Yesterday’s main thing we did was put in a new faucet in the back bathroom. Our bathrooms are small—there is not much room at all. Then, we just generally picked up.
Address some envelopes for some artist trading cards I’m trading. No mail went out yesterday.
So today, I’ve been trying to get hold of the Department of Medicaid here in Idaho. I will be on Medicare in February and will be glad to be on It. Medicaid has too much to hold over you. I don’t know how many times I have mentioned it. I wish we had a one-payer option.
Before Murphy and I went to the senior center. We went over and picked up one of his pills. For 90 days, we paid $2.33. Since we were early for lunch. We stopped at the community thrift store. Each of us found one thing. Murphy got a hammer drill and paid $9.99. And I saw a set of watercolor pencils for .99¢.
We had beef pot roast with mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots, and broccoli for vegetables for lunch. And mix fruit.
Plus, the food giveaway.
Today’s art piece is called “Yearning to be Caressed.” Question time...What is something you have been yearning for?
MAHMOUD FARSHIAN did this piece, and I’ll share more of his works. Most of his works are considered in the KITISH style.
Coffee is on.
