Not Sure What Next Day Will Bring

I take four items for my lunch. Both of my client had increase on the medication. So I only saw Regis briefly.
"Good Lord" if I took the medication like they both do. I know my name would be in obituary section.
"I got my doubt any of them heard of using food as medicine" most of the people I take care of eat a lot of non nutritional foods.
Confession time....Sure I eat food that don't have much nutritional value. I almost pick one up today. Because it was 50% off. One of those in pop can that you hit against the counter. Anyhow it was big gooey "Cinnamon Roll"
Since I mention four items...yogurt, one large gram cracker that I dip in the yogurt, 2 hard boil eggs, and 14 chicken hearts.
Breakfast 2 link sausage, potatoes,and 2 eggs.
Dinner Kale one of my favor vegetables, spaghetti squash with sauce of it and ground beef in it.
We didn't quite get 2 quarts of dried pears so Murphy and I ate the remaining ones.

As I was at work Murphy canned 7 pints of pears. Still have some left.

Painted our last arrow for our yard sale sign. It green this time.

I still would like to weigh in at our T.O.P.S meeting at 213.25 pounds. But I feel pretty darn full after dinner. It seem I gain up to 5 pounds during the day. I tend to hold water. The doctor told me that I have LYMPHEDEMA. But such non threatening case. But I still try to watch my salt in take.
5 pounds of liquid is usual worth half gallon of something or other.
My last weigh in was at 214 even.

Every One Has Emotional Scares From Childhood...Here Is One Of Mine

I was quite thrilled that Liz wasn't taking a break from Spairfitera. I was totally almost shit scared that I would have to mange on my own. I was afraid that everyone would walk out of the group.
I have a self confidential problem. Confession time...I don't think I deserve nice things in life.
I can pretty much trace it back to elementary school. I once got the highest score on a test. I was send down to principle office and I was falsely accused of cheating because I was to “stupid” to get such a grade. So of course they called my parents and soon as I walk in the door. I got in massive trouble and even the belt.
Confession time...From that day forward I always answered a few things wrong.
Over time I came to the realizing that I'm a worthy person in so many ways.

Tuesday is our T.O.P.S meeting and I need or want to weigh in at 213.25 or less. Our contest will be over and I'm down from when it started, six weeks ago and now I can be in the drawing.
Not sure what we will do but these mini contest helps us. In next six week I'm working to get my self down to 208.75 or under.
By the first of year I want to be under 200 pounds. My finely goal will be able to wear a size 12.
Not sure what weight that would put me. But I know I wouldn't want to be under 130 pounds.

Actual I did mange to get a little exercise I got on the rolling machine today. As for eating breakfast was two eggs, potatoes, and 2 link sausage. Lunch I tried a new way of grilling a cheese sandwich. Instead of every day cheese. I had some ricotta with a slice tomatoes.
3 clock snack 2 large gram crackers and milk. Dinner consist of 14 fried chicken hears. Half cup of mac and cheese. Stir fry veggies...zucchini, tomatoes, and peppers with garlic.

This morning Murphy and I dehydrated some pears. What left I believe we will can in pints.

I want to also dehydrated some cucumbers and zucchini.

I Just Need To Do It

Eating more balance is going ok, but my exercise programs is not. I decided to get on the tread mill and do a little bit of running. But found it quite boring.
I do ok when it comes to eating last little while. Breakfast I had dinner. Chuck steak, kale, and bake potatoes. With a little bit of not sour cream and sprouts.
Lunch I found sort of four items. Crackers half of them a dip in white cream stuff. and the other part I spread some liver stuff on it.
and yogurt.
Dinner was a simple BLT. Now it came to me I had ricotta cheese.

When I was young I love gram crackers and milk and I had large crackers and milk.

Well I got notice from "Liz" that she can't help with our local pagan group. Her and I started Spairfitera it mater of a family trouble. Her granddaughter is having surgery and she needs to be there for both of them.
I will try to continue on. Confession time...I'm some what apprehended on doing the group. I have a speech trouble called Auditory Dyslexia and how pronounce words can be a struggle for me. I'm not deaf! But at times I can hear my self mispronounce certain sounds. In simple term my brain and tongue don't cognate together.
I rarely read out loud. I complete understand what I read.
Hopeful others will be there to see it grow.
Our next event will be coffee and chat on Sunday Morning the thirteenth in the morning at Super One Deli.

I finish up the turquoise and add second mix color ball on to the rag rug. I'm liking how it coming out. But not sure how to finish it off.
I also finish anther dish cloth. This one black and I did it in half double crochet using back loops only.
Today Murphy and I did up eight pints of green beans.

Heading to Spokane this afternoon, once I get done finishing my week of work done. I'm riding down with my friend Alice, and her daughter Nicloe and her children Paul, and Josetta. I know Alice want to stop off and drop off some crowns she makes. Plus stop in at MICHEALS so Alice can buy some ribbon.
I'll just look for a bit. At this time I got enough craft project going.

Murphy been sanding the eves above the windows that need to be replaced.

Breakfast consist of bowl of cook cereal with raisin and a pear. Lunch I'll buy an yogurt and kind bar. I believe there enough here I can have my four health items.
Dinner unknown source since I'll be out of town then.

Smoke On The Mountains

Since that bat flew in our house. Seem everything is going pretty good, knock on wood. I guess there all sort of OLD WIVES TALE but there fun to read. Me, personal I think we built our own life. Sure there bumps in the road and life lesson to be learn.                  There been plenty of smoke in sky. It might not be all day. But usual some time during the day the sun looks like a big glowing red ball                                                                 My noses inside itches like doing a line of cocaine and my ears feel like I been under water and waiting for my ears to pop.
Today I went to work for both places. Just short time I at Regis mostly to pick up some tobacco.                                                                                                                 Rest of the time I was at Carrie. Took her to her doctor appointment she seem to have trouble keeping food down. She had a GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY and the doctor thought it might be causing her trouble.                                                                                           I know to many people who had so much trouble years down the road. Statement time....I would rather face back surgery then do Gastric Bypass surgery.                       So we stop in at the local food bank, now there getting a lot bigger selection. I even got a few items.                                                                                                                        Maybe I'm pushing judgement toward others. But it seem those who uses the food bank seam to only want food high in bad carbs, such as doughnuts.
There quite a bit of veggies and fruit be brought in. I got a package of asparagus and some kale. Grab two other items.
Did a little house keeping.
After work I stop in at my friend Alice to help me on the rag rug I've been working on. My trouble it kept curling up. So at far end I had to put in an extra stitch so it will lay flat.                                                                                                                                     There sure not cheap to do. At ten dollar a yard I don't see my self doing a lot of them.

I been crochet anther dish cloth. Each set I'm changing the stitches. This one I'm working with front loops only, doing a half double.
Black isn't easy to work with. Have to have the light just right.
My client treat me more then fair. Take my word I had some was pretty nasty. So I help Murphy freeze up some tomatillos.
My eating was right on track and I even got my morning water in, 30 oz (0.88 liters) by Nine thirty in the morning                                                                                                Breakfast we had BLT and I wish it was on non white bread. But that what we had in our house. Lunch I eat four items. Today it was a piece of cheese, pear, banana, and strawberry yogurt. Before I move on to dinner at Carrie I had third of pastry. Both Carrie and Hershel have trouble with there sugar count, and there plenty of pastries around the place. I guess it doesn't bother them to be on metformin.                                                Dinner it was smoke salmon burrito. Trying to recall what I put in mind. Hot peppers, alfalfa sprouts, chives, dill, cheese, ricotta cheese, garbanzo beans, and of course smoke salmon                                                                                                    I had Murphy roll me up anther burrito which I will take to work tomorrow. I'll add three more items not sure what yet.                                                                                       For some reason I'm a little hungry but I don't eat after seven in the evening.                                Went to Library and got the book "Go Set a Watchman"                                                                                                Coffee is on

I Was Please

I'm back to normal for me when comes to digestion. When I weigh in for our T.O.P.S I was under 215 (97.5) and it downward for me. My goal this year is to be under 200 pounds. I need to loose a hair over 12 ounce a week (0.05)
When I drop four pounds I will make my own personal mile stone. I'm getting my ears re-pierced.

Breakfast was 2 strips of bacon, and some potatoes. Held off the eggs. After T.O.P.S I meant my friend Qunella over at Under the sun and had one of there fancy coffee. Don't recall the type I had. I know it was full of calories, but I need to be honest it sure was good.
Lunch was when I got home a little before noon. I ate a 6 ounce cup of rice pudding and Murphy re heated up the chicken noodle soup. He made the other day.
Then for dinner we had spaghetti. Instead of noodles we use an spaghetti squash. Sauce of it with ground beef.
Soon as I'm done eating I run away from the table as fast as I can. I don't want to chance over eating.
I still have some time left to eat. If I get hungry I'll do up some plain pop corn.

Our contest is coming to and end. I believe a lot want to take a break from it. But possible want to start one later on.
I need some type of structure, when it comes to loosing weight.

Today Murphy and I went to Sandpoint and picked up the two windows for the bedroom on the west side of the place.
Not sure if we will be able to get the deck done or not. That will depend on the weather.

Yesterday evening we had our gathering of our local, pagan group SPAIRFITERA. The main topic for discussion was on "Pendulums" everyone brought one I believe. Personal I don't have one.
But I want to get my self an pagan symbolical to wear. I did contribute a little I shared
an spirit board or a pendulum board.
Next month discussion will be on astrology. Confession time....I took at astrology and how we human work in this world.
Ok I'm off beat but I think that astrology and psychiatry  sort of go hand and hand.
Couple of items coming up. Saturday the 29th at ZERO POINT there offering and a crystal healing class. We're hoping to car pool down.
Then our full moon drumming will take place. I believe around seven that evening. As for where we will be drumming it still up in the air. Couple of thoughts where it might be.
We been meeting at chic n chop the first Sunday after the new moon. Not sure if it time or place, maybe it combo of both. But we haven't had much luck with bring pagans out of the broom closet.
But Our next gathering will be Sunday September 13 at 10 AM, and the ideal of having it at Super One deli.
Coffee is a lot cheaper there.
Then our next main holiday or we pagan call MABON and still unknown place to have it. We had our LITHIA at Smith Lake. Opinion time....With a little better organization we could have a better turn out. I believe that is main reason our summer solstice would of better attended.
I have no trouble of having an gathering up at Smith Lake but it heading toward winter and my thought is always on the weather.

Appointments Is Talking The Fall.

Every since I had my colonoscopy, my digestion been off. So has my eating habits. But today I'm getting my self back on track.
Confession time....I been constipated, usual I don't have trouble pooping. But since I did to get ready, and I'll call it a scrub down for my colon.

Then our fair was this past weekend. My friend Gloria and her husband Paul comes up to our county fair.
As we was at the fair we got some kettle corn. There a local family who been doing kettle pop corn for ages and is quite popular. Murphy and I bought a five dollar bag worth.
Although it isn't all gone. Opinion time....It is good.

So after we saw the fair. We took our guest to eat at UNDER THE SUN and always want to try it and it gets a lot of high praise. I wasn't disappointed in my meal.
There a quilt show I believe is first Saturday in October. I would like to have my daughter in law Molly and her mom Heidi come up to our local quilt show. Then I can take them out to lunch.

Breakfast I tried a new recipe, RICOTTA PANCAKE There quite a few of these recipes. Me personal I believe it would have been better as a waffle. I want to know the NUTRITIONAL VALUE of these pancake since they have ricotta cheese. Editor note...I made up my own recipe.
I ate I guess would called it 8 inch pancake with almond butter and tablespoon of pancake syrup. But also I had about 4 inch with nothing on it. 2 small slice of bacon.
Lunch was left overs from Under the sun. Not sure what it was called, tortilla shells with salmon, squash, and blue-cheese. Plus a 6 ounce of strawberry yogart.
Snack was two times in the day, kettle corn.
Dinner will be a pork chop, some type of carb, and a fruit or veggie.

Carrie fell at the fair. She called me Saturday and told me she broke her ankle and chip a bone . It wasn't broken it was sprang. But I promised I would come in Sunday. I loaded up there washing machine and played a board game skat. She won 3 rounds and I won 1 round.
I'll go in Monday. I know I have to take her to her doctor appointment unsure of the time, change her bed linen, fold laundry, and what every else she needs done.

Couldn't Afford An Orangutan

Been going though the alphabet and my donation letter this time was the letter “O” and I purchase up to $15.00 worth of items to donate to our local food bank. So with brain power of one volunteer at the local food bank, she came up with ideal of “Oranges”.
I got this items at SUPER ONE they give very little to our local food bank. I know WESTERN FAMILY gives none. Some one told me the reason they don't donate was a liability issue.
Then our store in Down Town Bonners Ferry, HARVEST FOODS give zero to our local food bank. The food banks has the opposition to purchase at a discount.
Well SAFEWAY tep up there donating to our local food bank, as Albertson and Safeway I guess merged there giving more to food bank.
It use to be just bake goods and now other department is also donating now there a chance people to get fresh produce, dairy, meat, and etc.

Eating is seem to be some what under control today. Dinner was beef stronganoff, serve over mash potatoes and we add an parsnip from the garden. I made a plan how much I was going to eat.
Left overs went in to the fridge.
Lunch I ate at home. Still keeping to my four items....hot dog with bun, cheese, and wiener which counts as three. Then also some garbanzo beans.
And breakfast consist of one and only one piece of bacon, grated potatoes, and scrambled eggs with peppers.
Around or little after I had an banana Popsicle
Confession time....I ate two samples at Super one.

It wasn't all that hot this afternoon. So Murphy and I did up some can tomatoes. 11 pints. I figure two rounds of any thing is enough. 8 to 32 jars of anyone type of food will be enough.
Not saying I won't do any something with tomatoes but it won't be straight tomatoes.

I believe we will freeze the TOMATILLOS which we done in the past, happy with the results.

Not All Bad

Our local Earth Base Faith gathering will be an week early, the 24th instead of 31sst. Opinion time...I think it might take bit of patience for those who are steel in broom closet.....Confession time....It took me a while to even bring up the ideal of starting a local coven here.
I googled “pagan group in Bonners Ferry or Boundary County” nothing.

This week theme will be  PENDULUMS or what every anyone want to bring up. I've never done anything with pedulums.

Finish a dish cloth I believe yesterday. This one I did working back loops only, half double crochet. I believe the next two I'll do will be working the front loops only. In a half double crochet.
Right now I started back on canary yellow dish cloth. I found canary yellow yarn at BEN FRANKLIN VARIETY in Old Town Idaho. They have a great selection of yarns. Maybe a little higher then most places. But there inventory sure out do “Wal Mart”

I real like the look of the “V” stitch. But I only know three basic stitches when it comes to crochet. Single, half double, and double.
I actual like the texture look of these dish rag they say there for a beginner. The PATTERN doesn't look all that difficult.

My health eating needs to get back on track. Last two days I was off do to my “colonoscopy” since I'm on the subject of colons. Well the worst part is the prep the day before. But everything up there looked good, not one pulp.
Dinner was a piece of chicken, cabbage, and brown rice. But before that I snack about during the day.

Close By.

I'm staying close by, the toilet. I'm getting ready to have an colonoscopy. So far I took my stool softener. Statement time...generally I don't have trouble pooping. Well around four I need to down a bunch of mir lax mix with gatorade.
Well at this point the worst thing been this gnawing headache. Confession time....At this point the only worst thing I can think of would be crapping on my self.
Well the rest of the day I'm on a liquid diet. No red or purples.

Our bedroom, like most bed room is close to the bathroom. Confession time....My dresser was messy. I won't say it clean either.
I remove all the trash from the top, and all four drawers. There was some clothes I know that don't fit. At a later date in the near future I need to try on some of the clothes in drawers. To see what fit and what doesn't fit.
Found a nighty that doesn't fit my around the boob. Which is quite common for me. And some old bras, cup size way to small. These items are going off to one of our local thrift stores.

Murphy been quite busy with odd and end project. He planted a roll, about 12 feet (0.30 Kilometers)
He and I this morning before I start my inside wash down. We went and sand off some paint around the trim for the bedrooms.
Well our artichokes is doing great, but sure aren't big in size. Had one last night for dinner and it was good.
Plenty of loose change was found in my dresser drawers. Now I need to go though the change. I might not just take it to bank and get them into bills. Just haven't yet made up what I want to. There might be some interesting coins.

Haven't Lost My Touch

It been a while since I made a pie of any type. Confession time....I have trouble doing cakes. My client want an rhubarb pie.
So I brought a few items form home which they didn't have. Well like I said in my title...."Haven't lost my touch...when it comes to pie.

Eating lunch been some what difficult. I took my four items but I had some ginger snaps at Regis. My mom made real good ginger snap and she used melted shorting.
I should try to find her recipes on the net.
Breakfast consist of graded potatoes and two poached eggs. Dinner was $1.68 barbecue ribs, cole slaw and with my slaw I like oranges. So I got can of mandarin oranges for I believe was sixty eight cents. It sure add a nice touch to slaw. and a small artichoke from our garden.

Wednesday I'm going to have an colonoscopy. Actual the colonoscopy doesn't bother me. But the prep time does. I have to clean my self out drink Mir Lax. Confession time...I'm so afraid I'll shit my self. So I won't be wondering far.

Gee I wasn't sure when I was going to post my thoughts on CANDIDATE DONALD TRUMP can you believe him. Want to put and an WALL ON MEXICO BOARDER and a friend of mine of face book post this.....during the 1930's the primary political concern was Jews and Homosexuals. Between 1938 and 1945 The Nazis deported more than 7 million Jews, Homosexuals and other undesirables to camps for forced labor or extermination. Today Donald Trump stated that if he is president he will see to the deportation of 11 million illegal immigrants AND their American born children.
Doing so will create the world's largest humanitarian crisis with nearly 20 million refugees being dumped into Mexico with no money, no means of support and no homes.
Someone please explain how this is different than Nazi Germany in 1935.

I just don't see Candidate Trump making America great. I don't see him offering what left of them middle class.
Question time...who will Canidate Trump find undesirables, once he takes care of the mexican? The Negro, Asian, or possible belonging to the wrong faith.

Yellow Mellow

Murphy and I drove over to Washington to buy some marijuana. I'm not much of smoker. I end up with the munchies. Trying to loose weight that one burden I don't need hanging around.
But later on I believe I'll get some oils and make some edibles. It seem more friendly for me. The shops in Washington.
3 vehicle from Alberta pulled in.
Opinion time....In next four years it will be legal in all states or lease decriminalized. But I Idaho will be one of the last five state to legalize it....
On the way down. We stop in at Ben Franklin in Old Town. I found the canary yellow that I been looking for, and now I can finish the dish cloth I started.
The other yarn I'm giving to my friend Alice.
Got anther fabric ball crochet on. It starting to curl up and when you do two single crochet stitches in one spot it should make it lay flat.
But I tend to make my crochet stitches a little on the tight side.
Or it could be a little bit of both. I'll take it in to Alice since she been doing them for years.

Picked green beans today for dinner. I believe I did ok when it come to sensible eating. On the way to Spokane on the way back.
Murphy and I stop in Newport Safeway and had one of there burrito out of the deli.
Breakfast was bowl of hot cereal with sunflower seeds, protein keeps me satisfy longer. Then for a fruit I had a banana.
My other two meals I had on small plates I fired a small ground beef patty, spaghetti squash, and some yellow tomatoes out of the garden.
My stomach didn't bother me as much when I eat bread with my beef patty. But it was more like eating a little rock instead of giant bolder.
Dinner was green beans right out of the garden, oven fries, and chicken leg.

Garden is still going gang buster. I believe Murphy is going to try to can some green beans tomorrow as I'm at work.
Murphy agree with me. That the amount of any one thing we need is between 12 and 24 jars.
One thing we believe we will do different. The winter squash don't need to be grown on an trillis. But with all of our wind.
We're planning to put the tomatoes on a trills next growing season.

Got the letters painted in our 4 yard sale sign. Now I need paint the arrows but I need to located about one inch brush.
I'm looking at quite a bit of stuff I want to get rid of.

I'm a person who likes to keep her word and I promise THE WICCAN LIFE that I was going to post about her MABON GIVE AWAY
Well on my way down to Spokane. We stop at wal mart to return a jug of motor oil. And they had some mums for sale and first thing I thought of was mabon.
I use to have two of each, purple and yellow mums in my royal sunshine flower bed. But all of them died out.

So Red

I should of walk out and took a earlier photo of the sun rise. But I decided to get dress and miss the glowing red sun coming up over the Purcell range.
The skies been quite smokey. There been a fire North of us, up on PARKER RIDGE although can't see anything from our place.

As for my eating I did ok. Breakfast was some type of scrambled egg dish with chrizo and cheese I believe, and toast.
Lunch wasn't much toast with almond butter. Dinner was a lot more 2 skinny chops, small bake potato with cottage cheese, and zucchini. We did the meat and zucchini on the barbecue.
I feel stratify and don't feel the need to eat late in the evening.

My friend Alice got me started on oval shape crochet rag rug. Not sure what size the rug will end up being. If memory serves me fair I believe I got 8 yards of cotton material.
Sure isn't cheap.
I'm looking about trying this COMPANY for some yarn and I can purchase my locker hooking supplies here.

It hasn't been up in the 90's (32) So Murphy and I put up 10 pints of tomatoes. I thought we would of gotten 8 but being 2 off isn't bad.

I order an DNA kit from Ancestry dot com.

Just Done Right

Yesterday in my post I didn't post all what I ate. This morning a pancake with peanut butter and strawberry syrup, made with rice syrup base.
I found a different way of making pancake and haven't yet tried it, Ricotta Pancake
I only took 3 items in my lunch, can of sardine, lemon yogurt, and banana. I was planning to stop by super one for an ice cream cone. I figure after Carrie Throat procedure for a short time she would be on soft food.
And ice cream fit just right.
Dinner was beef patty with shallots mixed in, oven fries, bake okra. For not being a southern gal I'm real taking a liking to okra, and green beans.
Eating before five seem not work for me. By or shortly after seven I feel hungry. Even time starving.

Well everything went well with the procedure. As she has in having it done. I took care of some small errands.
Got a jug of 5/20 oil for the pick up. At wal mart for under $30.00. I went and look for some other items. But some how I miss place my list in my purse.
I had to take in some paper work to health and welfare for my subsidize health care. I didn't get it all together. I need my July 2nd pay check. But I did mange to get the rest in.
Opinion time....I think we should have a one payer system and make it part of medicare. I believe we should pay 1% to 5 % of our income for health insurance. Healthier choice you make it should be less. I should pay a higher rate because I'm over weight. People who smokes and it doesn't matter what should pay higher rate also.
I had plan to read and write to three of my pen pals. Mange to write but forgot my book.

Don't You Hate It... No Place In Town Carries It

I just don't get it. I usual get two dish cloth out of ball of cotton. This time I got one full dish cloth and there no way I'll get a second one.
I real like the COLOR and I got the yarn at Ben Franklin in Old Town Idaho.

Tomorrow, Carrie is going to PEND OREILLE SURGERY CENTER to have her throat open up or popped.
She has trouble swallowing.
As she in there, which shouldn't be more then 3 hours.
I have a few items I need to get from Wal mart. and also from Yokes. I can think of two places I can put flyers for our up coming gathering for our local Pagan group, SPAIRFITERA
I'll start anther crochet dish cloth. Since I need to finish the other one.
Write to couple of pen pals, and finish reading TRAIN DREAMS.

I sent $10.00 to Bernie Sanders. I have never gave money to anyone who been running for puplic office. I figure most who are elected to public office takes care of the millionaires  Confession time...I sometime wonder why I even waste the gas to drive down to the polls and cast my ballot.
Not a long I went into Boundary County Clerk office and change my political party to "Democrat" so I can cast my vote for BERNIE SANDERS in the primary election.

Eating pretty much stayed on track. Dinner was much to early. So now I'll be having some plain pop corn and watch the dvd
 UNSINKABLEMOLLY BROWN

Number Four Lunch

Four items for lunch seem to work out for me. I don't feel stuff or still lingering with a grawly stomach.
Popcorn is one of the four items I had for lunch. half an apple the other half I gave to Murphy. Statement time....I only recall a few apples on the market and now look what out there. Today apple was a "Jazzy"
A burrito with plenty of veggies and also a can of sardines.
Breakfast consist of two piece of multi grain toast with butter, my husband and I spilt an omelet which had a little bacon, peppers, and onions.
Stight Cherry juice to drink.
Had to get gas. Confession time...My car runs on premium gas and I was a sleep at wheel and start filling it up with regular gas. But caught my self and stopped.
I been some what stress over the transmission parts,  and a small Reese Peanut Butter Cup I did have.
Picked a spaghetti squash from our garden. Which will be use as noodles instead of noodles. Serve with spaghetti sauce.
Dinner was earlier then I like. If I feel hungry before seven this evening I'll have plain popcorn.

Just finish up anther crochet dish cloth. I believe as I watch television I start an second one, same color.
One thing I have trouble is keeping it square. But each one I do is a little more square to the world.

I'm ready to start anther rag rug. This one I want to do it oval shape. Confession time...the hard part of doing a crochet rag rug is cutting the strips out.
I use an rotary cutter. Just couldn't imagination using scissors. Some time in the near future I need to get ready to cut out Bart and Molly rag rug.
Confession time....I don't recall washing the fabric.
My friend Alice will be getting me started on this rag rug. I know you start with 16 chains, and then you do a single crochet stich on both side of the chain. Which I've never done before.
But Peggy has some health issues that need taking care of.
Hopeful toward end of next week she can get me started on the rag rug.

Life Would Be Life With Those Opps

Darn Camera or should I say dam computer. I complete the balls of fabric and is ready to start my rag rug.
I'll take the photos again and hopeful with better luck.

Yesterday I couldn't for the life of me recall what I had for breakfast. I had an meat pie, sausage and gravy.
Well today I keep it pretty much under control.
Since I weight in. My breakfast raspberry yogurt. Remember my rule of thumb for lunch is four items.
It was cottage cheese with blue berries, multi grain with flax toast with peanut butter, a thin slice of pork chop left over from dinner.
I was going to make to have a bowl of hot cereal, quinoa with flax seeds. Also slice a pear which was mark down to .69¢ a pound.
But my husband thought we should go and get my car, it been at the transmission place. Instead of my cereal for that 3 O' clock snack.
I ate an Kind bar.
Dinner I had burrito with chizo and lots of veggies. Just a short time ago I made some plain aired popped corn.

As for my car we found out what wrong. Getting the parts is the issue now. There not expensive but seem to be hard to located.
Main shaft and counter shaft sensors for the transmission is what I need.

Can You Believe

I thought I could be strong and keep crappy food out of my mouth. Hershel and Carrie had some left over cheese pop corn. The type you stick in the microwave.
So every time I enter the kitchen I took 3 piece but never a hand full. As I was nipple. So most of my cleaning was non kitchen related.
Mop the floor was the most time I spend in there kitchen.
He gave me doughnut. I said kindly "I shouldn't" guess what I did eat the doughnut.
As I was about to finish up I had a small bowl of stew. The only veggie was carrots and onions.
Statement time...when I'm doing stew I like a wide variety of veggies.
I did take four items in my lunch, but only ate two of them. A hard boil egg and some plain pop corn.
I use an air popper to do my popcorn in.
Breakfast couldn't of been all that much. I had to be at Regis by eight this morning. I know I ate breakfast because I always eat breakfast. Simple reason I don't recall what I ate.
Dinner a thin pork chop, saute garlic and zucchini, with macaroni and cheese.

Liz and I started a local pagan group in our local area, SPAIRFTRERA and we still learning the ropes.
Last Sunday we had our coffee and chat. four us attended. No one miss behave and no one got turn in to a toad.
We all share our religion up bring. All there except me had connection to the Mormon church.
Our next and more formal gathering will be Monday Aug 25th at the VISITOR CENTER and we are going to discuss and share our knowledge about PENDULUM
For me which isn't much.
At one time I took care of guy who now passed on. Used a pendulum to see his food was fit to eat.
One thing I also want to bring up is our "Coffee and Chat" Since we're not getting many at our local coffee and chat. Is it the time and or location where we're having it.
I know some may be unforgettable about coming out of broom closet in fear of loosing there job.

Now Anther Hump To Over Come.

I'm either a hair above 215 (97.5) or hair below. I figure out how to eat lunch, four items seems to work just good.
My short coming is dinner now. I eat and around seven I'm quite hungry and I end up eating something light and haven't end stuffing my face.
Right at seven I did small bowl of rice and milk, with raisin and touch of brown sugar. I know I should of start them before seven.
But I was finish sewing the non plain colors strips of Sawyers and Betty rag rug together.
I'm even hungry as I type this out.
Not going to list everything I ate today. I just want my mind off of food.

Celery to the right and it taste a lot different out of the garden then from the stores. It has a sharper bite to it.
To the left is parsnip and to get the full flavor they need to freeze.

Poles beans are doing great. Blue lakes is doing a little better then the Kentucky Wonder.  They should be enough beans to can up.
Left a few shallots in the ground so they could go to seed. The flower head reminds me of ALLIUM FLOWERS which I don't have anymore
Got a half dozen fennel growing. I'm still learning how to use this food. What I under stand it works well with pork and apples.
But I love the plumes so fluffy and soft looking.

That is it for now and the coffee is on

I'm Not Rude I Just Want to Loose Weight

Ran away from the dinner table. Confession time.....I'm so afraid to stay at table that I will sit there stuffing food in my mouth, not even hungry.
Dinner was ready when I got home from work. Murphy did a wonderful job of cooking. One chicken thigh pull the skin off. Oven fries dip in ketchup, and green beans straight out of the garden.
Lunch end up being packed. I work and putting four items seems to work for me. Some trisects, hard boiled egg, kohlrabi, and peach which I haven't gotten a chance to eat.
Actual I'm still a hungry dinner didn't satisfy me. Closer to seven this evening I'm going to have that peach.
Breakfast was quite simple pancake with strawberry syrup my from rice, and 2 slice of bacon.

Confession time....I thought I could hold out to bed time. I ended up popping some popcorn about ¾ of a bread pan full. Add melt butter and zesty blend.
Start to crochet anther dish cloth. Using a multi color cotton yarn. But just finish up with a red one but still have to tie up the loose ends.
I have an canary yellow one half done and ran out of yarn. I've looked in couple of place and no luck finding it.
I guess I'll have to go to the big city of Courd A'lene or Spokane to find it.

Finish up with Daisy Rag Rug but I believe Ziggy likes it better.
Murphy and I hung a a different door on shed/shop. It should have been super easy. But it end up being a pain in the ass. Just one thing after anther could possible would go wrong. But we did mange to hang it.
My last post I mention taking my Accra into transmission shop. They ran a scan and it looks like it could possible be electrical or an coil. The coil is located were they just can't get to it. Possible dropping the transmission to fix it.
Worked to day and best part was the Carrie took me to Super One for an ice cream cone, .25¢

Not sure what these people names are but I've seen them about. I didn't know she worked at local Safeway deli and they only pay $7.50 and hour.
According to Forbes Safeway is # 521 and has income of 8.7 BILLION dollars. Not many people now days works a forty hour. $7.50 and hour would be eligible for food stamps. But the sad note of it Safeway is the #1 donor to our local food bank.

Today Is Thursday, April 18, 2024: This Is What Happened

I was surprised that there weren't any letters to the Editor of the  BONNERS FERRY HERALD.  I guess they got it all out on social med...
