Too much of being around paranoid people can get on my nerves.
I went to the senior center and took
part in their exercise class. The instructor thought I was reasonably
flexible. I guess she couldn't hear my joint crack.
I wasn't
overly impressed with the meal. Tomorrow, they will be serving sloppy
joe's.
Murphy and I stopped at a local thrift store and bought a
rug. Cost is $19.99.
Finished up one side of my quilt.
I always felt free to let people comment as they see fit. If you have any desire to leave a comment that is spam or to exploit others.

ReplyDeleteI try very hard to avoid the doom & gloom people. I don't want to raise my anxiety. Movement & flexibility are incredibly important to our health. You must be since your instructor noticed.
