Today Is Tuesday August 3 2021, This Is What Happen

Tuesday Is a day I post about well being. As many all ready know I been working on my health. The complete emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. And each posting I been going though the alphabet. I'm at letter "M" and I came up with quite a few. But the word I'm choosing is "Map"
"Mapping ones plan"
I recall fold out map that was in car dashboard box. But I even recall writing out direction on a pieces of paper. Saying "Go down past the orange building, shortly they will be a building with a hot pink door, on the other side street. Turn and go down the road and after second block the shop should be opposite of driver side.
A map gives one plan to get to a certain point. Sometime I feel I might over whelm myself with to much on my plate. I tend to take of my physical part and even at times I put way to much into it. But we need to deal with the spiritual, emotional, social, and mental side of ones health.
In past I would say I was going to do the list below. And what happen I would do it for 3 to 7 days. And after that it was no more.
Keep Calorie between 1,600 and 1,800
Drink more than 60oz of water
Keep track of health steps with fitday
No eating after 7pm
Exercise in morning. 
 Not sure what my well being journey should be. But I can see it unbalance and need to put a serving of mental, emotional, spiritual. and social. 

Had every plan to pick a question from my overeaters anonymous workbook But the other day I had to shuffle some books around. Now it hiding, where I put it. 
It really doesn't mater when I pull up question and answer it. 

Numbers good.
Unpacked my new purse I posted yesterday. Taking it to the thrift store. I like a purse with pockets in it.
Still smoky and hot. The fog in morning doesn't help.

Coffee is on and stay safe

  1. For my health journey I only focus on physical and mental. Everything else falls into place if I am mentally calm and happy, which is more 'content' than overjoyed and grinning like a lunatic.

  6. We all need to take care of our health and well being. The one thing I am struggling with is to cut down my weight. It is an uphill task for me.
