Five a Day

I was recently tag by Lisa to a meme called 'five-a-day 5 things i do every day that contributes positively to my health and well-being.
I find this meme somewhat diffucult.

1. Respect all and show them kindness. Even if they are spiritual and any sense the complete opposite of me. There still children of the universe and I need to love them as god loves me.
2. Find something positive and lighthearted things that has happen. I guess I believe there is pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and sometime it pretty puny.
3. Have conversation with God/dess. I should be doing more praying and meditating.
4. Walk. I don’t know what it is but it feel good to get out in the wide blue wonder.
5. Blog. This is place I feel comfortable leaving my deep dark thoughts and secrets

Now I’m tagging Miss R

  2. I know what you mean about getting out doors - even a short walk always makes me feel better.

I think that we all feel that we should spend more time in conversation with God/dess - thank goodness They know us better than we know ourselves ;)

    Blessed Be

With your #5 I love to find new friends here. But I find it hard to fully open up and let my spiritual side be known. As I think we share the same belief.
    Good to meet you.
    Have a wonderful week end.
