Checked the odds on who will become next pope. I guess one can bet on anything now days. I've seen the ponies and puppies run.
Easter dinner was great. It can be easy to fall down the rabbit hole. I asked Amy. If her son was still over in Japan. She answered yes. But he has found a job and if he hasn't found a job by the time his visa is up. He has to leave that country. Boy did that open a can worm. Edith opens her mouth and briefly complain about all illegals in our country. Sometime I should have my nose buried in either a book or handy craft.
Looks hubby and I will try to dig some grand-fir trees.
I'm taking off to Oregon Friday. I will try to post on Wednesday and Thursday.
Coffee is on.
Glad you had a good holiday.
ReplyDeleteThere’s much speculation about the conclave. Should be interesting
ReplyDeleteThe pope is a big event for millions, which causes me to shake my head.
ReplyDeleteThe only safe bet about the next pope is that it won't be a woman!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Oregon
ReplyDeleteHave fun in Oregon.
ReplyDeleteIn my primary and high schools, I would say 50% of the students were children of migrants who arrived after WW2. They, who were not illegals, worked their arses off to make the nation stronger and happier.
ReplyDeleteSo who are the illegals Edith mentioned?
Have a wonderful trip!
ReplyDelete...Happy Earth Day!
