It has been some time since I post anything from Genomelink. I'll be covering three of my physical trait. By my genes, I should have a shorter eye-tail. I'm clueless about what they're talking about.
It also said I'm more likely to nap during the daytime. It is super rarely I will take a nap. If I feel I need to take a nap. It should be between 10 and 11:30. If I take a nap, later than that. It messes with my sleep and no gain. I do better if I keep this sleep pattern. To bed between 9 and 10. Up between 6 and 7.
It says I have a higher amount of cellulite. How do they judge the amount of cellulite? But I have plenty of cellulite. I don't know compared to others. It doesn't matter.
The work went well. There hasn't located a caregiver for Regis.

ReplyDeleteI have never heard about an eye-tail, that sounds so funny ! I think for sleeping you should listen to your body and not to the doctor's clock !
ReplyDeleteIf I nap in the afternoon I feel dizzy the rest of the day. I prefer to go to bed around 10 and as I am retired I get up when I wake up, usually also around 7.

ReplyDeleteUnfortunately every now and again I just fall asleep. Can’t help it. You stop moving and next thing you know you have spent an hour fast asleep not the couch lol
I have no idea what an eye tail is. I hope they find someone for Regis, he can't be left to do for himself.
ReplyDeleteGenomelink doesn't seem to align your traits correctly. I say listen to your body concerning your sleep pattern. You know yourself better than anyone else.
