Night of the full moon. I didn't sleep well. And the 2nd, I had a full moon hangover. Well, that works for me.
I did a tarot layout. Which is saying I'm on a new adventure. But the justice card is upside down. It is a friendly warning about keeping things in balance. On retirement, our income is going to be a lot less.
It has been a while since I drew an Oracle card.
I got up and got a photo of the full moon. It was behind the trees. So the image is different. But I like different.
Today Quinella and I went down to Sandpoint. We went to two thrift stores, and I got a new purse for $2.50.
The rest were pretty dull, toilet paper, undies, 2 cans of pork and beans, and the excellent buy-on corn on the cob. .50¢ an ear.
Last two stops. It was the library in Sandpoint. I got the book, Separate Peace. By John Knowles. And the D.V.D Art:21, and PBS D.V.D.
Our last stop was a Mexican Restaurant. I had a Spinach Enchilada with mushrooms and shrimp. It was under $14.
Murphy will be taking Regis to Washington on Monday or Tuesday to get their cannabis product. I will hold off on Regis and see if got to the bank on Friday. I'm hoping he could take the SPOT BUS Here in the city of Bonners Ferry. It runs on Wednesday and Friday. But he thinks public transportation is beneath him. So Saturday, I will get hold of him and see if he took care of his business.
I have no issue taking public transportation. Here in North Idaho, it is limited. But on Tuesday and Thursday, the spot bus goes from Bonners Ferry to Sandpoint. I'm planning to ride it down the last Tuesday of each month.
So Monday or Tuesday, when Murphy and Regis go South, I will have Murphy get the rest of my D.V.D.s
at the library in Sandpoint.
Coffee is on, and stay safe.
Your full moon is quite a rarity.
ReplyDeleteI like the purse
ReplyDeleteYeah, retirement is a new adventure. I must pull out my Tarot cards. It's been too long.
ReplyDeleteNice full

I have no issues with public transportation. They get me where I want to go and I have no problems trying to find parking spaces or having to buy petrol (gas).
ReplyDeleteYour new purse is a beautiful colour.
You are still keeping busy. Lovely purse you bought! I always travel on teams and busses, no problem. Much better than trying to park a car in a crowded place. Hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteI think it's great you use public transportation. Saves on gas & stress of driving. It sounds like retirement is working out quite well.
ReplyDeleteLove the colour of the purse!
ReplyDelete...yesterday we bought corn for $2/ 1/2 doz!
ReplyDeleteThe public transportation here is just plain horrible and undependable.
ReplyDeleteI like the colour of the purse you bought.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
