Got my new crown in. There times I wish I put crowns on two other teeth. I would probably still have them. Hind sight is always the best.
I been more spot on when it comes to my well being. More movement. Just a little while ago I put out some more yard items. I hope they will all be out before Sunday. So I will know what needs to be bought. We have quite bit wind at the homestead. So I real enjoy the spinner things. Been doing better on my eating. Although water this week seem to be my nodus. But I'm down a pound.
Got five more genetic traits. Well I'm just going to pick one at random. And post my thoughts on it. Going to do pulmonary function. If I was better shape I thing it would be much better. I says I tend to exhale a larger amount of air from your lungs. It sounds good. But my weight and allergies puts a damper on my lung function. But in general I believe my lungs in good shape. But exhaling more air. I don't what the advance or disadvantage would be.
Spend most of my day with Liz. But grab Regis and took him around town. He likes to get all of his bills paid on the 3rd that the day he get his big check. Our local artist only has three place to exhibit there work. We don't have art museum or gallery here. Well we had one in Naples, and I hear she want to reopen. The president of Pearl didn't know we had local art club. It been around since the late 50's or 60's They would be interest displaying or do and art show. But I would need bring up art club. I learned the other day that the local library system has a deal with ancestry dot com where if we log on on hte libraries computers then it is like we have a full membership. So I'm going to check it out.

ReplyDeleteI have one crown. My brother gave it to me one year for a birthday and Christmas present. I might have saved many teeth had I had the money for crowns but I didn't so it was never even something to consider. Hindsight might be good but it doesn't produce the money they cost and its a lot.

ReplyDeleteCrowns are expensive (as I know firsthand as I just had another put in last month). Gotta do what you can at the time you can.
