Force To Clean

I know I talked about cleaning out and organizing the shed/barn before. Grip how long it's taking. Now it look like it might even be delayed a bit.

When we went over and ate Thanksgiving dinner and came home to discover the basement pretty much flood. The only place it never reach was up against the west wall.

So we had things in card board box which we all know card board is a paper product and it slops up water.

So stuff needs to go though now but I would of liked to finish out the shed/barn before jumping into my next toss out program.

If your wondering what cause the flood was some how the chain on toilet got stuck.

But other little project are getting done...I have to say my hubby is sure raking the yard. He and I been doing some work out our property on the north bench.

We been cutting post so we can put up a fence around the orchard we want to put in. If we don't put up an fence the tree would surely damage the trees.

I posted about Murphette who move down to Bakersfield area to see if she could help her ex-husband. Well things aren't looking so good for her. I knew he was abuse to her and she left him some 30 years ago and figure time went by and he remarried had some other children by anther woman.

Well she send me a Thanksgiving card and a few things she wrote in the letter actual a little concerning to me...she wrote me this from the laundry complex...

I had to walk with (unknown word) bags of laundry with canes because (person) and (person) were using my walker to try to get (person) to the bathroom in the middle night last Sunday.

Question time..I wonder if they won't let her have her walker back.

They kicked him out of the hospital because of his behavior. He isn't the same person who went in.

As soon as I can I am having my name remove from the van. Editor Note...Murphette and her ex bought a van together not sure what type of contract is written up but what each of them makes a payment a month.

And will first do whatever I have to do to survive until I can come home. Editor note...Not sure if she talking about North Idaho or Bay area.

I would rather die in the cold and snow then live like this way.

I am not allowed to drive the van any longer and I don't even know why. He (ex husband) has his brother drive every where since he got out if the hospital and he doesn't even have a driver license.

Opinion time...They got her down to California got her under control and using her as a cash cow.

Statement time...I know there only so much one can do...but Quenella and I both told her if things don't work out she can always come home....We also remind her there is a reason someone is an ex.... I told if things get ugly she can go to the salvation army and they'll get her a bus ticket and I would even go into Spokane and pick her up.

I have to say I wish for fellowship in my faith. At this time I know two people who is comfortable with me being and practicing paganism.

Confession time....I'm afraid of saying something....Statement time....I have no desire to convert anyone way from their thoughts, ways or their will.

At times I wish they're someone or group who I could do a ritual or a even for fellowship.

Even today as I was visiting with Ellie I took a chance and said I do the tarot cards. By her comment it made her feel uneasy.

If you don't say something or ask one will never know. It's not like I came out of the closet and said I'm witch.

But if I ask about the local Methodist or any Christian religion this would have been fine and I bet they would told me where the close one is located.

I google “fellowship in my faith”...why does people here in North America if one googles faith it doesn't mean every one is a Christian.

Weekend Photo Hunt (Color-Fall)

Some times when I'm doing ceramics. On some pieces I have trouble picking out which colors to use. But times I don't have any trouble picking out colors.

Monday morning I went for a short walk it was raining. I got an umbrella so the rain wouldn't fall on me.

 

Next weekend photo hunt will be advertising  and or stellar

Don't Count On It.

I decided to put both of my client Ellie and Faith on both days. So I can get it over with. Enjoy the Thanksgiving week.

As most year we eat Thanksgiving over at my Sister In Law Faith and this year is no different then any other year.

Except for one thing she want Thanksgiving dinner for lunch . Noonish! Personal I like to eat about 3 or so for Thanksgiving but what I like real want don't amount to hill of beans.

The reason she serving up so early so she can go down to wal-mart and Thanksgiving nite sale starts at 8pm. I understand there some wide screen flat television for $90 some dollars.

Personal I don't see my self purchasing anything out of wal-mart for the holidays. I've heard some wal-mart workers are heading out on Strike on Black Friday. 

 

Doing both of the client in one actual work out for me. Faith I actual look forward going to work for. Confession time..Most of the client I've taken care I really don't look forward going to there place...I feel it usual a big waste of my time...including a tax payer.

I'm not a lazy person I don't like sitting and I like being active and doing something productive.

I'm not sure how things are going actual work out for Ellie and I. She hired me to help her get her house straighten around. Not much or really any major tackling been done to her place. Every time I go out she doesn't have me to anything. Except to visit with her. Which I don't mine doing.

Confession time...I don't feel it right to charge someone to visit with them and they really hired me to clean there home.....Statement time...Every-time I ask what she wants me to do her answer is oh not much.

But I'm at a place in time and money which I can't afford not to be compensated. It like being stuck between a rock and hard spot.

Last time I was there I haul out the rest of beer can and made a beer and cigarette run up to the three mile.

I've known Ellie for ages and her life with her husband Phil. Who died sometime ago. Now I really wondering what went on in her life.

It seem she lacking something that she doesn't mange her life for some reason.

Later on I might blog more about Ellie. But for now I'll leave it at this.

 

The other day my Aunt Eve called all aflutter about two companies were advertising in our local paper looking for care-givers. My dear Aunt haven't worked for other people for ages, the lady is far from lazy. But she clueless how the work force is. I usual fine it a piece “crap”

I know of one of these companies “Boundary County Home CareAgency” isn't a good company to work for. They pay there employees minimum wage which is $7.25 and hour.

The other one is I'm clueless who it is. Actual it's not the companies but it actual how medicaid runs the home/personal care system.

Now I should get back to my Aunt...”It better to take a dollar in cut and have no job”...she has the same thought processes as my mom did. One can see there from the great depression area and part of those dust bowl kids.

I don't want to go on and on about work. But I figure the big different between work and a job is. Work you do and it nice to get paid but you don't absolutely hate it....it may not be 100% perfectly.

A job you absolutely total hate it... you drag your self there and the clock hand slowly inches around.

Then you leave and you some how medicate your self...by either illegal or legal means...so you can get up and do it again.

Weekend Photo Hunt (Mural-New)

At the beginning of the week I took Quenella down to see the eye doctor. On the way home we stop in at the Bonner Mall so I can take a picture of this mural. I always thought it was bigger then it actual is.

  One day at Super One in Bonners Ferry I decided to pick up a new hot cereal because it was on special for .88¢ a box.

Then a little later on Murphy went and got these two new flavors to try.

 

Next weekend photo theme will be colors  and or fall 

 

I made it though the week. But usual I look forward to work week ending. I figure it out the different between a job and work...Question time....Any thoughts on this. Maybe Sunday I'll post my thoughts on this.

We're watching Bart dog Carson. Nice dog would be a wonderful family pet. Can't say he is the brightest bulb in the group. Maybe some of you are wondering why we got Carson he went to see his girl friend Edna is Portland Oregon and they where planning to see Red Hot Chilli Peppers.

Murphy went out Friday Morning a split wood to bring in the basement. I got the house straighten around.

So together we head in town in the afternoon.

Gas here now is $3.39 a gallon and he put $50 in the pickup....Murphy figures with the going on with Israel and the Palestine who know what will happen....Opinion time...What bunch of bull crap this whole thing in middle east..the dumbshits has never even tried to be civilized...what little selfish shits head they are....Statement time...I'm sure glad I have barely anything to do with any of there religion over there...you know Christian, Judaism, and Muslims...The only I have to do with is simple I know people who follow these teaching....For now I'll leave it at that.

Look like I kind of went on rant...what can I say...it's my blog. I went in the bank and Murphy sat out in the parking lot. Made a deposit and stuck some on the credit card.

Oh I did tell you about our washing machine breaking down. Well it been so long I been in a laundry mat and it use to cost to wash and dry was $10 and that was when we had the boys at home. Now it cost for the 2 of us ten bucks and that's not drying them.

As Murphy was handling the laundry mat I went and did some food shopping. My friend Quenella said she enjoyed angry orchard

I tried the apple/ginger one. Very smooth but strong apple taste but I was looking for bit of nip of ginger...I'm a big fan of ginger but it one of the better tasting apple jack I got from a store. A six pack was just under $8.00.

Editor Note...One needs to be 21 years old to go to there site.

 

One thing Ellie gives me her empties Budweiser cans so I can recycles them when I go to Sandpoint. Thursday I took out about 25 plastic bag which one receive at the grocery store worth of empties. This isn't even all of them.

For Murphy and I to put down that many beer it would take us a decade. Opinion time...No wonder she has trouble with her electrolyte.

This isn't even all of it.

The reason I recycle is simple I care for planet which I live on. I'm not out to make Money on it.

 

Last sunday I went of long rant about home care a little long....Opinion time...It not right for tax payer to cover someone go in as a personal home care giver and the client have no responsibility for there own well being...I've seen people (client) drink so much they shit there self because there to damn drunk to function....Then there are some of them just eat sugar base foods and weigh way to much and has diabetes...because of their poor choices most of them that medicaid or medicare is picking up there insulin...I picked up insulin before and it was $300 a month and medicaid got the tab.

Sure there is those who is responsible and don't abuse the programs but what I see there far and few between.

Helping Hand With Responsibility

A good week ago part of my photo hunt theme was on angry .

I would like to take this posting a little farther then I did with it.

During the election people talk about the 47% well wake up if your reading this there a good chance your one of those people, like me.

I here people gripping about people on welfare. I don't know about other states but here in Idaho one can only receive welfare benefit for total of 24 months.

I knew someone who was receiving welfare and the new welfare law came in. So they went on disability. Opinion time...So it looks like it welfare to disability...the new welfare program....sure there are those who did find employment.

A least this lazy bum aren't drawing a welfare check they got pride now there on disability.

I have no trouble anyone needing a helping hand though are different social program. Now I'll probably piss off Grandparents and those who are possible receiving a regular social security there is certain bounds needs to be follow....If not the old folks and others will loose all their benefits....I'm including those on food stamps, welfare both S.S.I and S.S.D, and etc.

One might be having some type of reaction to setting bounds on people who gets a check from the tax payers.

These bounds don't need to so strict that one doesn't have a little pleasure in there life.

Opinion time...these items should be used on limited bases...alcoholic beverages, nicotine....nicotine is a dangerous drug, sugar, fat, caffeine, and etc

Believe me I've seen people abuse these above substance and the keep getting there monthly check. The one's see most abuse are liquor...I seen people drink there self into such stupor that there actual overdose. Then there dried up and get there check and start drinking again.

Then they puff away on a cigarettes gag like noose around there neck. Ride though the store in one of those carts buying more cigarette and cashing a government check.

The two above is perfectly legal.

Now also plenty of abuse with fat and sugar on my job. Plus any age of person can purchase these thing.

The fat and sugar need to have some bounds on them.

Now I'm almost done shooting off my mouth....I know there people who won't stay in certain bounds take there checks from them...even grandparents who get regular social security check hell I get tired seeing on oxygen from smoking and my guess medicaid or medicare is paying for it...an other social program from the government.

I know people will step out of the bounds and never get caught...plus other people will make sure they can also get what isn't aloud to them.

The pharmaceutical companies wouldn't like this because the people will have to take some responsibility for there own health...now they collected lot of there money though medicare and medicaid a big welfare receiver.

There are people who have legit reason to use prescription medicine.

There will be some who will take responsibility for there own health and those who don't I guess they can suffer the penalty what every that may be.

I have no short coming someone have a beer or so ,even a toke on a marijuana cigarette, or that morning cup of coffee and etc.

One thing they could expand there way of treating this people to other forms such as one may call natural medicine under a professional care and guidelines.

This was going to be on the finical cliff I keep hearing about...I guess this is one area that need some changing...Don't worry there a lot more then this one.

I know this is my blog and I have right to my opinion.

Weekend Photo Hunt (Breakfast-Kite)

Not necessary we follow the rules on breakfast sometime we have breakfast foods for dinner and dinner food for breakfast.

But this morning I cook up some french toast and couple link sausage.

If you notice I had some peaches....I very rarely eat maple syrup because it doesn't have any true maple in it. It has water, high fructose corn syrup, and flavoring.

If it says “pure maple syrup” then it should be the real thing. 

  There is a chance I could have some kite string in this shed of ours. But it look like it might take a while to find it and I'm not looking for anything particular.

I didn't get a chance to work any on the shed this week had a client everyday last week. At this point it look like I have someone Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

But I wouldn't hold my breath on that.

I'm so glad my work week is over. I won't be saying this to loud only in lower tone voice. At this point it look like I only work four days next week. Maybe I can get back to the shed.

So this morning I fed the pets and had some morning coffee. Not sure what we're doing today. But I know Murphy talk about going down to Sandpoint to see about a washer.

The road were super slick yesterday, and we got more then a dusting of snow and there where quite a few car crashes. Usual the first snow soon people re-call how to drive on slick roads.

Confession time...I real don't want to go to Sandpoint. I just want him to pick up the washer machine.

I really don't care what he gets.

I know they say extended warranties are a big rip off. But the last few appliance we got I wish we had purchases...less then month after our warranty was up the freezer went tits up.

In the short of things I just don't want to get in fight with Murphy or help care out a washing machine just right after the warranty is expire.

Editor Note....I start to type out photo hunt earlier in the week before I knew exactly how my work life is.

My Hand Is Getting Full

I been told wish in one hand and shit and the other hand. See which one get fuller the fastest. I worked everyday during last week.

I was wishing the following week to be shorter...So next Monday it to take Quenella to the eye doctor in the afternoon.

Tuesday Faith has to get her Medicare part D straighten out. I thought that was on Wednesday but I was wrong.

I was planning to go out to Ellie on Tuesday to do some cleaning.

But instead Faith has an eye appointment on that day.

So I'm pushing Ellie up to Thursday.

What I hope was Monday was for Quenella, Tuesday I was heading out to Ellie, and then Wednesday I was finishing up the week with Faith.

I do like weeks when there no doctor appointments. 

 

The other day I made some Cranberry-Banana Bread

2/3 Cup sugar

1/3 Cup of melt butter

2 eggs beaten

½ Cup of walnuts

1 Cup of mashed banana

½ cup of cranberries

mix well together. Make sure the butter is cool before putting in egg or it could possible turn to scrambled eggs.

Now add dry ingredients

1 ¾ cup of flour

½ teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon of soda

place if loaf pan and bake for one hour at 350º

 

During the month of October I took part in Samhain Siren. Everyday they had lot of fun things. One thing each day except for Sunday they had some type of giveaway. Actual I won one of the drawing which was brought to you by three cats and a broom my gift package consist of Florida water a cleaning spray, prosperity herbal mister, 3 sage smudge blend which consist of Okangan Valley Sagebrush, Wild Manitoba Sage, and California White Sage, and also she finished off with sweet grass braid.

 

I've been thinking some what kind of gifts I could give my sons girl friend for Christmas and I'm thinking purchasing one of the herbal mister

Murphy and I been keeping up with the place. I should be more direct here Murphy been doing most of up keep on the place. He pretty well got all the leaves racked up in the front yard.

The washer went to down stream. It look like the bushings and bearings are complete shot. So it look like something needs to be done.

Love and Care About Ms Q

Murphy and I went up and finish hook up Quenella solar panels. Her son Murphen who lives on the Washington coast came to visit with his mother.

It was her son and my husband did most of the work.

It seem to go ok...I can see Quenella never been out in the work force...Her son is right around 40 years old and after he haul up 2 batteries about 60 pounds each and his mother ask if he want a break.

A few years back her son came over shortly after his dad died and see if his mother was sat up ok for winter.

He was doing a few things around the place and told him not to work very hard.

I didn't see where he was actual working very hard...Not complaining

I don't think any employer would give you a break ...or the ones I every had...most of expect you to hit the floor running and keep running.

Murphy always like when I assisted him in the projects. But Qunella husband had different attitude towards her...it was just get out of my way....She is overly joy the fact she get to help...mostly being a gopher and assisting smaller projects. She doesn't have much body strength...But I have to say she has a child like grin on her face...”Oh goodie I get to help”.

At the beginning of each month I check her stats for her business. I'm doing the month of October now.

Well it look like she had 555 visitor to her site.

But the least page visit was her guest package .

Murphy and I went up on Gem Creek area off of Myrtle Creek to get a load of firewood. The odds are pretty good this will be our last load out before spring of 2013.

Actual we got quite a bit of Larch. With a little bit of yellow pine which has it own special smell. But we found what we thought was larch but it end up being a spruce.

We both like spruce mostly for kindling but this stuff is a little knotty. My first thought was to make it the next size up from kindling...not sure what it's called...but I call it Quenella size of fire wood...Murphy says she burns 2 by 4's.

It wasn't all that hard getting wood. Except for the mountain drizzle. “I'm not much on rain” Oh we both start to cuss a bit right before we got on to Myrtle road. Well Murphy went up to fall anther tree and found out we left some stuff back up the road. Let see the important stuff was the come a long, hammer. Don't ask me why the hammer.

Then the other two things was a wedge and rope.

Well on the way back down we spot a few trees that could be harvest into firewood.

Well the tree he start lower down on road never got down but a good wind storm could finish it off. That mean we can possible get it next spring or so.

Weekend PhotoHunt (Angry-Seasonal)

Actual what makes me angry about in home personal care. That it is sat up by medicaid so the client can not or will not take any responsibility on his or her own well being.

They're aloud to continue there crappy choices in life which got most of them there in the first place.

The maple bar above some of people who receives in home personal care will live of crap like this. 

 

It only seasonal that I do much with my ceramic ornaments. The summer season is when I cast my ornament molds and mainly paint on them in the fall season and up to Christmas season

Once in while if I get the hankering I'll do up an ornament.

Statement time and Editor Note...I have no trouble someone having any sort of treat in there life but when there diet is well over 75% crap and it effects there health...now that complete different story.
