Is their a right or wrong way to be in tune with your spiritual side?
All most every morning I set on our step facing North and slowly take in deep breath and slowly let them out and listen to sounds that is around me. Most of the time I start with the East, then I follow around to South, West, and back to the North.
When my mind is clear I close my eyes tight and see what I can see. Majorty of the time it's nothing sometime it symbol or colors.
I may then try to Communicate with spiritual Deity and most of the time I sit in total slients and let my heart and mind open.
After I feel everything is on even keel. I don't close by say Amen. I close by saying "I'm at peace", "I love" and "the world is good".
