All went well with the colonoscopy. The Doctor found one pulp. The pulp is being sent to the lab, and I will see the Doctor in two weeks for a follow-up. Plus, I have diverticulosis. So, more fiber and more water for me.
Been pretty lazy. Put lunch dishes in the dishwasher. I got a load of washing going and made the bed.
Today's Artist is HEIDI SUNDVIK. Her art theme is Climate Change and Dementia. I have only thought up one theme to do in an art journal. Spiritual one. It has been a while since I worked in my spiritual art journal. I had started a short story.
I may want to come up with a particular theme for an art journal. Not today.

ReplyDeleteI hope the polyp isn't a dangerous one. My brother has one or two removed each time ha has a colonoscopy. Diverticulitis can be painful, good idea to get more fibre and water in your meals.
