ReplyDeleteHealthy eating is a difficult concept. There are so many opinions, all which contradict one another, that it's difficult to weed through the crap and find the (mythical) truth.
A good place to start is to eliminate sugar, caffine, and salt. Also to eliminate anything that you can't pronounce, junk food, and fast food.
