Let see how my day went. Let start off with the election the United States had. The city of Bonners Ferry vote for council members. I live out side the city limited. So I didn't vote. I have no really complaint those who get in. The only thing I wish they were younger people holding the office.
A few grumbled at the senior citizen about having democrat socialist elected as the New York City mayor. I doubt any of them knows the difference between Communist, Fascist, Nazi, and or Socialist. I don't know if I can give a good explanation or not. I think a people forget the words Democrat and Nationalism.
I think Carl Yung summarized Communism and Nazi pretty good. “Two Evil Twins”
Paid all the utilities this morning. And the credit card. Late morning I went into town and first stop was the print shop. And I had a poster board that was 22 by 28 inches. I'm still working on my writing prompts. I will do one more sheet of writing prompts. Question time...Can I please have a writing prompt and or journal prompt.
I also ask them the cost of having some stickers made up. I was thinking of using some of my artist trading cards done up as sticker, and giving them as Christmas gift for my Granddaughter.
Then I walk over to the place I pay the water bill, and drop it in the box. Then over to post office and mailed the rest of the bills off. And drove up to senior center and had lunch. It was watercolor class. Some of us did chickens, and some did mouse. I did the chickens.
I'm always trying to be the best I can. I doubt I will be a top notch person. But nothing wrong with trying. So a few things I like to share how I did in October.
October Weather & Habit Tracking Summary
Morning Temperatures (11 AM – 12 PM):
I
recorded the late-morning temperature 13 times this
month, which means I kept track on about 41.9% of
October’s days.
The average temperature for those readings was
35.1°F, showing that most mornings were on the
chilly side.
Evening Temperatures (7 PM – 8 PM):
For the
evening period, I managed to record 14 times, or
45.2% of the month.
The average temperature came
out to 47.4°F, noticeably warmer than the morning
readings — a nice reflection of how the days cooled off slowly as
October went on.
Overall Average Temperature (AM + PM):
Combining
both morning and evening readings, the overall average temperature
for October was 41.5°F.
Even though I didn’t
record every day, these numbers give a good picture of how
temperatures shifted from cool mornings to mild evenings.
Breakfast After 8 AM:
I ate breakfast after 8
AM on 23 out of 31 days, or about 74.2%
of the month.
Apparently, I’m more of a late-breakfast person!
Water Intake:
My goal was to drink over
32 oz of water daily, and I recorded reaching that goal 6
times this month.
That works out to an average of about
6.2 oz per day based on what was tracked — but I know I
usually drink more than what gets written down. Sometimes the logging
slips, even though the water bottle doesn’t stay full for
long!
It’s a gentle reminder that recording habits can be as
important as building them.
Coffee is on.
You don't have to drink 8 glasses of water daily...you drink when you are thirsty. Enjoy your coffee :-))
ReplyDeleteDrinking water 🚰 is important. Don't wait until you are thirsty, because you can get dehydrated fast. I drink 1 to 2 liters of water every day. 8 glasses of water daily is very good 👍
ReplyDeleteIt must be interesting to record weather details. We so quickly forget weather, and while you can look it up at official sites, it's nice to have your own personal record.
ReplyDelete...we voted, but didn't for many. Most ran unposed.
ReplyDeleteI live in a red area of a blue state. We reelected town and county officials, all Republican.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter voted for Mamdani.
There are a lot of seniors holding political office in this country too. I suspect it is one of the reasons many young people have checked out of politics.
ReplyDeleteIt is good to hear from you. Here in VA the D's are encouraging young people to run for local office, school board, local city officials, it is how the party builds the bench for leaders 10-20 years from now.
ReplyDeleteThe election results were sure welcome. I live in a red county with no hope of a democrat winning anything.
ReplyDeleteLiving outside of the city limits, are you still allowed to vote? If yes, then I would have voted.
