Yesterday, I start to type out my post, on “Open Office Writer” And when closed out the program. Instead of pushing “safe” I push “discard” so there went all I type.
Murphy and I went to the senior center and they had biscuits and gravy. Plus the food give away.
The other day I went to Qunella, and help her with her closet. We fill up both cars, and took her items to her new place. She wants me to come back next Wednesday. I'm going to see if possible next Thursday will work out.
Yesterday, I went into the clinic. I start back up to therapy. And I had to see the doctor I guess there was some issue with a referral I had. I also had them get hold of the lady who helps people figure out there Medicare advantage plan. Senior Health Insurance Benefit Advisors. Or know by it letters. I'm starting GLP 1 and there going to put me on 20mg. Hopefully it will get some of this weight off of me.
