Today Is Wednesday, November 27, 2024: This Is What Happened.

Today is Murphy's birthday, and he is now 74.

Yesterday, Qunella and I were in town. We stopped at one of the banks—the one she banks at. She got out some cash, so on my way home, I could stop by Lolita and give her the money. Qunella is helping Lolita with Christmas. Lolita has quite a few grandchildren. Her social security check is slightly under 1,000 a month.

This bank shows some local art. We have some great local artists.

I'm linking to WORDLESS WEDNESDAY.

For Today's art movement, I will be covering the Gothic Period. What comes to my mind is Gothic architecture—or more of a current fad: those who wear black lipstick. This morning, I watched a video on the history of Gothic.

Wiki Art has 12 ARTIST. Today, I'm featuring the work of AMBROGIO LORENZETTI and LIMBOURG BROTHERS.

Friday should be my last day posting about my fantasy world—or at least, that's how it should be. Yesterday was FIVE AND SIX.

I won't be posting on Thanksgiving.

There should be a department of “Wisdom” As we age hopefully we gain wisdom. Grandma and Grandpa should be part of the community.

As for retirement. Elder should get a basic income as anyone else. Retirement should be based on hours work. Not the amount paid in.

For every 60 hours work regardless of ones earning is worth one dollar toward retirement account. Once someone get in 60,000 hours of work, can apply for retirement. Or at the age of 60.

One parent regardless of sex choose to stay home and be the home maker if any children under age of 3½ will be get there retirement paid into.

As for housing if they don't own they should be on the sliding scale as such. Housing price for senior.

Class A person income is under is income under $1,000 per month should pay 10% of gross income
Class B person income between $1,001 and $2,500 a month should pay .20% of gross income

Class D persons between $6001 and $10,000 a month should pay 50% of gross income
Class E people over $10,000 monthly should pay 70% of their gross income.

Those with memory issue should be able to part of the community. A safe place that they can be able to go outside.

It good to mix though out the generation.

Things and life have a price tag. People like to get it, but only some people want to pay.
First of all, we need to look at footing life differently. Or an entire look on money.

Taxes. We may also need replacement words. The word taxes either angers or scares people.

All taxes need to be simplified. There are no tax credits and very few deductions on personal taxes. The tax rate starts at $300,000 and will be at 10%. The only deduction would be $60,000. Person.

There is a 3% national sales tax on everything except food and medical supplies, as well as necessities like toilet paper, soap, toothpaste, etc.

25% of reinvestment in business and or payment of stockholders.
Employers of class A will be taxed at 12%
Employers of class B will be taxed at 10%

Property taxes. A head tax could be more fair. Everyone over the age of majority should pay a head tax. Each person can deduct $18,000 of their income from the head tax.

The idea of a "Wisdom Department" and the emphasis on the value of older generations is interesting. A refreshing perspective that often gets overlooked, is it not?
