Don't think I will have much to blog about. But who know where this post end up going.
Work went great. I feel it better for Liz and Regis maybe visit now more than three times a week. For couple of works at time. They do a lot better that way. I been with my partner for 39 years. Well it sort worries me when I retire. We will be spending more time together. Most of together usually one of us worked or both of us held a job down.
It sort of gets to me, after putting a full day of work in. I really want to do things. But the get up and go isn't there. It sort of depressing. Each day I'm getting closer to retirement.
I couldn't find an artist from BRUNEI. But they do have art, so I'm feature three random pieces

You’re afraid of too much togetherness. Maybe each of you should develop an interest or hobby that doesn’t include the other.
ReplyDeletesongbird has a good idea, each of you have a hobby to do apart so you don't always be together, then you have something to talk about when you are both home. I like the art today.
ReplyDeleteNice art you chose. Good to have a retirement plan
ReplyDeleteyou will find plenty to fill your days but it's good to have hobbies or some volunteering work so you have something to talk about.
ReplyDeleteSince I retired I never have enough time to do what I want each day! I'm on my own and that is much worse than being together with someone! Valerie
ReplyDeleteMy get up and go got up and went
ReplyDelete...we have been married for 54 years and retirement suits us well.
ReplyDeleteIt will be different for you both having so much time together on retirement!
ReplyDeleteMy friend thought her husband's retirement might lead to murder. She was kidding but six months later both are still alive and kicking.
ReplyDeleteRetirement will be a challenge but you will eventually get in the groove.
ReplyDeleteJust make sure you don't spend all your time with your husband when you retire. You want to get out and do things it sounds like. Just make sure you don't do everything with him.
