Messy and Good

One thing that we all enjoy in the warmer months is a barbeque. This is going to be our first of the season.

Dinner menu will be
Barbeque pork ribs...their on sale at $1.27 a pound, just a hair over 4 pounds.
Boiled rice with a touch of butter and soy sauce.
Callie Orange Salad which I change and add more to it.
1pgk of Jello (large)
2 pounds of large curd cottage cheese
8 or 12 ounce frozen whip topping. Some reason cool whip doesn’t work for what I heard so I get the generic whip topping.
You may add some of these fruits depending on your jell-o flavor.
Banana, strawberries, pineapples and mandarin oranges. Plus you can add you own combo.
Combine in bowl and let set up. I drain my pineapples but I don’t drain my mandarin oranges.

Their seem to be changes everyday. Noticing new growth in both of my flower beds. Our black cherry tree is almost complete leaf out.

Since it was a sunny day I sat my Zinnia out for some fresh air. In the evening I need to bring them in. Still at night it chilli and could drop below freezing
