Today Is May 11 2022, This Is What Happen.

Will try not talk about work today. If I get tired of posting about it, wonder if my readers do. It pretty much same day after day.

This morning I went for a short walk. It pretty much been sunny most of the day. Now the clouds are starting to roll in.

I heard the school in Napa is going to REMOVE 24 books from there library. A little HISTORY on banned books. Here is a list of BANNED BOOKS from different government. I'm suprise at some of what I would call progressive countries.

Are they going to take or suppress INTELLECTUAL FREEDOM. I have know I ideal how many so called off beat news paper out there. I figure most things are out in web now. Today in our mail box we got paper called THE PEOPLE PEN. I glance though it. The main reason for me to go though the paper is who is advertising with them. I will make sure I don't purchase any thing from these business, or frequent.

I decide to check out SHE TO ME which is my daughter in law Molly Aunt. Once I retire I can expand my social media out let. I actual enjoy some of it.

Today artist is OUATTARA WATTS who is from IVORY COAST

Coffee is on and stay safe.

  2. Hi Dora I would love to see more of your walks/surroundings even the library! Why they have to ban books is beyond me, wokism is getting on my nerves, I assume that's what it's all about. I don't talk about work much on my blog as it's escapism from real world, your job seems to overshadow your life and I can understand your countdown to retirement - I reckon the people you work for depend on you more than is good for them but you have to get some me time for yourself so I hope you do switch off a bit and enjoy yourself ..do you garden - grow stuff? flowers, veggies? 3. I'm really worried about all the book banning. What's next? No schools? That's a horrifying thought.

The Australian list is interesting. I knew most of the older books but a couple of the more recent ones I don't know about.

It is stomach-churning, all this banning reading and overturning hard-won rights (RvW)... governments (read old rich men) everywhere seem determined to suppress the rest of the world and return us to the dark ages... Love that artist today. YAM xx
