Ate lunch at the senior center. A little high on the carbs this time. So for a snack today I had 2 hard boil eggs and three stuff mushrooms. For dinner tonight re-heat up some soup. Some things are better heated up.
Usual on Tuesday. Sort of give a report on my so called weight lost. No gain or no lost.

ReplyDeleteI like hard boiled eggs but have never had stuffed mushrooms. I have lost a bit more weight, it has been so hot here I haven't eaten much, down to 172 pounds now (from 184). We'll see how that goes when winter comes with all the yummy casseroles and soups, and mashed potatoes with sausages and gravy!
