Doing better, but still my lungs are tight. I'm taking around of MEDROL, 4mg ones. With all this smoke in air. It irritated my asthma. So now when I go outside I wear and N95 masks.
On this gene and inherited things. I don't get lot of it. Like the nutrition part. They say my vitamin A blood serum tend to be low. Wouldn't it matter what I ate.
They say I have an average amount of VITAMIN D and I wonder if I live farther south. Bonners Ferry is at 48° 41' 32' North.
ALA is in higher range.
I wonder how much has to do with genetic and or our choose of what we eat. Maybe a both.
Move on to the third step on doing my postage stamp quilt. Is cutting them the other way. Here is possible way one might look.
Murphy is getting a tooth pulled this afternoon. I plan to our local book talk this evening.
Today art is from MAURITUS
Coffee is on and stay safe
I'm sorry you are still struggling with your breathing and that your air quality is still not that great. I think some medical issues are a combination of genetics and lifestyle and some disorders (diabetes is a one such) are unjustly labeled as "well, that person didn't eat right/is overweight/etc/it's that person's fault". Not necessarily! Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

ReplyDeleteI hope your breathing improves soon. We've been getting smoky air in Edmonton for a couple of days now from forest fires in BC, I believe.
ReplyDeleteHope things get better soon.
ReplyDeleteWith asthma and smoke it's a good idea to keep wearing masks until the smoke disappears. I wear one on windy days when the pollens are blowing around.
ReplyDeleteNice art today. Hope your asthma is soon better. Have a great weekend, Valerie
