Still having trouble with the blue mix personality trait. I'm curious person. Time to move one.
Weight inn, not up or down. Stayed the same. And a few times I thought I was going to FALL OFF WAGON But somehow I mange to HANG ON BY THREAD The changes in my job kinda of got to me. Well little latter on I will tell about the stress of work. It part of my well being. I didn't do fit day or much of it. I would have to use the term a bumpy ride.
I been having some pain issues, pain from stress. The drive to Spokane on Saturday got to my shoulders. Use to drive all over the place. Now I find it nerve racking. Then I find out about ELECTRONIC VISIT VERIFICATION I will admit there fraud. But it SOCIAL ECONOMICS ISSUE. The people who help my clients such as social workers (case mangements) and therapist that comes in there home. At this time isn't under the E.V.V. See, to me there more to home care, then cooking a meal, hygience, and cleaning. See my client wants me to attend their doctor appointments with them. Mostly Regis. Plus they need to get out in community and socialize. Opinion time...This is like teathering me to their home of my clients, and it isolate them more. So if I leave my clients home and assist them at doctor appointment or such. And E.V.V can't pick up us or me on the job. Question time...Would the E.V.V would consider me not there. I been trying to get hold of my employer to find out about this. Statement time...I just won't work off the clock. Hopefully it all comes out in wash.
Coffee is on and stay safe
Sounds like your client wants a big chunk of you/your time. I suppose new contracts are the answer, where it's all down in black and white what you will and won't do for your money - must be difficult to care for someone whilst having to clock watch and calculate the price of caregiving. Hope you have nice patients, are they chatty? I like talking to elderly people - they have so much to know and tell :)
ReplyDeleteSounds complicated and not like fun...
ReplyDelete...this sounds like a complex issue.
ReplyDeleteIt’s a very complex issue, isn’t it? I hope it gets resolved.
ReplyDeleteYet another hassle . . .
ReplyDeleteHopefully all will be okay with your clients, sadly it's not about them, it's about the money.
ReplyDeleteHope you can work around this EVV limitation. I notice a lot of stars losing a lot of weight this year, Kelly Clarkson, James Corden...
ReplyDeleteMaintaining the weight isn’t bad. It is much better than gaining.
ReplyDeleteAh, the hoops of bureaucracy.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry work is extra stressful right now.
ReplyDeleteStress makes it harder to keep up the positivity. I feel for you, Dora. You've got this.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you are not up or down but hanging by the thread sounds dangerous. Haha, just joking. Life is stressful from work, family and just about everything. Take a break, have your cup of coffee and reeeeelax.
ReplyDeleteIt does sound challenging indeed!!!! Hoping for a good resolution for you!!!
ReplyDeleteI am of the belief that January and February are the hardest months for us who are trying to be careful about our weight. It is, at least for me. I think you should feel glad about maintaining stability of weight during the past two months!!

Will you have to set up wifi now too for clients who don't have it? Lots of people around here don't have internet and wouldn't have a clue how to do wifi.
