Restart Project

I took a few days off from work. So we can restart on the deck, putting on the steps. Today we cut the boards for the steps. Not sure what afterward, my guess is staining the steps.
Looks like everything is up in the garden. Except the green beans which hasn't had the time to come up.
I did get my blue apron and I'm going to try a THAI STEAK LETTUCE CUP. Hope it beyond good. I'm now more on line thinking of doing blue apron every other month.
I just want to try different food every so often.
Well now it end of May and First June for me will start less then 24 hours, and I believe there been more postive then negative.

Up or Down and Maybe Top or Bottom.

Some time the simple things in life can be the hardest to decided. I was having a issue where to start the mouth lynching of our President Trump and where he leading our country. Confession time...I sure hope he develops into a strong leader and all benefits everyone

Since I start with Trump I will continue with Trump. And last paragraph I will give a brief daily happen in my life today.

I have to question who actual is our leader Trump or Putin. Well if you google something like “Is Puttin Controlling Trump”

Well we sure made and impression on the rest of the world when he went over sea. And he left Russia come on down though Europe because how he disrespected Nato

NATO  and the UN is a necessary part of our defense. Option time....The United state military is to boast big corporate business.

Take a look DEFENCE CONTRACTORS to the tune of 603 Billion dollars. And most who serve as foot soldiers or CANNON FODDER  I'm amaze when people say “The south will raise again” and slavery will return. I got news for those who thinks and believe this.

Those who serve volunteer or got draft as CONFEDERATE SOLDIERS wasn't much above a slave. Most white people didn't own SLAVE(S) in our southeast states.

Prediction time...With Trump as a commander in chief. He doesn't care about the lower economic class. The upper 3% and if he start a military conflict some place in world. His pocket will be greatly with wealth.

He only care if he benefits. The guy has no empathy toward the poor so they can be cannon fodder.

TRUMP BUDGET cut is something else. Those who need service is getting cut like SNAP. Statement time...At this time at work my client Regis use a snap (food) stamps card to help him purchase food. But I look at his food list and not one thing on it was nutritional....Opinion time...some thing need to be done letting people who uses a food card just purchase sweets, and I'm surprise diabetic s aren't more ramped in our country.

SNAP stands for Supplement Nutritional Assistant Program. See he doesn't care for those who vote for him.

The guy has no empathy and only see him self as great.

Question time...What is the pro and con of your medical program? I thought it would be great to have a one payer system by expanding our MEDICARE to all.

OPINION TIME....I don't see anything wrong with paying up to 3% of your gross income for your health. So those who have the income want to purchase private insurance is welcome to.

I use the affordable care act and its benefits to help me purchase health insurance. Right now I pay about 6% of my income to purchase health insurance. But if it wasn't for Obama care I would be paying about 45% of my income for my health insurance.

He wants to repeal and replace the affordable care act.

What an idiot he have in the white house now.

There this site called REDOUBT NEWS and they recorder the going on in Bonners Ferry memorial activities.

Opinion time...Most of these people are just plan stupid and vote for Trump. Most who I meant and know that vote for Trump is on the government cheese, and I will be first to say we need our government cheese program and part of the spending should be on getting those off who and bringing up the living standards so they could have some pride.

But I love there ideal of new COUNTRYand they're is people who get a check from the government and it doesn't matter which department.

But there place we can't live and DRAW our government benefits.

Statement time...Let me get out of Northern Idaho before this idiot country comes about and see how they may or not get there benefits. It would serve them right for voting for President Trump.

Any how there not going to succeed from the union. They need they government cheese.

Work was easy. Before I went my son Sawyer called and there doing fine. It been in the mid 90 (35) I guess Betty might be going to Hawaii in June with a friend.

Sawyer is airplane mechanic and is now going to try and get his aircraft inspection license, and he has to take the test in PORTLAND OREGON But he needs to get approve to take the test.

I'm got the locker rock done except the outside rim. Actual that takes a little time doing that part. I figure what the rug canvas cost me, 2¢ a square inch ( 2.5)

It Isn't Be For Few Days

I was going to post that I was going to take my lap town to my grand niece earlier this week. But I decided to take it to the place I get my internet service...MEADOW CREEK COMPUTER last day of and I plan to leave my lap top there.
Main thing is to be able to get up the photos I take, and if they can't fix it. I guess it time to buy anther cheap lap top. I been happy with this HP I have. But if they get it so I can load up photo they can do up grade and clean out the crap.

Murphy and I did some planting in the garden. We but in some bunching onions, and variety of vine crops.
The first part crops we plant are up. Soon we should eating such thing as radishes.
Also Murphy help me plant my geramin I got for Mothers Day

Start to set up my "Bullet Journal" since May was my first one. I'm did some of it different this time around.
Isn't mistake wonderful. Thing of all the things we learn from mistakes. Question time...What sort of things have you learn for mistake?
One thing I'm doing different on my weekly calendar is...on the left hand side I'm putting the calendar and on the right hand side I'm putting my goals, and things.
At this point I need to purchase white out, reading glasses and case so I can stick them in my purse.
One of the chore is cut the grass down in flower bed.

As for calorie count and walking. It looks like I kept my calorie count in it range, 1,782 is my daily average. I haven't had dinner yet.
But it looks next week calorie in take will be 1,847. I been getting in some walking as well.

I was going to do a politcal rant about President Trump and his cuts. Maybe tommorw, but I sure want to do it before I take my lap top in.
We went and seen Murphy sister Faith today.
I like to take a moment to Thank those who been keeping my son Bart and his family in his heart. This has been diffucult for all of us. At this point we're not sure what his options will be, he and his wife haven't yet seen the oncologist.

The Cup Is Over Half Full

Even with news on my son. Tumor and cancer treatment has came a long ways. I'm not sure if you believe in fate or luck.
But my son Bart back a while ended up in the emergency room, and they found his tumor. A lease he never had a seizure or any thing like that...Opinion time...A lease the glass is over half full.
One again Thank you for keeping Bart in your heart.

Today Murphy and I put up the trilles for the garden. Planted some pole beans, and put out a few tomatoes, so they can crawl up the trilles.
Water the garden and the strawberries.

I been drinking KOMBUCHA weekly. At first I didn't know what to think of it. But it grows on you. I'm drink a ginger flavor one.
Still doing fitday and I'm trying to keep my daily calorie intake around 1857. And no eating after seven in the evening.


I got one of the locker hook rug done, except doing the outer edge trim, right now I've been working on. Well when I thread my yarn needles I have to think if I'm coming though on correct angle.
I belive I will cut strips for my next up coming rag rug which will be for me. And Sawyer and Betty locker hook rug. I still need to find some purple fabric.
The other day in the mail I got a KEEP SAKE QUILTING catalog. To me it a wish book and little pricy.

But I'm considering ordering two quilt pattern but I need to find the cost of shipping and such.
I know the balloon one I'm not sure if I'm ready. I see shapes fairly well but this one I just don't see how it goes together. And it part of Drunkard Quilt Pattern. Not sure if this method I will use. I'll look at some other on how to do it

I also like the "Letters From home quilt pattern. Which looks a lot easier to do. But I still need to put on the binding on my quilt I stated.

Looks like a the sun gone down behind the mountain so Dasiy and I are off for a walk.

Not What I Want to Hear But I've Heard Worst.

My son Bart news wasn't what I want to hear. He has Oligodendroglioma and I had to google it. It still looks quite hopeful. So his wife Molly and he will be seeing oncologist, and what I understand the treatment of this type of tumor is quite successful.

I understand even there possible gene therapy. I will keep you up to date. But still thank you for the prayers our way. Please continue them.

Work day. This morning I help Bart set up his yard sale. Then this afternoon I took Liz up to drop off her jeep to a mechnic he was going to look at some type of presure.

She got a voucher for a subsidizing housing. There is a trailer park out in Moyie Springs and they will take a housing voucher.

Then we went to BREAD BASKET and had bite to eat. She head to music festival up by Good Grief just a mile or so North.

But he stop in at one of our thrift store, who raise money for pets. There closing down I guess the owner wants there building back.

So most everything is 50% off. The only thing isn't 50% off is the items that they got in last few weeks.

But still price at a reasonable amount.

One thing I did find was an orange fabric that will work for my next locker hook rug. Now the only thing I need is purple. They did have purple put I didn't care for it.

I even found a piece of fabic sort of oriental design. Under a dollar. So I'm sending it to my daughter in law and hopeful she can use it for her DOGGIE BANDANAS And I found two little outfit for my grand daughter.

As some of you know I been doing my family history. I been mainly working on the surname of Shirley. But now I just found a Histon Shirley of Pennysaliva and they have a son Charles born the same day and year as my great grandfather. But So does a John Shirley.

The mystery goes on.

My 7^th great grandfather William Witherell (Wetherell) built the first home in Norton Massuchettes way back in the 1600's.

I'm going have my niece look at my laptop and hopeful before the weekend is over I can have her put up some photos.

Morning Pleasue

Usual I post in the evening pretty much my day is done. This morning I decided to do one before I head off to work.
I still need to take care of the issue with my lap top and getting photos up.
Did mange to get a walk in this morning and the birds was singing. And the tree leaves was so lightly accomplishment with sweet sounds of peace.


Still waiting to hear from Bart and the out come of his tumor. Confession...I'm not afraid of the out come but my reaction. This isn't the first time I worried about my reaction to a situation.
But I know more things are to his favor.

Not sure what I will be doing at work today. Murphy been doing some house chores. I work a little more on my locker hook rug. Yesterday I cut strips out of an top which I got at a rummage sale. It one you take plastic sack and stuff items in and give what you can afford and think is fair. Murphy pulled out some of his shirts which he didn't want for variety of reason.
Not sure if locker hooking is UPCYCLE OR REPURPOSING. Personal I would call it repurposing. After I cut the strips one couldn't tell where the strips came from.

Will It Be Known.

Bart was going to have his after surgery two week check up. We're waiting for the call to see what the results of the biopsy.
Confession time...I wish we all never have to face reality. At times I have to remind my self such things as my son is young, there not much cancer in family, It was located in a good spot, he has insurance, he has support, he has a good attitude about life, there plenty of people who loves him, at this point it didn't look like anything to worry about, and medical it amazing what they can do.
But I don't want to be self deception either. But I want to remain positive.
So he said he would call me in next few days.

I went with Regis to his group thing today. It was chili and I brought corn bread. Today topic was taking responsibility for your choices.

Murphy went to the dump and I did up the dishes. plus a few other small chores.

My friend LaWalla stop in and want me to look up a few things. She had me look up a few things on the net. She planning to move up to NELSON has be come quite progressive.
Also she had me look up some other things but I don't recall them.
Confession time...I have to ask LaWalla what the psysic tells her. 
There been time LaWalla will seek advice from a psysic when I think it would be better for her to seek advice from an accountant, or lawyer.
But it's always interesting what the psysic tells her.
Some time she got a tax form when she got her inheritance and she needs some of our safety net and her inheritance might have some effect on it.
Instead of finding out what is what she get hold of a psysic.
Confession time...I want to visit a psysic once in my life.

Not long ago I had strange dream and I believe most of my dreams are strange...One day I decide to cut off my foot with knife and to see if I had the nerve to stitch it up. I didn't so I wrap it up and drove my self to the hospital so they can stitch it up.
I woke up before I got the hospital...Question time...Does anyone want to interpret this dream?

Sort Of Not

I was total surprise my weight was up. It was weigh in for T.O.P.S and I gain over a pound. Last week my average calorie intake was 1,730.
Our dist coordinator came and see how our group was ran..Our group has a chart and our sectary keeps track of our weigh gain and lost. Our group was up 2 pounds.
One thing we do is a pledge for a week....Here is my pledge..."I will not eat after 7PM" I repeated once again.
She was impress with it. Not sure how she felt about the rest of the meeting. We have a can filled with topic we can talk about. The person who loose the most weight for the week can draw out of the can.
So today was...Question time...what is some of your bad habits and some of your good ones?...Putting things off. I keep telling my self I need to go for a walk and I actual like walking. I sort Scarlett O'Hara and delaying it "I'll thinking about that tomorrow, tomorrow is anther day". But I can't tell you how many times in morning and I think about doing walk but I say to my self "Oh I will that this evening" and don't follow though.
But I develop a good habit that I been keeping a food journal and decreasing my calorie count by 25 a week.
Like I said I was up. I start a goal that I would be down to 200 pounds by July 4th, and start on April 11 and weigh in at 222. As you can see I gain.
I'll continue to work at loosing weight.

I sort of look though my spending in the month of May. Some of my category I over spent and other I under spent. My Internet bill is do in June. I pay for three months at time which is $177. So that comes under my yearly bills. So this time coming up. I will pay my Internet and put a side $80 for some other up coming bill. I know I have some bills coming due in September once again Internet, and house insurance.
Computer is back to normal. But I still want to share photos and I'm going to see if my grand niece Meg and see if she can fix it so I can once again start posting photo

I get tired of eating the same thing. So I sign up for BLUE APRON. My son Sawyer does it. But we're only going to get box last week of the month. Couldn't afford to do it on weekly.
Got a call from Bart he seem chipper. And he told me it was all my fault he has a brain tumor. My reply was have your insurance company sue me, and
 they would have to take my place and I will be moving in.
So he going to tomorrow and see the surgeon who remove his tumor, and we will know more.
He doesn have his sense of humor.
Statement time...I belive it would be easier to keep postive attidude if we live in a make believe world.

Now Back To A Normal Life

I yet haven't figure what is normal life. It would be a lot easier if I gave asking about life question.
Question time...what is the last odds thing you google...History of making men erect...As some of you know I do Genealogy or family history.
Some of my past relatives did have bunch of rug rats. There been old men who had young wives more then 30 years apart.  Ended up having bunch of children, 8 or more some even had 15 kids.
Things like viagra came out in 1998, I guess what sort of things men way back then use to have erection. They work a lot harder back then they do now. But they did mange to reproduce.

Not saying I didn't have moments with my sons. But as adults no trouble. Sawyer the only thing he did was disrupted the entire cafeteria in middle school by setting off a stink bomb.
Well Liz is still having issue with her son Paul. He won't drink and something trigger him and he starts to binge drink.
Some how he end up over WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS  Not quite a seven hour drive from Bonners Ferry.
Well he was so drunk and going down the wrong side of road. Plus his tabs was expired, no insurance, no driver liaisons, and multi arrest.
When he get drunk he treats his mom like shit. Calls her all nasty names and even pisses on her leg.
It lucky he hasn't killed anyone. I hope he can get the right type of help. See when he not drinking he does fine. And is quite likeable.
Then her ex Earl hadn't been around for a while. But she had a video of him go on. Any how he sound completly  like idiot. He was smoking orjel and was thinking about buying it by the case.
Then that day he mount a propane tank thinking it was his Harley.

I post about my friend GRACES passing and couldn't get a photo of her up.
She tried to make a world a better place and expected nothing in return.

I once again cut my calories down by 25 calories this up coming week. My daily intake calories should be 1,847.
Almost to 1,800 calories and I'm going to maintain that for a while.
I need to get more exercise in.

Still looking for DONATION for Ms Daisy. The other day I took $30 out of my last check and put it my snow people can.

Murphy mowed the lawn today and I know people who are much older and don't seem to get exhaust as much as he does.

Lap top is running much better. Still can't get photos off my camera on to the computer and would love to take photos of area and share then with you.

WOOF AND WEAR just came out with there new summer line. Part of profit goes to local animal shelter.

Statement time....I don't what there over head is so not sure of profit margin. But anyone who makes the world a better place is a better for doing it.

She Was Amazing

Usual on Wednesday I would take Grace to do her marketing. She stood up for the wrongs in our world and she did it with class...I'm very proud to know her and learn about being a better person...

Grace Siler passed away peacefully on March 4, 2017, at Hospice House of Spokane, at age 94. The cause was heart failure. An informal memorial gathering of friends and family will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 21, at the Pearl Theater, 7160 Ash Street, Bonners Ferry. The hours are scheduled to be from 2 until 4 p.m., but we will stay as long as is appropriate. The event will be a "light refreshment" pot luck. Coffee and tea will be provided, and we will be serving Junior's Cheese Cake from Brooklyn, New York, one of Grace's favorites. Feel free to bring a little something or not, as the mood takes you. Everyone is invited to share their memories of Grace. This is not to be a solemn occasion, as Grace would have absolutely hated that.  Since Grace had so many friends that we have not had the good fortune to meet, if you know of anyone who would like to be there, please pass on the invitation. The family would like to thank Hospice of Spokane and Dr. Paula Dygert for their compassionate care of Grace. Grace was a Bonners Ferry resident from 1988 until 2014, when she moved to Spokane to be nearer to family. Grace was born in New York City in December, 1922, to immigrant parents Minnie and David Fishman. The Fishman marriage was not successful, and Minnie raised Grace and her sister with the help of extended family. After graduating high school, Grace held various office and factory jobs. During World War II she worked as a machinist. Grace married William Siler in 1946, and they had two sons. The young family lived in various places in New York and spent two years in Birmingham, Alabama, in the mid-1950s. When the marriage ended, Grace raised her sons in Queens. After they were grown, she went to night school and earned a B.A. in anthropology, magna cum laude, from Queens College in 1979. She retired as a secretary from the American Paper Institute in Manhattan in 1987. Throughout her life, Grace was an advocate for human rights. As a young woman, she was a union organizer in the light bulb factory where she worked and also helped engineer the employment of the first black light bulb assembler there. Grace was a firm believer in desegregation and did not just talk about it. She and her white friends would interview as prospective tenants in what were then all-white buildings, get approved, and then have black families move in instead. As a young mother, Grace noticed that all the Cub Scout troops in her area were racially segregated. She became a den mother and went against scout policy to form an integrated den. Later in life, Grace actively supported environmental causes, education, and civil rights. Grace greatly enjoyed her retirement years in Bonners Ferry and was an avid gardener and photographer. She was a member of the Human Rights Task Force for many years. She always wanted what was best for the community and worked tirelessly to improve education in Boundary County. She was a popular reading buddy at Valley View Elementary School, and pushed hard for school bonds and levies. She was recognized as the BCEA Friend of Education for 2005-2006. Grace is survived by two sons, XXXX  and XXX , and grandchildren XXX, XXX, XXX and XXX, as well as a great-grandson. Grace was predeceased by her sister, Joy Fishman, also a longtime resident of Bonners Ferry. Grace was a beloved matriarch who was absolutely loyal to family and friends and inspired great loyalty in return. She lived fearlessly, with humor and wisdom, and will be greatly missed.

Less Of Somethings

Had this lap top for a while, and it's starting to have issues. Confession...I'm afraid to use my credit card
Some how every so often in the right hand corner in bottom some videos ad pops up. Then when I click on something it takes me where I don't want to go.
So my hubby suggest we get anther lap top. The only thing I believe I want different is a large screen, a 17 inch would be nice. Not sure what the price difference between a touch and no touch screen. I just want a basic lap top for home use.
And want to spend under $400 on it.
Question time...what do you recommend for a lap top?

This afternoon I went to bank and depoist my paycheck. In my bullet journal I made section for money what comes and goes out.
I been doing pretty good of keeping track of it all.
One thing when June comes. I'm going to have less catagories. Right now there is 16 of them.
I stop by Regis and took him out for coffee.

Since we and I'm including my self. We didn't order coffee. One those fancy drinks. If fitday doesn't have calorie count on something, they do have a large selection of items.
But I don't want to waste my time looking for it. I decided to use an average out to 160 calorie per item. I had two items there so I took off 330 calorie and that leaves me 1,567 calories for day.
I had 1,554 calories

But before that Murphy and I went down to MOOSE VALLEY   and got some plants some unusal tomatoes and artichokes.
He also plant more in the garden chard, onions, carrots, and something else that start with the letter m.
I looked a bit at flowers. But my present flower beds need so much work and I can't even take care of the ones I have.

Sawyer my son just got this car. An TOYOTA MR2. He down in Medford Oregon. Coversation and I don't get it. Please explain it me.
MOM: When I come down there next time are you going to let me drive it. Betty (Sawyer wife) can direct me to local pub.
SAWYER: If you don't teach here to drive it without a clutch
MOM: ?????? I still know how to drive a clutch. I drove your MR2 before.

Some things in life I could do less of. I have blog about less of some things. Like sex it been a while since I blog about that. And all most daily I mention something about work.
