This late morning I went into town to meet my friend Qunelle and her hubby Earl. She want these parts of her web site Home page, general information and Lunch Buffet
She wrote her parents a letter to ask advancement on her part of her inheritance. But at first Quenelle when put up her web site that people would be flocking to her business by the groves I think she figure it takes more then putting up a web site to run a business
Now she strongly considers putting her site with some wedding type-sites.

I finely got my Lithia altar up
it actual quite simple.
I have assortment of rocks and every time I pick one up I try to thing positive words or statements.
Then I have two southerly photo one is that I took and the other is from my Lithia Scavenger Hunt partner and it picture of southerly look around Vancouver BC. Plus there is two candles representing the god and goddess.
And in the middle of altar I have a friendship jar and anyone who wishes me good energy can rub it and sent me a piece to add to my friendship jar.
But the only thing is you can’t go out and buy it.

Aren't you a nurse? Why is your potassium low? Can't that sometimes mean that your electrolytes are out of whack?
ReplyDeleteAutumn I have high blood pressure and I take a water pill for my high blood pressure.
ReplyDeleteI believe if anyone on blood pressure medicine have to have their electrolytes check which is all part of magnesium, calcium, potassium, and there is anther mineral to part of electrolytes.
I had some blood work done any my electrolytes and they are fine.
But I believe I let my self get on the dehydrated and I think I lost my potassium.
No I'm not a nurse I did home care and what that mean I basically babysit people in there home.
Make sure they ate so I cooked, took them to there appointments, general home chores, and listen to all there promblem.

ReplyDeleteJust something little that I can fill up my friendship jar with but remember you can't go out and buy something. I even have a rock in it. It an old half gallon canning jar.
