During the photo hunt last Saturday I was visiting Joy is my goal and I saw this interesting challege called How many can you do? That is push up. Here the Challenge
Joy is doing it and so is her Daughter in law is doing it. Hey before Sawyer was born I could easily do a hundred push up and I couldn’t do one now.

Glad to have so many people joining in. I can only do six right now so hope to get stronger. I started Monday, and my abs (of all things) have been sore since. It should be a great challenge.
