This is the shot that was heard around the world. Ok, not quite. But here is story on how the TROUBLE WITH OUR LIBRARY STARTED.
Start to work fabrics. Went though couple of bags. Plus press them out. Maybe sometime next or following week I will go though anther one or two bags of fabric. Than it will be time to sew some blocks together.
I'm clueless what I will read NEXT but...I gave this so called book generator a spin. Now here is books that came....STORY MOOD...WORLD MAP, country I picked was Bolvia....CHARACTER_PLOT...this one is base from my age...Not sure if links will work.
Coffee is on and stay safe
...fortunately, school boards and libraries here aren't controlled by idiots.
ReplyDeleteThe yellow fabric in the top picture is pretty.

ReplyDeleteThat article about the 'banned book' was excellent... golly there really are some worrying trends in our society, eh? Well done to all of you at Bonners Ferry who stood against this mania. YAM xx
Thanks for the link to the Shawn Vestal piece. It gives some clarity and is not particularly harsh on the book burners.
ReplyDeleteHope your library gets it sorted out. Difficult times...
ReplyDeleteHang in there during these difficult times. Book banners are never on the right side of history
ReplyDeleteHope you find a good book!
ReplyDeleteBonners Ferry has people who aren’t afraid to take a stand! Well done.
ReplyDeleteSometimes we don't learn anything from history, book banning doesn't work.
ReplyDeleteYou have very ignorant people around you. My condolences. That article is heartbreaking
ReplyDeleteGood luck finding a new book. Sometimes it's hard.
ReplyDeleteIs my earlier comment in spam?
