So Long October 2016 Hello November

So right off the bat I thought I would do a crazy check up on my self. The one I been using is MY BLUE MIX
You are inner-directed.
You are philosophical: you are open to and intrigued by new ideas and love to explore them. You are independent: you have a strong desire to have time to yourself. And you are empathetic: you feel what others feel and are compassionate towards them.
Your choices are driven by a desire for organization.
You are relatively unconcerned with both achieving success and independence. You make decisions with little regard for how they show off your talents. And you welcome when others direct your activities for you.

Murphy been doing up some pretty good beans dishes such as Chili. I thought I would take a quick photo of first three ingredients, but here is the RECIPE
I didn't keep track of the weather or my walking. My hip and SCIATICA been giving me trouble. I'm doing a lot better. It later in day I start hurting. So Thursday morning I believe I can cut back on my medication.                                                                                                 And get back to loosing weight. When I take Ibuprofen I have to real increase my food intake.
Weigh in today like I thought I would of been up.
Now back to weather briefly. It rain and around this area we got 6 to 9 inches of rain. Also didn't get much walking in.
There so much social media out there and I don't do all of them...But for November I will be sharing my posts though November. NET WORK BLOGG PLUS, and my regular FACEBOOK
Look like I won't be going to work tomorrow and the way October ended. And November starting I will only have 8 hours with both clients. So Murphy and I will go down to our local court house and vote. I just don't want to stand on cement floor at Naples fire station.
Coffee is on

  1. I like beans, all kinds. You are lucky that Murphy likes to cook!
We could use some rain, send some of that our way, will you? The rain (or low pressure) could be the source of your pain. I hope you feel better soon.

6 to 9 inches.... that is lots of millimetres of rain. My city average rainfall for the year is about 25 inches.
