This morning, I meant Qunella at Under the Sun. Their plain black coffee is under $2.00 a cup, and you can get all the refills you want or need. They also carry a great lunch menu. I'm hooking up with
I arrive at Under The Sun before Qunella. I went up to the loft and had my coffee. Practice drawing one of their couch. After coffee, I walked over to the post office. To buy an international stamp. They were out of them. The postal clerk wasn't sure when they would be getting some. (The libra is inflamed and the pyramids – 1921 – Style Dada – Genre abstract – Location Unknown)
Stop at the store. Eggs are still expensive. Once Trump was in office, eggs and gas would be super cheap. Dozen eggs are just under $6. And gas, in the last week or so, has gone up .20¢. Regular gas is running $2.75 to $3.00 a gallon. (Five O'Clock Tea – 1917 – Style Futurism – Genre Abstract – Location Unknown)

Good deal for coffee
ReplyDeleteI've been wondering what Under The Sun looks like, so thank you for showing us. Your eggs are still cheaper than ours.
ReplyDeleteWhat is it with your egg-prices? Aren´t there enough chicken or what is the problem?
ReplyDeleteBird flu. Here on Long Island our last remaining duck farm had to euthanize half of its flock.
DeleteMy passion in life is drinking an espresso coffee, sitting in the cafe courtyard, with umbrellas up in too hot or too wet days. But the price is going up each year, so the pleasure is fading a bit. You did well, finding decently priced espresso. Where is it?
ReplyDelete...Under the Sun is a great name.
ReplyDeleteWe'll be out for coffee soon, but our spot doesn't look as inviting as your spot.
ReplyDeleteI like the looks of that place, Under the Sun!!!!!
ReplyDeleteUnder the Sun looks cute.
ReplyDeleteThe coffee shop looks inviting.
ReplyDeleteUnder the Sun looks like a place I would like.We pay more for gas and about the same for eggs.
ReplyDeleteOur gas is up in price too, like 18 cents per gallon higher in last three days. It's so strange. It had been just under $3 per gallon for a few weeks and I was happy.
ReplyDeleteYour eggs are cheap. Last time I bought some, they were $7.99/dozen ;)
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the reasons I have chickens.
ReplyDeleteWith the avian flu eggs were scarce and very expensive. I know my chickens are in good health and they lay more than enough eggs for me and my childrens families
The last four years prices have gone up and up. I'll be happy when they start coming back down.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous day and rest of the week. ♥
I like the photograph you've shared of Under The Sun.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
That coffee shop looks like a really nice place to enjoy a cup!
ReplyDeleteUnder $2.00 a cup and free refills. They must do quite a business.
