Quite a day. Just doing this and that.
Nothing heavy. So far, I worked in an art journal, and what I did.
Just letting it dry. Read a few pages in my book. Took out the trash
and balanced out the checkbook.
And after Gunsmoke, I will do
these things. Embroidery on a quilt block. In reality, it won't be
done today. But it is coming along. Pay the electrical company. We
owe under $3.00. July, we use quite a bit of kilo-watt. I put some
extra on that bill as others. So for a while, we will have my
husband's social security. Which is $800 a month. I have one more
check coming from work. My guess is my first social security check
will be the second Wednesday of October or November.
Quinella like
getting handwritten note cards. Set the time and just clean and pick
up. And work on the bullet journal.
Coffee is on, and stay
safe.
It sounds like you're keeping busy.
ReplyDelete...we got up early and the heat has cooked my energy down to nothing. I'll be ready for bed early.
ReplyDeleteGunsmoke is still showing on tv!
ReplyDeleteIt is nice to be able to set your won schedule now!
ReplyDeleteIt’s a good idea to put a bit extra on your bills when you can. To have in the bank, so to speak, when you can’t.
ReplyDeleteIt’s lovely this slow life of a retired person. I enjoy it immensely
I’m a bit jealous
ReplyDeleteBusy but doing your own thing! Yay!
ReplyDeleteI put extra on my bills too as often as I can. I haven't seen Gunsmoke in years, I think I have the dvds on the shelf.
ReplyDeleteBusy and creative day ~
ReplyDeleteWishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,
