Didn't get a hummingbird in photo. Oh I guess I did get a hummingbird. Confession time...I use to make wise cracks about my father in law, about the amount of time he took, to get that special bird photo.
I was out this morning playing with camera dials and such.
Plus getting the tri pod set up just right.
Hope for the best.
We have hummingbird next out side of our living room windows.
Also did a you tube video and going to share a LINK
Coffee is on

Happy Mother's Day to you. I don't have the patience to photograph birds or other wildlife, which is why I stick to flowers and clouds. Enjoyed your hummingbird. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteHummingbirds are so much fun but we've only ever seen one here. Happy Mother's Day from all of us!
ReplyDeleteWe don't have them here but I saw some in Canada and they are wonderful to watch. You did well with your photo.
ReplyDeleteNice to see you outdoors in the video, set up really nice with links below it.
ReplyDeleteOur hummingbirds are leaving. Heading up north. Hope you had a great day Dora.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how many things we gave hell to people for that we now find ourselves doing. I know it's true for me as well.
ReplyDeleteHi Dora, it's been a couple of years or so since I saw a humming bird. I only do when we are traveling and we haven't been anywhere in quite a while, and probably won't be for a while. I envy you yours. I once saw a hummingbird nest and so tiny and beautiful! Thanks for visiting me from Yogi's blog. I am always happy to make new friends and look forward to you coming back when you can. Happy Mother's Day!
ReplyDeleteWOW... you actually caught it humming in flight. GOOD job,it may not be crystal clear but birds in flight are impossible to photo. Your father-in-law will be proud 👍
ReplyDeleteLucky you to catch a hummingbird in flight, they are so very fast. We don't have them here in Australia, so I've never seen a real one.
ReplyDeleteThank you for coming by to visit our blog! It's very nice to meet you.
