Today Sunday January 1 2023, This Is What Happen

2023 Has arrived. No New Year Resolution for this gal. Anyone, I even need to remember what the resolution has been. Bi or quarterly resolution is still out of the question. Monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly is more my speed.

My well-being weekly plan...3 days this week, I will weigh myself. Plus, have a small ice cream dish, about ½ cup or less. Then, Tuesday, I will weigh in. But the other two days, I'm clueless at this time.

As for the upcoming week for body movement, it will happen mostly indoors. Outside a lease outside of my home is like an ice skating rink. So, it looks like home calisthenics and the treadmill.

No giant bacteria came to life in the fridge. If it has, well, grown into a manageable size. So Wednesday the 4th I will do a good cleaning of the refrigerator. Which means pulling it out and cleaning the floors. Then there is the cabinet above it. Plus, I want to do our drip coffee maker and flour and sugar canisters.

During the news in the evening, I could have been embroidering on Claudia's quilt. But, at the rate I'm going, all my granddaughters could be grandmas.

During the holidays week and the weather also played a part in it. Wednesday evening, I went to Art and Insight. Starting the 25th and every fourth Wednesday, I will open PEARL from 11 til 2. For people to come and work on their arts and craft projects.

The other two things I'm sure I will be taking part in at Pearl are a Comedy show on the fourteenth, Book-talk on the eighteenth. And the last thing is tarot and tea 29th. But I'm on the fence about their "Open Mic," which is 5th.

End of 2021 to first of 2022. On YouTube, I listened to different people making predictions, and it seemed like a lot of doom. Just finished listening to those who are making predictions from 2022 to 2023. A lot less destruction is coming up.

Did a tarot layout for the upcoming year. I can see a different retirement life. I need to be aware of manipulation from others and myself. A desire of mine...Communication, which includes listening. We all could tone into our listening skills.

On New Year's eve, I finished reading "A fair-weathered Friend" and "A Year In CherryBrook-Book two" By Charlotte Brothers.

Thursday, when I take Regis to Sandpoint library, I will get the book I have on hold. "Tales From The Secret Annex" by Anne Frank.

  2. I read the Anne Frank stories years ago, they were included in a book with her diary. She was a talented writer, but do keep in mind she was a teenager when she wrote the stories and essays,

  3. If I had the space I would have a treadmill here too. Walking outside now is only comfortable before 8am and after 9pm, we have summer heat now.

  9. I know what you mean about not feeling up to doing things while watching TV. The impetus will return. I think we all need a bit of a rest right now.
