Made a choice, before I got lap-tap. Confession...I spend to much time on lap top and such. So I need to do some smaller items. Mainly put things up. I seem to attract or not take care of clutter like I should.
Been trying to figure out where to put up the Christmas tree. Usually we put it in front of the living room window. The truth is there to many chairs in living room. The couch is hardly used. One could possible use the word “Never” I actually like to get rid of it. And move the chairs in more reasonable way. I guess sort of open end circle.
I was about to send off artist trading card to Australia . Swore that I had a couple of international stamps. They're either hiding or I don't have any. So I know I will be in town on Tuesday and Wednesday. So I can get them, and my Christmas stamps. Plus on Monday I will pay some of my smaller bills off. Still debating about going in for Lunch at senior center. We're sign up for Tuesday meal. Which they will be having Bacon Wrapped Meat Loaf, Potato, Carrots, Roll with Honey butter, and Apples. So Wednesday they will be having a Thanksgiving meal.
Tuesday they have their food give away. It helps. I looked at Monday meal. It also good. Chili and Baked Potato Bar, Mix Veggies, and Corn Bread.
The thing is we don't need to go into town three days in a roll.
Thanksgiving we will be going to Murphy sister, Faith down in Post Falls.
I'll take a few days off, and will return on Friday the 28th of November.
Coffee is on.
I totally get the laptop time confession and the clutter struggle. Getting rid of that hardly-used couch is a brilliant idea for both decluttering and making room for the Christmas tree. Bacon-wrapped meatloaf on Tuesday sounds amazing, but you’re right, no need to go into town three days straight. Have a wonderful and relaxing time in Post Falls for Thanksgiving. www.melodyjacob.com
ReplyDeleteThe senior centre does sound like it has good meals!
ReplyDeleteWe are trying to figure out where to put oour Christmas tree too.
ReplyDeleteOf late, I have tried my best to reduce the time I spend on my mobile phone and laptop. On mobile phone, I think, it is a lot about prioritising which or whose message to read and read.
ReplyDeleteI am pretty good with clutter in the rest of the house but my craft room is a total mess, clutter everywhere, I just need a bigger room, LOL!
ReplyDeleteWe always have the same problem trying to figure out where to put our tree, but now we take out a few items for the winter and put it up there :)
You had me at Baked Potato Bar.
ReplyDeleteI too spend too much time on computer...need to tidy up my living room and kitchen this week. Too much unused stuff lying around collecting dust..just messy.
ReplyDeleteI think I spend too much time on my phone.
ReplyDeleteWhile we all spend too much time on our screens, but nowadays so much of it is quite necessary.
ReplyDeleteYes, declutter. Make rooms how you would like them to be. Then stand back with your arms folded and smile at what you have achieved.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving this week.
ReplyDeleteIt is too easy to be distracted by our gadgets. You have a wonderful community center.
ReplyDeleteI think we all spend too much time on our devices
ReplyDeleteIt is great to hear from you, enjoy your days off.
ReplyDeleteHappyThanksgiving soon!
ReplyDeleteYour senior center is so much better than the one in my town. The food at yours always sounds so good. Yes, being on the PC is something I spend too much time on as well. Have a nice thanksgiving.
ReplyDelete...I spend way too much time on the computer.
ReplyDeleteI usually spend too much time on the computer. Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteBacon Wrapped Meat Loaf sounds good.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a happy Thanksgiving.
All the best Jan
Bacon wrapped meat loaf sounds delicious! Happy Thanksgiving to you!
ReplyDeleteDo you mean three days in a "row"? The meals sound really good. I have a couple of international stamps too, I know where they are but also know I will never need them and probably the cost to send something is more now than when I bought the stamps. I spend too much time on my laptop too. I will be doing some decluttering soon though, I have ordered some vacuum storage bags so I can pack away clothes and linens that I never or rarely use and that will fee up some space so things look better. I might even pack away some ornaments to make dusting easier.
ReplyDeleteWell, you could go into town three days in a row. It might be worth it. Those meals sound good.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving... and yes, delicious food is always great!
ReplyDeleteI don't spend much time on the computer, so I don't write online very often.
Warm regards to you.
I so related to today's post! I spend too much time on the laptop too. And I'm also trying to determine where to put the tree this year. I could do it like last year (and probably will because my brain is fried and it's too much thinking) but a change would be fun. I have a chair problem too! And if I take one out, where do I put it? Happiest of Thanksgivings to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteWe have a Christmas wreath on our front door and a few decorations out. No tree this year, Tanya says.
ReplyDeleteOh I haven't thought about the christmas tree yet. My family is coming over so I have to put it up this year I wish you Happy Thanksgiving Enjoy your family
ReplyDeleteI also spend too much time on the laptop! Not sure if I am doing a tree this year. 6 cats and a Christmas Tree could spell danger for the decorations! :-D
ReplyDeleteThe meals at your senior center seem quite good. It's nice you can take advantage of that. We no longer have a senior center. We have a brand new community center which I've not even been in. But, it's not just for seniors so it's a whole different atmosphere. Some like the change, and some don't. I'm probably in the 2nd group, which is why I've not even gone to check it out; but I really should in all fairness. Good luck with making the tree decision. I used to have to re-arrange the living room for the tree. Now we have a nice small artificial one and I only need to move out 1 chair.......so much nicer, and less work. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.

I hope you have a nice Thanksgiving.
