It is 35 degrees outside. Sure, beats are 20 below zero.
Went to Art Insight this morning. Had a great time. When I got home, I worked on some artist trading cards.
The sorting fabric is coming along nicely. Just one more bag to go, though. Before I record my primary colors in their separate containers. Still trying to figure it out. But I might wash the last bag of fabric. I got it from Quenella, and it is an older fabric. The last fabric ink ran that I got from her. It has some interesting prints.
Today's artist is FRANCES COPEMAN. One exciting thing that stirs my curiosity is how artwork makes others feel.
Opinion time... Each piece of art relates to many areas of our lives, such as the environment, social justice, sexual, emotional, spiritual, political, story, feelings, thoughts, etc.
In very few words, how do you react to these works of art?
Please look at Frances's links to her work.
First photo with sheep in it. It remains me of sheeple people. The Trump Cult.
Second photo is tool of listening.
third photo is about elected official. I think the clown is Boris Johnson
Fourth photo is about is question everything.
Coffee is on.
35 is DEFINITELY better than 20 below, but 35F is also only 2C and at that temperature I don't think I'd be getting out of bed except to get food and then right back under the covers!
ReplyDeleteToday's art here is interesting, but I am not sure I like it very much. It isn't something I would go to see twice, once would be enough.
I don't really like today's art
ReplyDelete...enjoy your "heat wave!"

Glad you enjoyed the art! Valerie
ReplyDeleteI do like that multi-dimensional art, that's cool. Glad you have a heat wave going on out there.
ReplyDeleteArt is about emotion, isn't it? We feel rather than think.
ReplyDeleteWe had 67 yesterday here.
