weight


I know I should drop some weight. Time to confess: I need to drop 45 to 65 pounds . I devopled some bad habits when it comes to eating. Like eating after dinner and I know this is bad no real chance to burn off the calorie. Nibbling threw the day of junk food and I could grab some veggies, fruits or low fat or low sugar foods.
I do make it to curves 3 times a week. Since I started to school I haven't taken a walk. The dog and I use to go for walks and I always felt better.
I got one bad habit under control Time to confess: I did drink a ton of coffee, I'd drink a pot my self. So now I have a cup Sunday morning and small cup less then 6oz mid week. I suffer from slight high blood preasure and edema If I could get this habit under control. I should be able to get these other bad habit under control. When I did the coffee thing I had a game plan and did it step by step.
Did I every buy some diet plan book? Time to confess: I never bought one at full price I might of picked one up like at a yard sale, paying around 2 bits. I think most people who selling diet fads and most of them are rip offs
It time for me head to curves, work and class. Ok this picture of me laying in sand hill up by dodge peak. I've never figure out how to post a picture on my profile. Time to confess: My expression on my face isn't always like this, take my word for it.
