I
feel lighter. At end of August I switch over to fitness pal. Not sure
how I like it. I will give it a few more days but I think will go
back to fitday.
Fitday
covers more on nutrition. Still there getting use to something and
adjustment time.
Although
I haven't made up my mind.
One
thing I didn't do all that much is taking a walk. I procrastinating
big time here. For years one my goals is to walk over to local church
around trip walk would be about 2.5 miles.
It
can't be all that far I can't find my fitbit. The battery went dead
and laid out every thing to get my fitbit up going I thought.
Then
my calorie count has pretty much been a target. My average calorie
account been around 1869.
I
been trying to also watch my saturated fats 10% of my calories is
saturated fats, or 1.6 tablespoon (21.6) grams
I
haven't done much as in creative field. Been having trouble drawing a
market cart. I am taking part in Sketch book project. And I want to
draw something that would represent super hyperinflation and super
deflation.
As
many of you know I have a hang up over fabric. So now every time I go
buy fabric. August I bought 20 pieces and I know have to get rid of
40 items in my home. It good way to declutter.
This
is good enough and any place to put the results from PERSONALITY
INSIGHT
And
here my results...You
are inner-directed and skeptical.
You
are deliberate: you carefully think through decisions before making
them. You are independent: you have a strong desire to have time to
yourself. And you are calm-seeking: you prefer activities that are
quiet, calm, and safe.
Your
choices are driven by a desire for discovery.
You
are relatively unconcerned with both achieving success and tradition.
You make decisions with little regard for how they show off your
talents. And you care more about making your own path than following
what others have done.
And
my thoughts on....
Closeness
9%. When I was younger I had trouble fitting in. As I got older and
as start loving my self I felt connection to my own spirit.
Harmony
6% I like harmony but I won't be something I am not.
Liberty
6% Out for new adventure. Desire for escape and new adventure.
These
three items I believe I need a dictionary of some definition. Do I
have issue being to close I know I don't have the desire to be come
co-depended. Could I be the dead opposite.
Harmony
I thought it would be let say a lease 15%. I have my personal bounds
that I say with in. But I always felt I had flexibility.
Being
6% in liberty it makes sound like an old stuck in mud gal.
After
all of that I would seem like an anti social person. Which I don't
believe I am.
Ok
my life seem basically be two places work and home. But I know I do
have a small life other what listed above.
All
in all I question part of above statement.
Sure
there were a few hot days in August. All in all weather seem to be
more milder here in North Idaho.
Hottest
day was the 7 & 8 it got up to 96 (35.5)
Coldest
day was the 3 & 4 it got down to 50 (10)
High
average 86 (30)
Low
average 55 (12.7)
Rain
.50 (1.2)
Coffee is on
Now for colder days...
ReplyDeleteTo not procrastinate exercise, I do it first thing in the morning before my brain can tell me not to do it!
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to get motivated to walk but it is difficult.
ReplyDeleteCooler weather is great for walking...this could be a motivator for that and walking is great for exercise.
ReplyDeleteYou are very busy with all of your projects this is good for one's mind and body.
Wishing you the best 💮
I have to make time to go back to my gym. Motivation is the problem. Maybe we can all motivate each other.
ReplyDeleteI agree. As much as I hate cold weather it helps getting started as you warm up - let´s go :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm still telling myself to get out and walk more, but not actually doing it. I'm eating less and that helps, but I never bother counting calories or calculating fats.
ReplyDeleteI’m ready for more consistently cooler weather...but I don’t want cold!!! Lol
ReplyDeleteI've never counted calories but I do regularly wear a pedometer to count my steps!
ReplyDeleteI wish it would get down in the 50s here. We haven't been below 60 in a while.
ReplyDeleteOf course, you could always make something with the fabric and donate what you make...
