time to be what we call a minister (for me it would pristess or high pristess.
I tend to be an introvert although not a shy one. But I'm a person who find having time to one self is important.
Question time...How do you feel introvert being leaders?

Who Creative and What Type Of

Had every intention to finish up hot pot pads for Christmas gifts, well now it look like it will be for 2019.
If your wondering what happen with 2018 goals is...My hubby came down with shingle and had to work and take care of him.
It was stressful and figure if I add making hot pot holders it would of been over whelming.

The two main will be hot pot holders for Christmas 2018. I got plenty of scraps of fabric for this.

And actual an old pillow case is working real good to lay out my hot pot holders.

Also haven't had a chance to use my mini iron.

Then the other thing is I want to get back in block exchange. I join one on a facebook group.
This one above is last one I recieved.

Once I get 100 you tube subscribers on MY CHANNEL I will have a give away. Since these     
about my 2019 creative goals. Here is part of supplies I will be using on item that will be given away.
So once I actual I hit 50 subscriber I will actual announce what I will be given away.
So my give away will be number three.

Then for the tarot cards I been doing which will be continue on. Do two cards a month.
And I thought of doing a calender but I'm thinking about canning that ideal. Starting to get a little much on my plate.
But instead I found I like to challenge my self when it comes to be creative. I'm drawing picture base from different words.

For me I enjoy all sort of creative things and it more interesting to see how people interprets. I real like to play with colors. Bright and bold ones. I know I would have trouble with the Amish I couldn't handle there drab colors.
One type of art if goes to outer limited of abstract. Confession time....There been a few piece of abstract art I've seen I liked but not many.

Question time...Have you every just looked at piece of art and wonder what there artist was thinking?

Media Were and What

Before I start going on about social media and my possible goals for 2019. I did get my basement corner clean out. Still more to in basement and not sure if I'll be doing anther section or not.
At current time or short term goal I will be doing a closet cleaning and down size for January. I will be doing three closet which included the two extra bedroom and the linen closet. But one of closet there some Murphy summer shirts hanging and I want him to go though his shirts and see what's what.
And it would be plain foolish to stop down sizing after January. Just currently can't come up with area to clean.

Confession time...I need to spend less time on facebook. Way to much drama and usual I try to share positive postings.
Not saying I don't hit the negative part of facebook or share. But I believe the world is over 95% positive and kindness.
Some would say I have my head in the sand.
And it the best way of to communicate with my pagan community.  I will take two days a week off from facebook. Like I do on other things in my life.
Statement time...Less time on facebook would be beneficial for one self and I believe Thursday and Friday would be  good days be free days of facebook. And those other five days a week less then one hour per day on face book.
Someone might be asking them self "why don't you just in hell close down your facebook account" One of the reason is my pagan community and there is a part of me that enjoys it, although at time it gets out of hand.

Then I hardly do much with my twitter account. Usual I link a line from one my blog post to twitter. It will pretty much will stay the same. The only think I can say and do...reach out to other twitter maybe once a month.

I enjoy creative things, and nothing in particular. Confession time....I'm extremely picky when comes to abstract art and such.
I have an instgram and it way to share pictures. To me the saying "Picture is worth a 1,000 words" does speak. And also photos can be powerful of speaking.
Look like the last time I post on Instagram was first of December.
I believe my goal for up coming year is to post up to 7 items per week or maybe a little more. Not necessary ever day.

Then the last one is You Tube this one I'm still trying to get more comfortable of doing. Confession time...I have trouble hearing my own voice.
There on you tuber I like to listen and to me her voice is same range as me for tone, and I don't find it irritating.
Maybe her content is fun to watch. Well I will let you decided...GRAVE YARD GIRL and she has anther channel BANANA PEPPERS.
One of other thing I find frustrating is about you tube is there not many BABY BOOMERS on You Tube, and those I found there under garments are just in a bunch.
Sure don't have video editing down. It something I want to learn.
Maybe 2 to 8 videos a month.
You Tube is my newest adventure with social media and once I get a 100 subscribers I will have a give away. At 50 I will announce what I will be giving away.

One little thing about social media I would lightly advertise, as long as it doesn't take a way from the content.
Could be away to add a little jingle to my pocket

It Doesn't Matter What Went On At Christmas 18

Christmas is over and this one was one of less stressful. Although no cards went out. I can get some of those valentine cards that I did in grade school and mail them out.
But having stress free Christmas was the bomb.

Well here the items I got. At family gift exchange I got magic bullet and hubby got me some slipper socks.
Regis got me a dragon and it will be part of one of my alter. Sort of leaning toward my summer soltice and or Litha.

One thing we did was a saran wrap party game

My friend Alice always gives me a gift. set of four mug and I only took picture of one

Wednesday Number Twenty Four

Before I even looked at words for WORDS FOR WEDNESDAY. Decided to use the first set and last two of the second set.
hair, dissolve, concertina, candlestick, ribbons, causeway, discarded, and chocolate.

It was a horrible thought I believe most of us was having about Aunt Bertha. She was the odd one in the family. No one could top Aunt Bertha.
One family gathering at the park down by Eastson avenue. She brought her concertina or truthful know one knew how she got it.
She was always digging though dumpsters, thrift stores, and tag sale.
Yes, her hobby was to look for the most odds stuff. Simple reason she was top notch odd.
But it seem no one every complain about her weirdness.
Aunt Bertha had plenty of money. No one knew who was in her will. So they tolerated and was nice to her face and would dare say anything behind her back. They didn't want anything getting back as they might been tossed out of her will.
So once again it was summer time picnic although at different park. The causeway was being repaired at the Eastson park. So this time the picnic was being held at Westson park.
Jane and June was to decorated the tables and such. They found some candlesticks stuck and old boxes up in spare room. They were actual about to take it to local thrift store and lucky for them one stores was having a clearance sale. They got a mighty deal on ribbons which could be tight on to the candlesticks.
But it looks like some weeds around the playground needed to be dissolved for simple reason it could harvest some nasty spiders and such.
There been increase in spiders bites and local news been warn people to stay out of the tall grasses.
No one knows were time goes and family picnic soon came and gone.
Aunt Bertha had been a lot more weird in past. But since she got her self a boy friend and surprise the entire family.
She been spinster all of her life.
Know one could believe there eyes she found someone at seventy three. And this guy made chocolate and mighty fine one. He had his own chocolate business.
His chocolate was so good and none of them were discarded in the trash. Everyone was eaten.
Other then a few gust of wind out west and messing up some hair do's but real who at picnic comes in there Sundays best.
Parks are to have laughter and fun.

Not quite the last sky watch friday. I was with Regis today in Sandpoint and he stop in at Pizza Hut and got some bread sticks.
And I took several photos of sky from there parking lot in Ponderay. And decided on the one above.

This is one of my farorite tarot cards I've done, page of swords. And three positive aspect of this card is eager to execute an idea, curosity, and resillent
But all cards have negative side to them, including the page of swords.
The three negative I would like to mention is...deliquent, vindicitve, and manipulte.

This Might As Well Be The Thursday

Well I believe it was every month I did a so called monthly report...Well now it time to do a yearly report from Personality Insight.

Wednesday Meme Under Number One

I got back early enough from the airport so I decided to take part in "Words for Wednesday" and I decided this time I will use the bottom three from both section. If want to know complete list CLICK HERE
These are the words I will build my story from...foolish, plumber, twenties, monastic, courtyard, and sprawled.

The four witches was walking around the ole courtyard between the two old cities of Bellymana and Portrush.
Not quite a Millennial years a cousin of King and Queen ruled the town of Waterfoot. And they want to purchase this land and work with it, so in a few years they could have rituals and events for those who wishes to follow an earth base traditions.
The courtyard seamed to be quite sprawled out and I'm sure the land been bought and sold with families and outside of kin folks.
So it would be quite foolish to sign any legal papers. Until all stones are turn and no lien is hooked to this place.

The withes also need to work on there coven commands of there coven. But this been some what of debate among although they been acting gallant as they setting up the Rules of there coven.
But officially there not a coven and more of monastic religion. Each person has it own path

But one witch who represent element of water stop in briefly and see the price range of getting a plumber for there divine yard.

Looks like the witches will be working on these project and legal part it could take more then 20 days but less then 60 days.
