Second Time Around

        Weigh in today, up quarter pound. Confession time....I thought posting on my blog what I eat would be public embarrasses to my self. I see it hasn't. Maybe I can figure out the mental aspect why I can't get this weight off.
half way though the year and if I was on task for this year goal I would of been down.  20 pounds and that would make me right at 200 pounds 
Today we elected officers and it staying the same.
Well except for the secretary which handle roll calls and keep notes.
Our old secretary and anther lady will be handle the contest.
It seam to help all of stay focus. The next one will start July and goes till September 1.
I did write down the daily task so I can keep focus on better choices.
Confession time...I'm and absent mind eater. As you will hear about in a short time. Breakfast started off just fine. Scrambled eggs, with a little veggie and brat. Whole grain toast. Lunch I wasn't sure what was going on. So I took a piece of pork chop and a sandwich bag with pea pods and radish in them.
For I wasn't sure if I was going to get off work early or not.
I had a mango smoothie with my friend Qunella at under the sun and we went up

   the Lutheran church parking lot on south hill. My client Carrie would have a hard time standing in line and it would be consider helping her with her shopping.
I might as well get a few items. Best thing was the cherries. I'm now thinking and will talk to my husband to give some of the crackers to our local food bank.
Or even possible Murphette.
Afterward I drop off Carrie food and we took a trip out the hope house in Moyie Spring. Carrie had 2 pair pants that became to big, and donate
She found quite a few items.
I got my self a swim suit cover up. But it looks cool and airy. I also liked and blouse brought it home and there no way it will even come close to close around my boob. Back it goes.
I got a few items out of the buffalo barrel that I'll use for my rag rugs.
During the summer they give out sack lunches. A basic sandwich, fruit, cracker like treat, and juice box.
As we was driving back I slowly start to eat absent minded. Got half the sandwich down and figure I didn't real need the crappy bread and I'm guessing grease ball peanut butter. Toss the sandwich out figure some creature out there will eat it.
Carrie gave me some popcorn crackers I like them but I could get carried away with them.

Statement time....I thought I would post a warning about the you tube video about breast reduction. Not sure how many out there are easily grossed out.

Also made a donation to our local food bank,

  1. You know Dora, without even trying I managed to drop 3 sizes from the fall to march, it's more like 4 sizes now and I didn't diet. I stopped drinking sweet tea and now drink only water and my 2 cups of coffee in the morning, and I just started taking a tablespoon of everything and eating on a smaller plate. I wasn't anal about it and then boom, none of my clothes in my closet fit me, all too big, and even the clothes I had put aside thinking I would never get in, those too, some are too big. Maybe if you don't focus on it so much.. Idk.. I'm with you on this challenge tho and I'm cheering you on!

  4. Pah, a quarter of a pound, that's nothing! My weight goes up and down around four pounds depending on hormones, weather, salt intake ... - as long as the overall direction is NOT UP, I am content. And I think you are doing well, too!
