September 09 review

September Couple

The 26 of September our niece Gissele got married to Terry. I believe they where excepting a lot more.

Let see there was 15 adults there. You see they got two kegs of beer. They couldn’t even finish off the first one.
I had half a glass of beer and toast the bride and groom with champagne. Confession time..I’m not a big fan of champagne
As for present we gave them a set mug a thermos and carrying tote to go with it.
Also we put in bag was coffee, earl grey tea, and hot chocolate.
I do wish the new couple many years of happiness.

Two of the elderly members of the family had to be taken to the hospital. Murphy and Faith Uncle had to be taken to the hospital. He was bleeding internal and he received 2 units of blood.

Faith ex-husband Jeff the children father was there. He is one of 16 children. His oldest sister who is 81 years old came up to her nieces wedding. Well when she came home she found her hubby lying on the floor.
So she called the medics.
But I haven’t heard how either one is doing.

I been slowly printing off my blog which I been keeping sense 2005. Well it was a big pain to do.
Well I found a place called Blog to Print So I had part of my blog printed off.
Made two copies. Planning to give them to my son later on. When I think they would be thankful. On family stories and history.
I don’t which one cheaper but I sure know the easy and clear print.

A Beautiful Fall Begining

It doesn’t matter how you address the chance of the season. By the calendar we’re leaving summer which been hot.
It seems that the autumn season around here been just great. Most of our leaves are still green but there slowly changing.
Not sure exactly when the sun arose over the parcel I would guess about 6:40 this morning and the sun went down behind the Selkirk around 5:50 this evening. So the sun brightly shine down for 11 hours and 10 minutes.

This year along the fence line of the garden we grew Sunflower which I been please how there doing.
The garden fence is 8 foot in the back and the sunflowers are well about that at I would say 12 feet and heavy with seeds.
Most of the head is well over a foot in diameter.
Not sure when we will be harvesting sunflower seeds.

The pumpkins in the garden are mostly a bright orange, which would make a wonderful Jack lantern this Halloween.
There all about the same size I would guess around 20 pounds. But it seems it about fifty- fifty in the shape half of them our round the other half is oval.
Pumpkin for a winter squash is ok but they’re other variety I prefer more then others. But a least some use will be given to these pumpkins for eating the meat and the seeds.
Plus someone can make a Jack O Lantern

Choosing In What To Believe In.

I have been told it not right to do things such as tarot reading. But the only one says this as far as I know is the Christens. But I haven’t every read anything on this personal but I just found out there quite a few verses relating to the subject.

Well being the first day of a new moon. I decided to do a reading but one can choose what one reads and what one choose to believe.
So I decide to do a reading from the book the family the secret of fundamentalism at the heart of American power
So this is what I decide to read and I can interpret it any way. I may be right or I may be wrong in the interpretation I give it.

One thing I don’t know my leaders of let call the evangelical leaders of the Christen faith

As I got reading this book I start to wonder if these people where evil in the sense the want to control and rape someone thoughts and mainly there free will. I don’t think very many people are right down evil.
I believe we may not make or did the right choice in life.
But was it evil NO
Confession time …I’m one who make snide comment about converting one to being as the same I never could see how one could be converted to one certain thinking toward life or spirit.
Aren’t we all different in so many ways? Some may choose to have other tell them what they need to believe or think.
I hear people say they been converted to _______. One can fill in the blanks as they feel needed.
Opinion time..to me if people who feel they are converted real wants or needs someone or something to control there thoughts
What I choose to get out of reading is from my own freethinking. Do I question what I’m reading the answer would be “yes”

18 Pints of tomatoes

I been working on having a new client. Her name is Murphette and Thursday she will be having her interview with the Medicaid nurse.
I never try to guess how many hours one will have.
But sometime after 1 in the afternoon I’ll know.
I real didn’t want more hours. But with the unemployment rate now. Idaho is at about 8.3% and the county of Boundary is at 11.4%
Plus Murphy heard that the unemployment insurance is running out. Statement time…he thinks it’s fact when someone has negative news”
So we could use the extra hour and I know the tree nursery aren’t doing anything

A little bit on my new client Muphette sitution. She about 53 years old and has some birth effects. Not sure which type but her legs just doesn’t line up right. Ankle, that real don’t real bend and very flatfooted. As far as I can see she has no arch.
She was fibermyloign and bone degerent disease.
Plus she grew up in very abuse family. My dad and I had conflicted but nothing closer to her

I’ve been always open to all comment. I always made it appoint not to limit my comment to one certain group of people.

With the economy here and most places. We been doing canning and the other day Murphy picked up a 25-pound box of tomatoes for $14.00.
So we been canning up tomato Confession time..Murphy did most of the work
We got 18 pints of tomatoes.
I haven’t kept track of what we canned but I would estimate about a little over 100 jars of food canned in pints.

Purple or Blue Spots

I made huckleberry bread but one could use blueberries instead.
But before I give out the recipes I found this site on egg replacers

8 ounce of cream cheese
Half cup of coconut oil (one can use vegetable oil)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4 eggs
The eggs I only used two and use the cornstarch. See link to egg replacers.
Blend well together.

3 ounce of instant vanilla pudding
1 white cake mix
I made my own cake mix using about 2 ¼ to 2 ½ cups of flour personal note..One may need to experiment on the flour. It calls for 18-ounce cake mix. But I found 18 ounce of flour was a not enough.
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of soda
place dry Ingredients in to wet Ingredients mix together

fold in 2 cups of huckleberries or blueberries

grease loaf pan place batter in to loaf pan bake at 350° for about 60 minute or place a knife into loaf and if it comes out clean it’s done

I use Mountain high yoghurt.

instead of the cream cheese

When I was at my T.O.P.S meeting I learn a new trick or how to substitute yogurt for sour cream or cream cheese.
Place a coffee filter in strainer and a bowl under it. Place yogurt on coffee filter and place bowl in fridge.
Let drain over night or a good 8 hours.
The liquid will be in bottom bowl.

A lot of household chemicals bothers me and lot of them seems to make me asthmatic. So I use non toxic chemicals.
One thing I found was Bon Ami For a while I was using baking soda for a cleanser. It wasn’t cheap. Although Bon Ami is higher price then comet, It works as well as comet.

Both of our boys Sawyer and Bart came up for the demolition derby here in Bonners Ferry.
It seem when they visit we only see them it seems like 30 minutes.
But as Sawyer worked on the demolition car. Bart and his dad hiked into Hidden lake up by Smith Creek.
Sawyer left his jeep here and I guess he going to use it during hunting season. I believe it grouse season now. But I understand next month in October starts waterfowl season. Sawyer says he isn’t getting anything smaller then a goose. I guess he doesn’t want to clean it.
But to Ziggy the jeep with it dark seat it looks like a great place to nap

Friends Since Arourd 1966

Life keeps me hoping. One thing I been doing is some on line classes about heath care. So I can stay gainful employed.
But Saturday my friend Finny and her husband Cyrus stop in her a visit. I knew finny before I start grade school about in 66.
I was actually part of her wedding party.
She sort of do the same thing I do. She works in an accommodating living home at this time. Not sure what she making but I believe they start them out at fifteen and hour.
But before she went there she worked in a nursing home making about $8.00 an hour.
I do home care in their private home. I make $12.68 an hour.
She I agree that some of the clients can be real assholes

Her husband and my husband is lacking employment. He had over 30 years at Colombia lighting at industrial park in Spokane.
The company shipped out. I believe it was to Mexico.
Recently Murphy puts in about one day a week. But during the summer he picked huckleberries which he made about $100 a day. Huckleberries are finished
Plus there about one day a week worth of work up the tree nursery.
I know Cyrus is joining those who are drawing on an extension of unemployment. Although I’m not sure what he getting weekly but Murphy is getting $274 a week now.

Moon Personality

I keep reading that the moon is in the sign of pieces not sure what that means. I know my dad was a Pieces and they was strife between us. If it counts for any thing my sunsign is Aquarius and my raising sign is Pieces.
Only thing I know that my moon is in Leo.
But one thing I do know that the moon been just beautiful.

Oh I need to get copy of on how to take better moon pictures. I seem no to remember. Maybe I’m getting old-timers now

Oh hip hip hip for Quenella she got her driver liason today. She hasn’t drove for more then 20 years.
Once they moved over here form the Washington coast. She let her liason expires and her hubby did all the driving.
But now she has a new type of freedom

We stop at one yard sale and it was one of the better ones this year.

I got and hand oager for fence post digging. But we need the clamp ones

I recall getting comic book and I got these two and I’m giving them to my boys for Christmas.

The last thing I got at yard sale was a frying pan. Paid three bucks for it. I use this type of frying pans at Donna and I just love working with them

I went to one on Alderson lane. I got a master garden hand book for $2.00 but I love to do the classed but it would cost me hundred bucks

I woke up some time around five this morning and no wonder we had such a beautiful sunrise. Coming up over the Parcell mountain range.

Good lord I should of done this two week ago. You know in the “In the Know” the question was “What haven’t blogged about”
I believe I covered a lot of things on my blogs. I know one thing I haven’t every blog about is the state of Israel or a Jewish state.
In nut shell I don’t want to come across as bigot. But in a nut shell of it I don’t believe anyone group of people should form a Sovernenty government.
But some day I might blog about.
I have blogged about a lot of subject but there been time I would like to expand of different subject.
But I have the Confession time…I might come across as a bigot but I know I can’t control what one my think or interpret what I’m saying.
