I know sunshine has benefits of vitamin D and how one see or feel about the world. There all sort of reason why some one should worship the SUNLIGHT
I was doing weeding and cutting back some quack grass to let light into my royal sunshine flower beds.
There were plants that was living in the dark. Look like in September we will need to thin and re-planted.
Like us human plants also needs LIGHTS
Murphy did anther round of rot-tiling in garden.
Notice on the left side of the basement window, part of my hodgepodge flowerbed could use some thinning and break up some of the plants.
Murphy don't care for wind chimes but likes the pin wheels. The other day I bought some cheap ones, under a $1.00 and been placing them around the place.
Place four of them by the strawberry bed and use them to help anchor down the fence.
Both of us our so tired of beef, pork, and chicken. So for dinner we're having SALMON CROQUETTS. Also asparagus was on sale for $1.78 pound.
Not sure what the different between a patties and croguetts. I've done zucchini croquetts before. The recipes I use was from a reader digest cook book.
Use the grinder to make up some bread crumbs.
Put the new part on the deck of the lawn mower, now the deck need to be put back on lawn mower.
One last thing I bought some girl scout cookies.
I was a camp fire girl, start out as a bluebird, and the thin mints were less the $1.00 a box.
Hopeful the rate picks up on doing the mask. Still would like to hook it up next to my front door.
Coffee is on
Such pretty flowers!
ReplyDeleteSalmon looks good, mouthwatering!
The mask is coming right along! Looks like a lot of work though.
I remember selling GS cookies, door-to-door, rough!
It's been so warm here in Europe (it's 30*C today) that all flowers have bloomed a month or more ahead of their usual time, we're already done with daffodils, tulips, violets, even lilacs are finishing their cycle and now the early irises are blooming too. It's crazy!
ReplyDeleteI do love me zucchini croquetts, I even often use the mixture for it (grated zucchini mixed with garlic, some flour and an egg) as a filling for filo pastry rolls baked in the oven.
You have some pretty flowers in your garden. I am currently undergoing a garden project with a lot of help :-)
ReplyDeleteThose salmon croquettes look amazing. You know those pinwheels keep birds out of your garden when you're growing from seed too. I use them all the time. I notice a lot of people put sticks in the ground around their gardens with plastic grocery bags tied to 'em. I think the pinwheels look so much nicer.
ReplyDeleteSun's good, but not too much sun. (From someone who burns if she thinks about the sun too much.)
