Today Is Monday November 8 2021, This Is What Happen

Shortly after 4 the sun was down below the mountains, and before 5 it was pitch dark. It first full day of standard time. I wish just keep to one or the others. My guess half of people like light in morning and half like light in evening.

Checked into work at Regis it went fine with they electronic time clock, just regular day. Liz is still there. See she can drag things out. Wait till last dog is hung. So at present time one of the first things I do is tell her my time schedule. It's one of the first things I do, it gives her chance to go to her place. So she can receive her services from me. So Regis said he would spend the night at her place. So hopefully that works. Regis is going up to her place and spend the night at her place.

Not sure if I post this picture or not.

Before I move on to rest of getting Liz into her place. The morning check in with electronic clock smooth. But as I was living Regis I could only go so far. Tried several time. And would get kicked off going though the third step. So I called the company and told her the issue I was having. One of the office staff said all day they been having issue. She said I been so close of quitting and said few choice words about this time clock. I told her I don't think retirement can come close enough. We both laugh. So I gave her my hours and than she said try checking out in morning. So my time clock at work is still running.

So now back to Liz. So after Regis spend the night. I will run in morning. Hopefully Liz went home. Sigh out at Regis and go and pick him up. Take him home drop him off. Go up to Liz spend till one clock there. I promise I would take Regis to library in Sandpoint.

Right before I sat down to eat, my friend Qunella called about her bed. She bought one at our one of local business. And she was in there 6 times talking to the sale people. And not once they said to her the bed she was interested in was for a kid. So she went into to talk to them about how it sagging. I know she got bed this year. Well I guess other people are having issue with there also. So they need to go out and check out the other bed they sold. So Qunella is down on list. The sale person said to her "I didn't think you could afford anymore" See Quenella dresses in Boho skirt and blouse. Pretty basic hippy. They were assuming she was down and out. It sort of remind me of the time.... My dad usual wore over hauls. I recall going into a hardware store when I was quite young. They told my day he couldn't afford anything in the store. See my dad retire in the early 70's and was making slightly over $20 and hour back than. It would be about $141 an hour now. Murphy and my sons are doing ok.

Coffee is on and stay safe

  2. Funny how staff in stores look at you different when you dress down and fawn all over you when you dress nice. I went once to buy a new TV and wore my old scruffy clothes, not TOO scruffy and still clean, I had cash money but no salesperson would come near me. I went across the road to a different store and bought my new TV. Next day I went back to the first store, but had nice clothes on and three salespersons asked if I needed help.

It is a foolish salesperson who takes guesses at how much money a customer might have.

  4. I like Andrew's comment. The bed wasn't 'fit for purpose' as it's not built for an adult weight, so in law she may have strong grounds for a refund.

  5. It makes me angry to think sales people assume people can’t afford something. What happened to treating everyone with respect and listening to them?

  7. Wasn't there a scene in Pretty Woman about staff looking down on someone who wasn't dressed as they expected? Sigh. I hope Liz did go home last night. That would help you out bunches.

  8. I always were yucky blue jeans when shopping for more expensive items, I mostly get a better deal if they think I can't afford much.

  9. I wear boho sometimes too. When the Winco opened I was very happy and went immediately because their prices are lower. But...an employee followed me around, getting just inches from my face then whistling, and I was told he thought I was stealing. Then a friend said its because i'm older and dress so awful and my hair is so awful (because I cut it myself). Oh, so I'm automatically a theif, because I'm poor? I don't talk to that "friend" anymore and I never went back to the local Winco.
