In upcoming blogs, I'm going to share different art movements. Yesterday, I went to art, which was held at LORE.
Afterward, I stopped at the grocery store. I got a few items. Well, a can of white beans (navy) 15 oz cost $1.38.
Today, Murphy and I washed some of the walls and ceiling in the living room. I ordered a wall and ceiling mop. I also bought a game for granddaughters Maud and Bree, which will be sent directly to them. I wasn't going to purchase any Christmas gifts until after Thanksgiving. Oh well!
The first round of art movements will be from the period of Western Medieval. I will start with the Byzantine Empire, which lasted from 330 BC to 1453 AD.
Wiki Art only lists four groups of art from the Byzantine Empire: mosaic, Icon, and two artists. ANDREI RUBLEV and IVAN RUTKOVYCH.
Friday the 22nd: This is a post about my fantasy of how the world should be. PARTS ONE AND TWO. Now for parts three and four.
No need to stop communication. We all need to practice our communication and listening skills. Who knows what or how we will communicate will be. Or the style in which we communicate with each other. We need to be on a rotation of the people we meet once a week, chat with them, and learn from human experience.
Everyone needs to be able to have
decent shelter but with responsibility. Each shelter will have a full
bathroom with a shower and/or tub. Each place will have a bedroom for
a double occupant. Each bedroom will have a walk-in closet. Then,
each place will have a kitchen and a non-formal dining area. For each
bedroom, there will be a 100-square-foot storage room.
Now for
the cost for the tenant. The first set of rates is for those who do
10 hours monthly of community service. Doing things around the place
will count, but a person can also do things outside their current
shelter.
No one under 18 will pay rent. Or expect to do
community service.
Class A person income is under is
income under $1,000 per month should pay 12% of gross income
Class
B person income between $1,001 and $2,500 a month should pay 24% of
gross income
Class C person income between $2,500 and $6,000 a
month should pay 48% of gross income
Class D persons between $6001
and $10,000 a month should pay 60% of gross income
Class E people
over $10,000 monthly should pay 80% of their gross income.
Those
who choose not to do any of their community service. Here is their
rate
Class A person income is under is income under $1,000 per
month should pay 15% of gross income
Class B person income between
$1,001 and $2,500 a month should pay 30% of gross income
Class C
person with income between $2,500 and $6,000 a month should pay 60%
of gross income
Class D persons between $6001 and $10,000 a month
should pay 75%of gross income
Class E people over $10,000 monthly
should pay 90% of their gross income.
It depends on the year.
The numbers and rate would change, but most tenants would fall under
the A & B class, with a few Class C tossed in.
Each
tenant must pay their rent on time and maintain their own place.
There will be a maintenance person for every 50 units; the tenant
needs help to handle that.
Each individual guest must register if
they plan to stay more than 3 days. Any guest who stays more than 30
days in a year will submit income, which will pay rent.
Plus, for
every 50 units, there will be a community center. And also an outdoor
area.
Those who choose or refuse to follow the above rules can find shelter at a government sanitarium and will be given a payee. These places will have a sick room, community dining area, living area, and sleeping bed.
Each person over 18 will receive 45% of their income. These sanitariums will also offer services such as maid, laundry, clothing, soap, meals, and trails. There will be a time schedule. Some people can't take care of themselves for whatever reason. Plus, people can come and go with reason. Everyone deserves to be safe.
Coffee is on.
...so many are being priced out of adequate housing!
ReplyDeleteHouse costs are crazy, crazy, crazy. Scrubbing walls sure isn't fun, but it is necessary.
ReplyDeleteHousing is costly here too. It makes us hang on to our house rather than look for another place to live.
ReplyDeleteIt's a big dream for the future and housing all over the world is a huge problem for so many.
