This morning I made a bread called
Harvest Loaf. In anther
word Pumpkin bread.
1 ¾ cup of flour
1 teaspoon of soda
1 teaspoon of
cinnamon
½ teaspoon of
salt
½ teaspoon of
nutmeg
¼ teaspoon of
cloves
½ cup of butter
or margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup of canned
or cooked pumpkin
¾ cup of
semisweet chocolate chips
¾ cup of walnuts
finely chopped.
Preheat
oven to 350°
F Grease a 9X5 inch loaf pan. Combine flour, soda, salt and spices;
set aside. Cream butter and add sugar; cream together well in a large
bowl. Blend eggs into the butter mixture. Add ingredients to the
cream mixture alternating with the pumpkin. Stir in chocolate chips
and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Top with chopped walnuts. Bake at
65 to 70 minutes.
Drizzle
with glaze made with 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar and 3 tablespoon of
milk. Add milk to the powdered sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until
desired consistency is achieved.

Notes...I used stevia instead of sugar...1 teaspoon of stevia = 1 cup
of sugar.
I
also didn't add the walnut to the top or the glaze either.
I'm
still helping Quenella with her site. And she had me to her about us page.
She writes it out and I type it up. I'm not sure what going on. Some
time it links to her old page and anther time it links to the new
one.
She
stop in after the church service she attends the local church by me.
I gave her a copy of what she wanted me to type up.
Confession
time...I try to be honest with politeness about her weddings. She
sure puts a lot of work into it.
A
lot of people are nice to her face about the weddings and laughs at
her behind her back.
I
tell her I don't wanting to sound discouraging but at this time the
odds are stacked pretty high against her.
She
like us. She don't have the capital to put in it. We're also not
sitting on bunch capital we can gamble with.
I
know she will get an inheritance when her mother pass on. But I know
it bothers her mother about that she doing the weddings.
You
see other things in life she seem to be in the real world reality.
I
been forcing my self trying to get the four ornaments I started. Some
reason I don't care for the mouse dressed up as Santa. I feel like I
need to finish these up, before I move on.
I'm still involved with nablowrimo so far this month I only lost one day
of blogging.
The bread sounds good.
