I won't start work until later in the day. As most Tuesday I give weekly report on my well being. The only thing different this time. I usually blog after I get done with work.
Now time for my report in well being. I went up. I thought I would have been down. I weight last Sunday and I was down. But this morning I was up. For daily average calorie intake I'm at 1,509. I know it would have been up. I only have today breakfast in count. My guess if lunch and dinner was add I'm guessing my daily average would have been more like 1,670. I'm sure not happy about my weight gain. But I'm happy of calorie range.
As many know I use fitday to chart my well being. I start back in January 5th for entire month I never miss a day of doing fitday. I need more exercise and water.
For my birthday, which isn't to the 12th. I'm going to a muse for my self. So I will be sharing photo of my self. Taken by someone else. Or even possible my self. One shot from the camera. Flaws and all.

Last evening we sure had some beautiful clouds in northeast sky. For dinner last night we had BLACK EYE PEAS with corn bread.
Later on I will see Liz. I told her to call or text me when she up. Or I will call her around noon. I won't be doing Regis for today and tomorrow. We will be going to Spokane on Saturday. I don't want to use up my hours. He get 16 hours a week. If I go over 16 hours per week, I don't get paid. I was hoping we could go to Urban Art Center in Spokane. But he want to go mall. I said “ok”
So we will go to NORTHTOWN MALL I told him I will go find a chair in food court. Read and he can look around. When he done, he can call me on his phone. Confession time...I'm not fan of shopping just to be shopping.
Last time I was in there I saw purse I really liked. A backpack type of purse. I now wish I got it. Now I can't afford it. Stuff happens!
