Heads or Tails (See or Sea)

Heads and Tails I try to do on Tuesday. This week theme is See-Sea next week theme will be “List Three”
A quick announcement on the 25th of the month I do what I call “In the Know” and on April 25th those who like to could you post on your blog “What do you see out of your front window”

I get up every morning and look out the window to see what the weather is doing. It is snowing here now.

One of the first things I do on Tuesday is go to my T.O.P.S meeting and see what the weight scale tells me.
“I lost a pound” all most to my first milestone. ½ pound and I’ll be under 190 pounds

But before that I had to check my twitter and facebook to see what was going on. I even took a few minute did little hoping the way of twitter to see other people twitter and blogs.

Well this is day I take Faith around to do her errands. One place we went was the library and I want to see if I could fine some books. I saw two books which I checked out
Look Homeward America and Outdoor Living Ultimate project

I was so happy that Faith want to get a few items from quality feed. So I want to see if they had and early girl tomatoes or any bulbs in.
No luck on either one.

Then Faith went and did her errands and I went to the bank and had to put some things in our safety deposit box and get my birth certificate.
Then I went over to Callie a fabric store to see what color of embroidery floss they had and I got anther shade of green.
Plus I checked out floss in Lamars but nothing grab my attention but I saw a pattern there that would make dishtowels. I just left it there.

So her and I met back at safeway and I got a few items there. I went to see if they had any type of seafood or fish. They only had a small selection nothing for my fancy.
So I got a steak for dinner

Then I took Faith home and had little chit chat and cup of tea. But before our tea I had to see her plants she got started and they looked nice

It Not To Many Sign Of Spring But it There

Murphy has been flipping over the soil where the veggie garden will be. We’re putting in a 40 X 40 spot.
We both would like to hire a tractor with a rotiller but knowing the economy I don’t know if this is feasible or not. The only thing I know at this time that cold hardy tree nursery sold 4 loads of trees, which isn’t all that much.
But we both heard all types of stories what is going on with his line of work.
But he not limited to harvest

So far it been a cold spring but it hard to notice sign of spring. One has to look or listen for them.
Today I took Rex for a short walk down by the ballpark. I notice that lot of trees are budding out and got new growth.
We headed back behind were the ponds are and I notice some type of golden willow sure has some big fuzzy buds on them.
The birds were making joyful song as we took our walk.

I have this stuff up nose and last night I took a ¼ of codeine tablet and all day I felt like I was in the fog

Sign of Winter Came Back For a Visit.

Starting to wonder if there is going to be a garden seasoning. Murphy and I started some of our seeds.
Seeded we started so far is…
1. Golden Blanching (celery)
2. Zinnia (flower)
3. Jalapeno (peppers-early)
4. Jim Nardello (sweet pepper)
5. Stupice (tomato cool climate)
6. Chadwick (cherry tomato)
The guy Murphy works with anther Murphy gave us some potting soil and we started him some seeds….
1. Bounty Best (Tomato)
2. Red Cherry (Tomato)
3. Beef Steak (Tomato)
We have more to start but it can wait.
Considering this morning we had 2 inches of fresh snow

Both of us are please how the power washer did on the garage/shop but both of us got wet and cold mainly Murphy he got the wettest.
Now he is doing a light brush over and now we need to go and get some primer. I believe Murphy want to paint it red as the barn/shed is.
It real doesn’t matter to me

We're Doing Empty Nest Training

Both Murphy and I been doing spring project not big ones. Our oldest son Sawyer came up and brought the power washer up.
We been want to paint the garage/shop or should Honest time…It needs painting we haven’t decided on a color. Our home is dark green with brown trim.
The barn/shed is red.

Well before we start our spring project Murphy and I went to moving sale at our local fair ground. They had quite a bit of vintage things but didn’t finding anything I was interested in and the items I would been interesting over priced for my pocket book at this time

I had been washing some of the walls in house not many but a few. If you need to know I got three of them done.
I washed the lace curtain from our bedroom and hung them on the clothesline to dry. This is first time this year I use the clothesline.
Wash the rugs from the bathroom but they are in the dyer dying.
Not much like spring weather here but more and more of the snow is going.
As I had to help move the ladder for Murphy so he could get the upper part of the garage/shop. As he was up on a latter I walk around a little and picked up doggie poop from last winter.
I made a rice chicken type of stew for dinner in crock-pot. One thing I real like about crock-pot one can but the things in and forget it

Well Sawyer came up and we and some of his friend went camping out by Hooten Hollow pond. “Yea I know we’re crazy in North Idaho for camping this time of year and the high of the day won’t even get 50”
I told Sawyer that the house will be unlocked.

We are practicing being empty nesters. Our young son Bart right now is on a jet heading to New Orleans with a church group and he will be helping building homes for the Katrina victims.
Bart is staying at Bethlehem Volunteer Center he will be down there for a week

12 Secrets (Planning)

I thought I would be looking forward to secret 12 but recently I’m not sure where I want or need to go.
As you can see in my last post called No Oomph

Well I did get my lid cover done and I’m quite please with it. Now I been thinking of casting some mugs and got the molds down which I want to do it in.
But it takes a week for the completion so I can get ready to but them in the kiln. But in mean time I could paint something else but what.

I know planning is great and I at one time made list. Sense I started work I found it hard to do any planning. Or I just don’t know how to.
I work come home and do a few things around here. I’m so thankful sense my hubby is laid off he does the bulk of the home chores around here now.
I still feel like I need to be part of taking care of the place and Murphy will once again go back to tree nursery.

When our boys where in head start they gave us a form how to make out goals and plans and I notice in this secret they have something pretty well the same.
Even part of the head start program they had these preschoolers having a plan book.

I been told if you write a list or a plan out there a higher chance you will complete your goal. Sense I started to work again I haven’t done. Confession time…I haven’t really even tried writing a goal done

I have to say I learn to organize and see the small progress I have made in going toward my goal. No I would like to move at a faster rate but I’m moving

I been slowly moving a long on pillow cases one of the pillow case I got the flowers done and coming along nicely with the other one.

No Oomph

The new moon is here and I real don’t know much. I feel at stand still in my life. I want to do something but I’m not sure which step I need or want to do.
I got my lid cover done and I have other bisques I could do but I’m not sure which ones. I could clean some greenware and get ready to put in kiln.
Then I have recycle thing of clay that needs a mixer to it but just can’t get to it.
Other the ceramics I have other projects and goals in mine but I to feel at lost.
I have no oomph and I feel rummy but I know I should be doing something.
I just don’t want to get in rut. I was moving slowly once again on ceramics and other goals

In the Know (Like and Dislike About Your Job)

I almost forgot about “In the Know” and sense I have great desire to be learning from both sides of the coin.
What I want to know is What you like and dislike about your job

As most of my readers know that I do home care and it does have it ups and down. Let say the biggest factor is type of client you get and my first one was a dirty old man.
I believe people do better in there own home environment then in some type of hospital sitting.
Every client I have gotten I learn something from which I could better my self

As most job everyone feels they should be earning more money and I’m the same. Actual in my area I’m paid quite well most home care workers make under $10.00 an hour and I make $12.27 and hour.
Plus bonus and my last bonus was a little over $700.

If I can the home care outfit it would be a whole lot different and I Bet a lot people say this.
The other day we got our bi yearly bonus and they gave us memo on about elderly abuse.
Let me tell you they are elderly people who abuse their client and not all older people are nice some are right down mean and nasty.
I don’t know how much the client are checked out but our back ground is total checked out with finger prints and nothing done on the client

Medicaid is where my paycheck is coming from and they’re middle company whom mange the homecare. I understand these home care agency get good pay from Medicaid and some people are paid crap. Which I’m not

I live in a very small community with low population and we are aloud 100 miles a month to any errands our client needs. Well which isn’t all that much if I take my client to closes wal-mart a round trip would be about 65 miles.
Now we should have commercial insurance on our rig and none of us makes that type of wages to care it

Heard the ole wise saying “Penny wise pound foolish” well that’s Medicaid for you.
A Medicaid social/nurse comes in to these people home and see what they need. One thing they don’t take in the entire family and I’m including pets.
One of my clients had a daughter who was starting school and one of my chores for her was laundry.
But by rights I wasn’t to do any other laundry then hers and she real couldn’t do her own and how would anyone expect her to do her daughter laundry.
If she could do her daughter laundry and then she could do her own.
The Medicaid system is set up at this time for the people not to get better. Sure as long as client isn’t getting better these homecare outfit is making a killing off of Medicaid. I believe they would be better off to spend a little bit extra improving these people who is using Medicaid and it would total benefit everyone.
It only making a small percentage of people true income mainly pharmacies companies

Next month “In The Know” will be on the 25th of April. I would like to know “If I look out your front window what would I see”

Katka Is Starting To Bloom

My friend Quenelle lives up on Katka Mountain is pretty well northwest of us as the crow flies. But it more an easterly flight for the birds.
If you notice there more spring there then my home.
Murphy and I help her with a few chores, which we can’t do around here. We haul her some water up and all of us covered her flowerbeds the deer been munching on them.
Plus we all had a great visit and cowboy coffee.

She has been letting her Turkeys roam to get the early spring bugs. I saw my first house fly at her place. Plus the Tom been putting on quite the show and looking or trying to impress the ladies.

I would have to say at this point she about two weeks a head of me. We are actual about the same in altitude I’m a little higher.
I think it sloop and how the sun hits.
I still have snow in our yard and I still have on flowerbed with quite a bit of snow left. As you can see she has flowers in bloom.

It Wonderful Day I Thats Fact

Yesterday we celebrated my Step Mother in law birthday she turned 80 the 19th. The party was held at my sister in law Faith place.
It was pretty simple cake and ice cream.

I wasn’t sure if Sawyer was going to make it up or not. He was on his way on Friday and he had his jeep over loaded and the axle came off.
He is all right
So we rode up with his cousins who he is living with and going to school.
We were so glad to see him.

Faith daughter Gissele and her boy friend came over from Kalispell and they got a new puppy I believe they name her Clare

Later on we might be going up to Quenella place and hauling water up there. But she had to run some errands and should be back this afternoon.
So I thought I would get my blogging done.
I haven’t yet had chance to try out this new recipe but I do like casseroles

Creamy Chicken and Biscuits Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp oil
12 oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs, fat trimmed, cut bite-size
1 cup baby carrots, halved lengthwise
8 oz sliced mushrooms
2 cans (103⁄4 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
11⁄3 cups fat-free milk
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup Hheart Smart pancake and baking mix (Bisquick)
3 Tbsp chopped dill
1⁄3 cup frozen peas
3 scallions, sliced

PREPARATION

1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Heat oil in an 11- to 12-in. nonstick ovenproof skillet . Add chicken and cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, 3 minutes or until lightly browned.

2. Stir in carrots and mushrooms. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms release some of their liquid and carrots are almost crisp-tender.

3. Stir in soup, 1 cup of the milk and the mustard until blended; bring to a simmer. Meanwhile, mix baking mix, 1 Tbsp of the dill and the remaining 1⁄3 cup milk in a small bowl until blended.

4. Stir remaining 2 Tbsp dill, the peas and scallions into skillet. Remove from heat and spoon 8 dollops (about 1 Tbsp each) biscuit dough on top.

5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cooked through.

Personal Note…I didn’t use bisquick made my own biscuits from scratch. Use coconut grease to bind biscuits with, and per cook the carrots

Spring is slowly coming around although nothing in bloom by my place. But I can see a little bit of soil in my Royal Sunshine and more the rocks around the edge are showing though.
I had to see if anything is coming up and the answer is yes

well I been buying primroses at BTC for under a dollar. I got six so far and part of them will go in the royal sunshine and the patriotic flowerbed

My cactus is in bloom and it got plenty of buds on it

Believe It Or Not I'm Pleased

I wanted to but didn’t get to do a toughly cleaning of our home. My plans was to go though entire house and do an entire cleaning. Not a spring or a deep cleaning.
My plans were to divide the cleaning into two parts one for Friday and the other one for Saturday.
But on Thursday things did chance a bit for some reason I felt like I had an upset stomach and going to dentist real didn’t help one.
Then Friday I head to work.

We have fairly full plate of activity over the weekend. Later on today my Step Mother in law will be celebrate her 80th birthday.
Then tomorrow we are going to Sandpoint to get a few necessary items such a battery for the lawn mower. “I don’t why Murphy thinks we need a battery for lawn more I would guess there 6 inches of snow in our yard”
Plus our friend Quenelle needs some water haul to her.
Then I also will get Donna the stuff from winter ridge.
I think Murphy want to go to the Sunday service at the gardenia center. So if we do all that we won’t be back til around 2 in the afternoon.
Then to haul water to Qunelle place

I gave both of our bath a though cleaning. I use basic H and baking soda instead of comer I try to clean with green products and allergy free.
Comet will give me asthma

Sense I been working Murphy been taking care of the home front and I don’t real have any major complaints.
I know my parents would chewed my ass if I did home chores like he did and it would have been a real ass chewing.
But believe me I have had some real ass chewing over minor things do to home cleaning when I was young.

I know a few men that they use there wife as cash cows. Their wife goes to work or get some type of disability check and their husband don’t contributed to household.
Some do work and use their money for beer or pot.
Statement time…I don’t have a problem with someone having a beer or smoking a joint
I even know wives who work and support their hubby entertainment.

But when I come home it straighten and the dishes are done, the floors are picked up and he is a good cook.
Plus he does laundry

12 Secrets (Subracting Serenity Stealers)

Around 4 AM this morning Spring arrived here. As you can see we do have snow still on the ground but it slowly going away. Actual the first snowflake was Nov 6 of 08 and last snowflake I seen coming down was March 18 09.
It hard to real notice any sign of spring. It hard to find anything because we still have snow on the ground and yes they’re bare ground showing.
I’ve notice birds are building next and merry chirping away. I have bulb showing above the soil. The days are longer and it light when the evening news comes on.
I haven’t decided when I’ll be doing my Oestra meal I work today and I found a new chicken casserole I want to try.

We are coming to a close on the book we been reading 12 Secrets of Highly Creative Women and secret # 11 is Subtracting Serenity Stealers

There was two sentence spoke load and clear to me

Negative life choice steal your peace of mind and eclipse your well being

Deep down, you know what disturb your inter peace and what you need to cast off.

I believe for the most part we know why we sabotage our self and I know why I don’t sometime I don’t complete or drag them out more then I need to.
If I told my parents if I was done with a task they gave me and if I told them I was done they would say “you did a nice job but and tear it apart in most part of my life I couldn’t stand the word but. Confession time…I still drag things out more then I need to.
But if I would say “I ran out of time and can I finish this later on” I would have to hear them say “you did a good job, but”
Both of my parents are on the other side now. I don’t drag things out as I use to but I still do.

the last two night I kept having dreams and I believe dreams our way of our subconscious mind is commutating to us.
Dreams can be very tiring

my dream goes as follow…Murphy and I been fighting over money actual $45.00 dollars and money was tight.
He wants to buy some marijuana with the money and he was being such as asshole and I said I would pay him the money. I don’t recall by a penny a day or a dollar a day. But if he kept his griping up I would make his life pure hell

I don’t believe dreams are good or bad actual I believe they help us and times I use dream dictionary

I know there factors that comes into our life and everyone I know the economy is a factor.
In times pass I would let this shut down my movement on my goals but not this time. I want to quite my job right after Bart got out of high school and do my crafts. I’m not producing as I would like to but I’m creating. I almost now got my jar lid down and making progress on the pillowcases.
I even brought a few mold of mugs down to cast ceramic slip in. I even did anther step getting the mugs cast. I got in some trimming from other things I have cast and add water to trimming bucket so it can be revived. Statement time…I don’t like to waste

I wonder what book we will be doing next and when

You nurture and nourish yourself. You know that you need fulfillment and downtime if you want to be your best.

You stay present in every moment. You don't allow yourself to be distracted or flustered.

There a Few Small Clues.

Part of my job and actual this part of my job I enjoy is walking Rex my friend Donna dog.
This morning we headed out on dist 5 road just pass the Kootaneni Reservation turn off.

I know there not much real big sign of spring around here it was spitting snow.
Around here they have what they call spring break up or mud vacation around here and local roads get close for heavy loads so all the county roads have these sign on them

Not sure if the highways does or not.

As we on walk looking for more signs of spring I came across Mr. Face on ole tree stump.
I have to say he did have a friendly way about him and watching thing out in the valley.
As I was walking I heard all types of birds making beautiful noise

As I got to end of my walk and as I look out toward the farmers’ field I notice there not much snow out there.
Well no snow or a decrease amount of snow is one good sign that spring is coming or winter is departure.

Last Sunday Murphy and I stop in at the good will in Sandpoint and I found this incense burner that I’m add to my winter box.
As in past post I was making up a gift box with things I got at all sort of neat things and at holidays someone will hide an Christmas Ornament and the child who finds it will be able to be a Santa Elf (helper) and give out the gift as he or she see fit. I have decided to call this my winter box

Head or Tail (point)

Some Irish Proverbs.
1. By degrees the castles are built.
2. Making the beginning is one third of the work.
3. If you have one pair of good soles its better than two pairs of good uppers.
4. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
5. Don't rest your eyes beyond what is your own.
Note time..My mom would say this one quite a bit and even to my dad or she would tell him…”the only thing different between a man a woman is a man would stand up and pee”

It Tuesday and I don’t recall doing Heads or Tail but after taking a peak at last week theme I don’t believe I did.
So I’m playing this week and the theme is Point and next week theme is "Common"

On St Patty day I always make it point were green on this day.
I know the picture of me above doesn’t look like I have green on but I do have a deep dark green sweeter on.
99.8% we have corn beef which I have in the oven now. Later on I’ll steam up some veggies and boil some red potatoes.
Couple of other point I should point to some other things about my Irish heritage my mom side one time lived in Antrim County or the Irish would say “Contae Aontroma or simply Aontroim” Antrim is in the Ulster province
I been told other stories which I don’t even know if they are true or not. So I should make it a point to research the facts to find out if there true or false.
I been told we are the Black Irish well not everyone on my mom side is dark.
If truth were told I have the olive complexion and dark hair of my dad. As for heritage I’m real mix of things.
There this story how my family came over from Ireland. Some great grand daddy many years ago before the days of King George III said something rude about the king and he had a choice to be ship to America or have his ear cut off.
Well he choose the trip to America and landed some were around Pennsylvania If you take a close look at a map of Pennsylvania there a little bit of water but I don’t know if this was or is some type of port

Yesterday I made it point to check out some of my flowerbeds and see what is going on.
The “Royal Sunshine” flowerbed has no soil showing but more the edge rocks are showing.
I notice both in my hodgepodge bed under the front window I have some bulb coming up the also in my patriotic bed I also have bulbs coming up.
I haven’t a clue what they area

I Just Don't Buy In the Whole Nine Yards

I don’t think anyone has all the answer to anyone subject. My client Donna who I consider a friend is having Biofeedback
This lady comes up and treats a few people in area with a biofeedback machine

They want me to it. But I’m not sure were I’m on it 100%. See I don’t have total faith in alternative medicine.
I can also I don’t have total faith in the usual medical person either
It not the cost the first treatment is $50.00 and any other ones is $25.00. It not the price but it when can afford them I have some other obligations

Pac Rat Sale

Yesterday my friend Quenella and I went to the Pack Rat sale at our local fair grounds. She got two antique serving bowls that she will be using for her wedding catering business. I believe they were a dollar apiece and if she got anything else there I don’t recall.

I found one more item for my box that I’ll be doing for Christmas Announcement time…The Christmas Box will be official called the Winter Box
I found some jell booties to put in the winter box that I paid $2.00 and I also picked up this lace stocking which I’ll use for my Christmas stocking for myself.

Then we went over to the thrift store the first one we stop in was the community thrift store. I didn’t find anything but Quenelle got a few things.
Then less then little ways is the thrift store for the animal shelter one. I believe Quenelle got a floral skirt and maybe a few other items.

Well I found this towel with roses and I had my friend Donna in mind. When I get items for the winter box I do have people in mind.
But I have no control over whom getting what.
I got this for .99¢

Murphy and I in the afternoon had to do some errands one of errand we had to do is return some legal documents to his sister Faith.
As we across the Kooteni River I saw a sign for a moving sale.
I ask Faith about it and she went to in the morning and got some lawn chairs and some other nice sounding stuff.
So Murphy and I went over and checked it out and not much left

12 Secrets (Abundance)

We’re coming to a close on our book called 12 secrets and this week topic is “Living in Abundance with Positive Priorities”

As you notice I got my Santa in Bathtub done. Well almost excepted I want to put a mirror in picture frame.
Well I start enough ceramic piece and I take picture on Saturday and will post for chapter 11.
I got bucket of ole dried up slip and brought it in and going to revive it with water. Found some plain mugs mold which I like to do up

I know this should be an easy one to do, abundance. This is some what stuck between a rock and hard spot.
I’m thankful for all I have.
I don’t want to sell my self-short
I don’t want to seem like I’m tooting my own horn.
Confession time…I always felt that my creative life wasn’t going at speed I thought is should be.
But now even if my creative being is only for a moment it better then zero

Some time putting things in priorities isn’t that easy or even fair.
If I had my way I would be creating 24 –7 ok I know I got to sleep and eat.
But with reality we need a study paycheck coming in.

I haven’t embroidery for like more then 20 years and it came back to me and I actual please the way the pillow cases are coming out.

I have some habits aren’t real all that good for the body. I’m trying to change them and I join TOPS.
But on the other hand as most things there always someone who is in worst in life or better in life.
But one real can’t use that as an excuse.
I seem not to make meditation a real habit in my life. When I do I feel lot better.

49 and 1 Month

I’ve been 49 years old for one month now.
I receive a few cards but these two where my favorite ones

This one I got from my hubby and the inside saying goes as….
(left side) This is my greatest happiness---
To spend my life with you,
Sharing trails and triumphs,
Joys and problems, too,
To kiss you in the morning
And hold you close at nights,
To know we’ll be together
Weathers days are gray or bright…

(right side) Sharing all the little things that makes our daily life…
This is my greatest happiness…
To have you as for my wife.

Happy Birthday With Love

My Aunt Penny sent me this card she lives in Havre Montana and the inside card goes as…
Everyone Else Does!
Happy Birthday

I Did and Should Of.

I haven’t done very well at my tops meeting.
That’s my weight lost group and I know the area I screw up in.
I kept a food and activity journal on piece of paper but keeping it all together was big pain in ass.
I knew under our basement stairs was so office like supplies and there was a blue note book journal
This should help.
Plus my water in take has been down
Statement time…around 2 in the afternoon I start to eat uncontrollable and 98% of the time I make pour choices in foods I pick

I don’t know why been I decided to look for some old friends. There was this family of 5 children who lived across the field when I was younger.
I lived on Cataldo and they lived on Pierce.
They were the LaShaw, Pat and Marjorie was the parent.
The children were Judy, Patty, Diane, Janet and Doug. The two younger one was the same age as me.
They moved to Rockford Washington and Janet graduated out of Freeman high school in 79.
I heard the parents move back to Texas and back to the Spokane area.
I heard the mom passed away and after doing an internet search and found out there dad is also dead.
The obituary records wants to charge

I was reading my Coffee pal blogs and Pea is always a great person to find out info on what going on in the blog world.

Coffee Pals of Broadway Elementary

Last night I start doing my self on facebook. As I was doing my thing with facebook and all the possibility of getting to know others who in some way are like me and not like me.
I actual like a wide variety of people as friends.
It helps me to become more of loving spirit toward others and my self

As I was looking at the groups though facebook and the people who part of facebook I start to wonder about people who I knew in my younger years.
I start to wonder about the kids who went to Broadway Elementary.
When I went there was 2 classes for each grade and they did have a 6th grade.
I only lived a few blocks from school and walked to school and all the neighbor hood kids of that area we all went to the same school.
I wonder what happen to the Holland Kids and there was 5 kids in that family. Larry, Teri, Bob who was a year older then me and Bruce who was year younger then I.
Plus their younger sister, Cheryl.
Next to Hollands was the LaShaw family who also had 5 kids. Judy, Patty, Diane, Janice and Doug the two younger ones were the same age as me.
But they moved out to Rockford and they went to Freeman High Janice and Doug went there.
Then when I was in Elementary the Blackwoods moved into the area but they lived more by University City.
There were 5 girls in that family but I only recall the two younger one Jonnie and Joyce.
Joyce was in my class they move to the Spokane area when I was in 5th grade.
Then over East of us was the Dionne Sue and Nancy. Nancy was in my class.
Father East was the Wheeler family and a kid name Doug was in my class he had quite a few siblings.
Well on the other side of us actual West on Harold Road was the Wilsons. I recall a Larry Wilson who lived on the North side of Broadway and I recall going there and they had old shed he and I would get on the roof.
His cousin anther Wilson family who had a bunch of girls
The only one I recall there first name were Ida and Kathy.
In middle of 1st grade Mrs Jones class a young boy name Doug Hutton came to area but after Broadway he went over to Blake Elementary he had younger sister.

Today Murphy and I went to Gardenia Center in Sandpoint and had wonderful speaker who hit home in lot of ways.
Well he brought up a lot great points but one was on perception on how we view others and our self.
Well there was this girl name Debbie Farr who just rubbed me the wrong way. I thought she was a little snob.
But looking back she had her group of friends who she must not rubbed the wrong way

Now all these people are middle age just like me and I guess I’m wondering what every happen to these people

12 Secrets (Transcending Rejection and Road Block)

I’m late for 12 secrets today I went to a church rummage sale and hit both of our thrift stores.
This week theme is Transcending Rejection and Road Block

I don’t like to hear the word no put it happens in life. I don’t mine suggestions. Confession time…I put up majority of my own road blocks in life
This is a difficult part for me when there are roadblocks.
When a roadblock comes up I will dilly-dally when it not even necessary. I posted the Santa and simple I could have the project done a long time ago.
The fact is I want to put a mirror like thing and I don’t even know how exactly how to do it.
That will be the last thing I’ll be doing.
With the economy is so bad I also have the attitude “why do any thing no one going to buy it”
No I’m not cheapest as wal-mart but I can compete with others.
But I talk to one lady in one of our local art and craft co-op and she sells enough stuff to buy her crafting supplies.

Plus I feel like I’m more a ware of my creating things. My mom had the attitude if you aren’t making money your not being creative.
But I learn during this book blogging group. “I am Creating”

Heads or Tail (Getting There)

As every tuesday Skittles host heads or tails and this week subject matter is Getting there the next topic is “Spring Time Memory”

As most people we sit goals to improve our life but it usual hard work changing one life so we can get there.
Actual I been working on two goals.
One is to do a Christmas box. My Christmas box is a little different. My parents taught me how to be thankful and about giving to others.
Plus many other fine things in life.
So I been filling up a Christmas box full of goodies and on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day I will take my box over to my Sister in law Faith place and I assume for will host the party.
Some grown up will hide a Christmas Ornament and all the younger children will look for the ornament and the one who finds it will have the opportunity to give out the things in the box.
So each month I get 6 things that I put in the box and every thing is under $2.50.

So in the month of February I bought.

A necklace, wallet, level, plug in thing to convert a one way to a two way, and a large putty knife.
Latter on I’ll do one for the younger ones.

Weight lost is something I been trying to do and seem to have trouble or I should say changing my awful health habits.
I join TOPS and I have my good days, bad days, and my so so days. I real have to say I know it changing one health style but getting there can be challenge.
So I came up with a reward plan but not rewarding my self with food.
I thought for each pound and half I loose I would go buy my self a piece of clothing from a thrift store.
I real don’t have any nice clothes to go any place. My job is nothing I have to make a fashion statement but when I go pace other then work I could take a little time for my identity.
I’m still in the 190-pound range and once I get in the 180-pound range I want to get my ears re pierced.
So I though for every 10 pounds I lost would spent a little more on my self but I’m not sure what I’ll do for the 180 range.

So full filling one goals can be challenge but once we got there the reward can be well worth it

One day a month on the 25th I do what I call in the know which I ask an open end question.
For the month of March the question is “What is right and wrong with your job” I hope some of you will have time to play
