Still Down Sizing And More To Add

I can cook the bacon, bring in bacon, and be super woman. Well this is farthest from the truth. Well I came up how else I can reduce the work load and stress.
As I'm not complaining about Murphy what he does around the place. This morning he did a load of white, and dishes.

Going to take half of my "Royal Sunshine" flower bed. I can't take care of it properly and we could use anther shade tree there.
Plus the white tail deer does quite a bit of damage to our plant life.
But once I retire then I will have the chance to do more of what I want to.
So this fall I will dig up half of flower bed and give the bulbs and such to my friend Quenilla. Then also there two other who lives in the same apartment building that Erik lives in.

Garden doing ok. It was a wise choice to cut it size down.
Still need to get back on hauling items out of our basement and to the thrift store.
Wish I planted more sunflowers.
Actual when there up about inch I like to add them to a green salad.

Took Liz her crochet rag rug. She love it.

Now I caught up my two craft project, although not saying there more. But at first of year I was going to complete Sawyer and Betty locker hook rug.
Then of crouse Liz crochet rug.
Not sure when I will get to the other craft projects one is a lap rug and apron.
But I'll start focus on the hot pad holders.

I guess now it safe to post a photo of my new grand daughter Alice Quinn. Who was born at 3:21 PM on Sunday July 22, weigh in at 6 pounds and 15 ounce. And 20 inches long.

Now I Need To Figure Out

Got the patroit crochet rag rug done. Well that not quite the truth. I still need though it in a washer and get anther person on the other end and pull like hell.
It one I start for Christmas of 2017 for Liz

So in a very few days I'm hoping to start making quilted hot pad holders. I picked up some quilt block books from a thrift store.
though no pattern included.
Well I been doing a little research with google, on printing patterns.
It been suggest butcher paper, wax paper, parchment paper, and one can buy pattern tissue paper. Well I know I have pattern tissue paper and I believe there wax paper in the pantry in basement.
So I will try running these paper though a printer and see what will come out.

I have a little more to finish up in my BULLET JOURNAL and on to my next one, which will be started in September 2018.
My first one was a little dull. I have a few ideals what I like to do different on the second one.

Murphy and I sat the piers for our side steps and decks. Can't recall how many sacks we used but I'm thinking it was 5 or 6.
And I did a load of colors and I got some more fabric from the thrift store.
Hubby check the pole beans not anything yet really to pick, and soon we should have a mess to eat.

I got in my tarot game. And hopeful I can find someone to play it with me. To me it sould like something we could do at one of pagan events.
But the little I looked at it looks like you tell stories.
But I should be getting visit on my next two tarot cards.

Last night I just sat on my back deck and joy the full moon.

Considering This Isn't Wednesday

Usual Wednesday I take part in three memes. Well this last Wednesday (7-25) which was yesterday. Usual I take part in three memes. FROM THIS SIDE OF POND this one takes some time to do. And it doesn't like any new question came about. It been a little hectic for me.

But I decided to play my two photo memes, ABC WEDNESDAY and WORDLESS WEDNESDAY

Just resently I bought a chair off Liz for $25.00 she got it at a thrift store. They were offer a pair of them for I believe is $75 and she talk them down to $50 for both.
Her place is way to small for both of chairs and I know I couldn't use both either. Unless I get of anthor chair. Confession time...If I found a chair to replace the one I want to get rid of, it would be going to the dump.
Just plain lucked out and just like my letter "C" just fell into my lap "Chair" and "Cat" oh the cat name is Ziggy.

I don't quite ready to do my Wordless Wednesday. But I did my second live pagan. Uusal our priestess does them. It was Pagan etiquettee there no set rules. I seem to find a lot on how to behave at a RITUAL AND FESTIVAL but there wasn't any thing how we should behave when we're out and about.
After I was done I could of think of a few more things I could of covered. Like being a good neighbor.
Haven't move much on the deck. Been harvesting out of the garden.
I got tired of home being so clutter.
The saying WOMAN WORK IS NEVER DONE I can see why. I can't tell you how many time I get interrupt to help my husband on projects.
But I have to give my hubby kuddos for doing what he does around the place.

Not Sure If These Are Correct Terms

Liz need to go to Hayden Lake and there so much road construction and I didn't want to deal with it. So after we explain it to them the road situation.
Now Liz needs to feel out the papers and get them sent in. She hasn't even start to feel out the paper. When I left work I said feel out the part you understand and when I get to work tomorrow afternoon I will try to help you on part you don't understand.
But I  text her once again to remind her to fill out the paper. But I don't want to be a nag. But I don't want to be her homeless.

I'm going to be some what of a hypocrite and make what some might call an excuse. I shouldn't talk I haven't paid any of our bills for the month of July. And my home is so clutter.
Time I get home it so hot and I don't want to do any thing. Our bedroom has a window air condition but the rest of our home doesn't.
Maybe if we're lucky we will get above 90 for about six weeks. But usual we have a break from it and the cost of putting in cereal air wouldn't pay for it self.
Average record high for the month of July and August will be in the mid 80's.

Considering getting a portable air conditioner. With this one maybe there a chance I could get something done when I get home from work.

Liz and I stop in at the thrift store I got this hieroglyphs kit and paid $2.99 and got a few more piece of fabrics.

Start to do my alphabet rocks. For A I did alligator. Was a little worried the alligator might come out scary and that the last thing I want to do.
There going to my grand daughter Claudia Christmas present.
Well last thing I want to do is give her something scary.

I never thought WALLY GATOR was scary.

I was ask just recently about milk sensitivities. It still learning processes. There a lot of things in diary I haven't tried all diary product. But I can tell you ice cream, cottage cheese, and milk if I use in sufficient amount of diary I just list I have horrible back trots.

It Every Where

In past mention about my digestion trouble. Well I'm better then 75% sure it dairy. Well it seem it doesn't matter where I go I run into dairy in some form.
Not counting the milk one drinks. But quite a few foods has dairy in it. Still learning my way around my digestion and dairy.
I thought it was strange when people put juice on there cold cereal and I'm doing it now.

Confession time...I had a little more diary the last two days of work which was Thursday and Friday. So over the weekend I paid the price.

Tomorrow I'm taking Liz to Hayden Lake Idaho for her to get her paper work in for her HUD housing. It pretty hard to get on HUD and she been it on a year come October.
So after that she locked in. And she will be able to take her HUD voucher any where in the United States. But finding a place that would take HUD is anther story.

But road constrution it takes longer to get any where your going. Usual it takes me 15 to 20 minute to go to town from my home or back from town.
Today it took about an hour.

Well good news I have a new grand daughter and since I don't know her middle name and once I know that I will give you all the details.

This morning Murphy and I did up some pickle beets, fresh out of the garden. The beet tops didn't get toss we froze up 4 quarts and end up with 6 pints of pickled beets.

Looks like our green beans will be on fairly soon. Been picking raspberries.
Breakfast tommorow will be pancake with blueberries which I bought and for topping we will be using the raspberries from our garden

So Murphy and I took of some bolts and washer off the screws from the re-bar in our cement step from going from out side to our basement. Got remove.

Then after the canning and such. We went to town and took care of things like. Depositing my pay check. Then we went up the north hill and got some building supplies for our deck.
As we were at Badger Building Supplies I hide on rocks I painted for our pagan group, and left it at Badger Building supplies.
Then on the way back home we stop in at Super one and got some food.

Pagan usual don't push for members. I believe most of us slow our coming out of closet. So the few rocks I did up I put on back our group name "Spairfiterea" and if those our curious about our group can go on line. But on each rock I put the sabbats (holiday)  that matches it and those with any pagan knowledge can put the clue together.
I have no desire to shovel my faith down any one thoart. I get irritate when the Jehovah Witnesses knock on my door. But I'm nice to them.
But there seekers always. I recall being a seeker and being a lone.

Well I start to paint pair of rocks. One I'm doing an alligator on it. I thought of painting rocks for my grand daughter Claudia.
I thought 26 hand painted rocks of something of each letter of the alphabet would be nice.
Then a few to hide around. The other rock I will but an artichoke.

I just got two more ball of fabric to finish up on Liz crochet rag rug. I know I could be done with it less then a week.
Since I got paid I need to pay some bills, well I'm getting info from my insurance company and what they will pay and what is my  responsibility.
Then also do up  my bullet journal I forgot complete week in July, the week of 15 thought the 21st this week.

Battery Dead

Nothing real to take photo. Took Regis to Sandpoint to his appointment. And which gave me a chance to put one of our pagan group rock.

 I decide to hide it in Healing Garden by the hospital in Sandpoint. The one I choose to hide there was a Mabon rock.
But before I adventure to Sandpoint.

I join my friend Quenella for coffee. Before I had coffee I enter though there back door and place the samhain rock in that area.
Had a nice visit.

But I took the Beltane rock over by "Heart Rock"
On each rock on back side I write "spairfiterea" and the pagan holiday associated with the painting.
When I go to work tommrow I'll hide the Litha rock around Safeway.

I did mange finish up the last tarot card was doing the seven of cups and I'm ready to do my next card the ace of swords.

I haven't got much walking in resently, so hot. But any way I try to get in a few extra steps. And keep my portion in check.

The day before Liz got a great deal on pair of chairs. I bought one from her. And Ziggy our cat made him self right at home. So I got picture and my batteries went dead in my camera. But I decide it would be perfect for ABC Wednesday.
Since I mention a great deal I got the chair for 25 dollars

Wednesday Meme Number Ten

1. I feel most energized when I get up in the morning and my attitude change after we have ritual circle. 

2. Where were you ten years ago? In this house. My oldest son was 2o and my youngest son was 18.

The other day I was looking for a certain one, and I was clueless where to even look. I haven't seen any I didn't like, so at this point I love them all.

5. What deserves less of your attention? More of your attention? Being on techie stuff like my lap top or phone. There plenty of things need my attention.
For attention I could also say my walking. And it shows I was up .75 pounds in my weight lost group.

6.  Insert your own random thought here. Over last weekend we had our pagan camp out. 

At snow creek park, we held our circle by the pond. and I got the knight of east. Knight in paganism represents in simple terms "Get things done" and might not weigh out every thing.

I called the east corner which represents ''air" meaning change think of how wind brings in a storm or take one out. Or you might even look for refreshing new ideals and thoughts.

It been hot here in North Idaho got up to 97 and where my oldest son is at, Medford Ore it got up to 102.
Well since I'm talking about Medford. My daughter in law is due any day and I got message from my son there going to induce labor on Thursday. I ask if any thing wrong and he said no and then I ask why they were going to induce labor. And there wasn't any reason why.
I thought a baby born a week on either side of due date is considered on time.

Well at our pagan camp out we painted rocks and I painted something for the wheel of the year. Our holidays and also called SABBATS and I painted a rock what I thought a symbol that represent 8 pagan celebration
We also work on our wands. Mine is made of maple and I'm calling her "Duchess" and I still need to finish my wand.

For a the letter B I'm using my "book of shadow" a book of shadow is a pagan "recipes book" or a "how to book" and every book shadow fits each pagan different. There no right or wrong way of doing one. There also called Grimoire book.
Mine pretty boring and I had a hard time deciding what I'm going to put on the cover of my book of shadow...I'm going to draw a picture of the WHEEL OF YEAR

Getting Ready

Yesterday (July 11 2018) I wash off the bucket of rocks that I will be taking to our 2nd annul camp out.
But also I got the chairs ready for our circle. Wipe it down with moon water (Holly Water) and with sage ask those who every sits in the chair that comfort comes to them, they stay safe and is blessed.
There people who can't stand during our entire ceremony.
My Mennonite neighbor were having some type of religion activity. I could hear them singing. Actual it was quite beautiful.
And I'm our doing a ritual on the chairs.
I guess I have to wonder. What there thinking they have a pagan living next door. I've never brought up my beliefs.
Mennonites don't push there beliefs either. Which I like about them.

Isn't it amazing what we can still learn being middle age. I thought those who TOSSED THE BONES actual used bones. They use all sort of odds and ends.
Question time...What is something you thought or said but later found out you were wrong?

I did mange to get in a small walk this morning. Regis took me out for lunch. We split a child plate of chicken nuggets. He had the chicken nuggets and part of the fries.
Then I had half of fries and the salad.

I meant my friend Quenella at understand for morning coffee. And coffee I been trying to keep down to a minimum.
But coffee to me is some what a ritual for me. I like sitting on deck and joying what is.

I use to do a SCAVENGER HUNT for the WHEEL OF YEAR using snail mail and depending on which pagan holiday...I would ask for seven items to be exchange.
It was fun and I'm thinking of doing it for Mabon.

Wednesday Meme Number Nine

1. What's something in your house you'd like to get rid of but can't?
It been slow but I been going though certain area in the house. First anything just plain trash I take directly to the garbage. And after that I then go back though it make my self a lease give 10% to the thrift store. Right now there this pile I been hauling off to the thrift store and I have set of desert glasses and I keep looking at them and have all sorts of thoughts of what I can do with them. Knowing I don't have the actual time to make it happen.

2. When is the last time you experienced a sense of nostalgia? Elaborate.
I'm not much on nostalgia. But usual when nostalgia comes around I try to balance it out in my thinking. Recall both side of it, negative and postive. 
I find people who are heavy into nostalgia have trouble moving forward and change is uncomfortable for them.

3. You're only allowed three apps on your smart phone or tablet...which three do you keep?
I haven't yet put any apps on my phone.

4. July 11th is National Blueberry Muffin Day. Who knew? Do you like blueberry muffins? If you were going to have a muffin would blueberry be your choice? What's the last thing you baked?
Blueberry muffin does sound good. I was thinking of doing up some type muffin and enter them in our county fair. 
It been a while since I baked.
I been thinking of making what I call a sunshine pie. It something I take to summer soltice party. A pie made up of necterine or peach, blueberries or huckleberrie, and strawberries or raspberries. For this pie the trick is the arrangement of the fruit. In middle you place the necterine, and on the out side edge place mixture of blueberries, and raspberries. Note I use about 60% necterine, for rapberries and blueberris I divide them about 15% each.
This an open face pie and once it bake and it taken oven It was a nice blend of fruit that looks like a summer sun.

5. What's the biggest way you've changed since you were a child? In what way are you still the same?
I think as I got older I learn about sitting personal bounds. So that way I have change.
But I still have my sence of humor. I love laugh when I was young and still do.

It been general hot here in north idaho, with a few days of relief. This weekend we having a pagan camp out, and some other pagan coming up from the Spokane area. It not one of sabbats or esbates but our circle or worship theme is planting, growing, and harvest.
I got rid of 10 pounds this year, we're at the half way mark of year. Now I have to work on next five which I want off by September.

We got all the side porch taken off.

 There cutting the first crop of hay and usual there quite a bit of dust flying about. So once the hay is up and then we will start on the deck.

Should Be And I Know Better

I need and no I should be more active. It plain and simple I been procrastinate about taking walks. Well I did mange to get a small walk.
I end parking on the back parking lot at Regis. So when I left I walk down the road and around the building to get a few extra steps in.
I took a short walk down our road and down the hill a bit.
Weigh in at T.O.P.S I've maintain the same weight for last two times. I've been working on loosing 20 pounds for year.
It been a half a year and I'm down 10 pounds. But I seem I can't get going on next five pounds. I want to be down anther 5 pounds by September.

I got invited to a LAMMAS celebration and there planning to have FUNERAL GAMES  But I have to wonder in today world what type of games they will play. They're planning five of them.
The celebration is in CLAYTON WASHINGTON

I pagan circle we have four elements we work with and any of these spiritual part of life we all have or can grow.
Earth element represent the north. It falls in line of stability, fertility, growth, and healing.
We all deal in a our life time cycle of life.birth, life, death and rebirth.
 It most ultimate feminine
Air element represent the east. Changes, ideal, communications. Just think how the wind brings in storms and also remove them.
Fire elements represent the south. creativity, passion, Fire can also clear out the old and one need to be careful that they don't destroy something is a value to them.
Water elements represent the west emotion, intuition. Sometime we need to deal with our emotion baggage before we move on and is aloud to grow.
emotion makes us who we are. Both negative and positive ones.
The four elements in paganism helps us though our life.

Now What Will Get Posted In Limted Time

Watch the national news, afterward President Trump announce his nominee for the United States Supreme court.
Then afterward I have a few project I'm going to work on. Clean out my car, and start to prep work on our wands. Removing part of the bark.

So this morning I did a little research on irritable bowel syndrome diet. I will have diarrah and constipation at the same time.
Well I looked at three site on types of food I should eat.
All three sites mention diary and it sugars, meat fats, and soluble fibers, or insoluble fiber.
Is to figure out what my balance I need.
Dinner I had green salad, rice with soy sauce, and barbecue ground beef patty.
But each of site also couldn't agree on food that is beneficial or detrimental. But it seem they agree on three above.

It been in upper 80's today and if I have the time and it cool down once the sun goes down I will to get a walk in.

I guess President Trump nominated Brett Kavanaugh for Supreme court, and he is five years younger then me.

Now I Believe It Day Seven

Little behind on the Ultra Blog Challenge, So I missed two days. Sky didn't part and angels didn't blow there horn. Last two days the sun came up in east and set in west.
All is good.

I guess I will make this a hodge podge post, as there a little of this and that though out my day. But mostly on paganism.

Got all of my stuff from Amazon. Almost complete bucket of rocks to paint. I'm taking them down to our pagan group camp out this up coming weekend.
As for a work shop we will be making WANDS which could be looked also as royalty SCEPTRE. Then there two other possible way of looking at as STAFF OF MOSES or AARON ROD.
The type of wood you use will make a different. there pagans who have multi wands. Made from different types of WOODS and the two main type of wood we will be using is birch and maple. But some one might bring in different woods.

Not long ago some ask me if I was raise pagan. My parents gave me complete religious freedom. I attend many churches, mostly Christians and when I lived in the Opportunity Washington I went to the female youth group at the BEREANS.
And then my parents moved and being 14 I also end up moving. I then usual attend the catholic church and was fascinated by there Saints.
Also there were other churches I have attend though out my life. I even been to Buddhist service. Three religious service I would like to attend is HINDU, JUDAISM, and MUSLIM
If there UNITARIAN UNIVERSALISM church in my neck of woods. Is a religion I would attend on weekly bases

Today we ran though the circle which will be held the last day of our camp out. We're doing a circles in a circles.
We're doing a royal court sit up. So there a place for the Pages, Knights, Queen, and King. Then also we will be the elements.
Anther day and time I can explain the court and elements.

But there the boring part of life. Murphy and I mowed our lawn. And for dinner we had pickled beets, oven fries, and steak done on the barbecue.

In front of the group of Apartment  that Reggis one of resident planted these zinnia. It sure nice to these bright yellow flowers when I come to work.

Also for a month I'm doing ULTIMATE BLOG CHALLENGE and it also way to meet other bloggers.
In the UBC you post your blog post on there facebook page ULTIMATE BLOG CHALLENGE and you visit two new blogs. Also there asking those who have twitter accounts to post link to there blog with hash tag "blogboost" and I been doing the twitter thing. And visit two new blog from twitter.
But I have my regular blogs I visit on regular bases. I call them Coffee drinkers and hopeful there a derives group of lovelies. Although I might not get to each every one all the time.
But when I go and visit my coffee pals. I try to stop in and visit one of there friends. Either linking though some blogger in comment section, or if they have one of there side bar of bloggers they visit.

I believe a large majority wants what best for there country. Mind is the United States and we are celebrating our indepdence
Opinion time I think two other holidays we should celebrate as much as our indepdence is our CONSTITUTION and that would be September 17 and also we should celebrate our BILL OF RIGHTS which is also in September on the 24th.
So since there so close together a day in September we should celebrate both.
Question time...which new amendment should be add to the consition?....mine would be one for health care for all. Health care should be a right and not a privilege

One Done And Not Sure

Murphy haul the scapes of wood from our side deck that we been tearing off. I forgot to mention that we got new tires on pick up, just under $900.

He cut down some of the trees on North side of our property. Not sure how I like it. I understand the tree were to close and need to be thin out.

Two Christmas of 2017 I never got done. Guess what I done the locker hook rug. It going to my son Sawyer and his wife Betty.
I like doing recycle or repurpose items.
I still need to finish up Liz crochet rag rug. Lot of fabrics I'm using is used bed sheets.
One of the fabric shop is having a twenty five percent off sale on there fabric. So far I've stay away. I got two tote full of fabric.
One is a yard or more and the other is less then a yard.
This up coming Christmas I'm going to do up hot pad holders, using scrap fabrics.

Day three of the Ultimate blog challenge. Now where does my blog go. It depends on how much time I have.
But I still want to have a little ceramic studio in my basement once I retire. And I know I should use social media more then I do.
I know it promotes many things in life.
I use twitter, facebook, and instagram for social media, mostly. I do have google plus and pinterest account. Which I haven't use for a while.
I've been cutting back on facebook it seem there a lot of division and anger out there.
One of local bakery here I was talking to her and it takes her two hours a day of promoting her business, though social media. And it takes away from her time making goodies.
Some of blog I visit use comment luv, and I seem to like it. I haven't every tried to use it. But I'm sure there some disadvantage to it.
But remember I blog for fun.

Canterbury We Have Problem

Ultra Blog Challenge mention it was a good way to connect with bloggers of the past. Start blogging in 2005
I went back in blogger time, to seek those who still are blogging. Knowing I wasn't going to connect with everyone.
It seem no one from 2005 was still blogging. But my first fine was from 2006
GLOBAL LOVE THINK TANK and still in 2006 I came across KT CATS POST, well also BARBARAH. Then in 2007 I came across 5 MINUTES FOR MOM and the last one is a Canadian blogger TEENA IN TORONTO

I have wonder why some continue blogging. For me I just simple enjoy it.

As I was looking for those who continue there blog, which wasn't easy. Reading back though some of my very first post. Statement time..."It been an interesting adventure" 
It seem those who first comment could probably fall under the category of "Spam".
Although I ran into some blogs and even my self, did host a blogger event. One old blogger host a bunny swap. We exchange a little bit of Easter though snail mail.
Then there was tour of homes. We took picture of our home and post them on our blog page. And visit homes all over the world, though different blogs.
For me I use to host a scavenger hunt during the sabbats and the esbats.
There were plenty more.
But to me the most important thing in blogging, is to have fun.

Work went and took Regis to library in Sandpoint. But before that we went to Walmart I got a few items for our pagan camp out.
Then very last place we stop was the dollar store. I end up with two items. One was a container to put supplies in for rock painting, which is going to be part of pagan camp out.
And for personal use a white out.

I did get a walk in before I went to work, I walk up to the fourth power pole, and back home. Which took about 20 minutes.
Once it stop raining, and it was pouring. I end up walking around couple of small buildings.
Breakfast...2 slice bacon, 1 egg, and bagel
Lunch...Peanut butter Jelly Sandwich, cherries, strawberries, and slice of cheese.

Murphy picked some strawberries and gave some to our neighbors.

The other day walking cross our front yard were two turkey hens and there flock of chicks.

June Check In 2018

Before I talk about June. I just sign up for a blogger challenge called ULTIMATE BLOG CHALLENGE
I usual don't have trouble finding things to blog about. But the time is some what challenge.

Each month I do a check in with PERSONALITY INSIGHT. From may June's posting I copy and paste some of them. To see what sort of feed back I get.
I welcome feed back as long the person giving is civil about it.

Not sure what I am doing. Yesterday I sat up my July bullet journal. Well I still have a little bit to do on it.
I order some items off of Amazon, some supplies for our pagan camp out and some fun personal stuff.

Won't say I'm busting butt. But I been tittling around the place. Like did a load of whites, went though some shoes that went out to trash can. What the purpose of keeping shoes that is total blown out.

Still bad about keeping up on my bullet journal and I haven't given up on my self. At this point I got in 2549 steps. I would like to have a lease 4,500 steps before noon. Then by end of day my step goal is 7,500
Hubby and I went to get groceries, and we stop in at the deli. I had a one biscuit with sausage gravy, and hubby had breakfast burrito.


I didn't do all that well of keeping track of the weather in June. I can honestly say we didn't have that many hot days. A couple of good rain storms came in
